This is the worst location I have ever been to. Definitely get on the 605 and get off at South St to go to the Cerritos one instead. The employees are as rude as can be. And why wouldn't they be? When you ask for the manager, he just backs up his employees no matter how wrong they are! They close off the area near the stage that's supposed to be for the kids to see the show because that room is "reserved" even though there are no parties that day (they just don't want to have to clean that room), the games have lots of problems with taking tokens/giving tickets correctly, the place is usually dirty even on slow days, and more than once I've gone there and they had the front door locked almost an hour before they are supposed to be closed. I waited about 20 min to order my food then I waited about an hour to get my food I kept asking how much longer and they kept giving me the runaround saying it was coming. There machine had no ice, there ticket machine was not working and when I asked the manager if she can help me she said she would see if she could fix a machine and she didn't and to top it off she didn't speak Spanish and gave attitude. This is probably the worst experience I've ever had. There were flies all over the store. The staff was completely unmotivated to provide over the top customer service as a place of entertainment should. We were greeted rudely and waved off to the side. We waited an extremely long time for our service. The salad bar section looked as if it hadn't been refreshed in an extremely long time. If you live around 562 your chuck e cheese options are Norwalk, Pico Rivera, or Cerritos. I live in Pico and i drive out to Chuck E Cheese's in Norwalk because the pico one sucks. This one has a good set up. The games for younger kids is separate from the older kids games, so its not all crazy. Its pretty clean for a cec and the games are well maintained. Its never really as crowded as the other cec in the area. read more

I ordered take out in a small effort to help out the restaurant. I could've had pizza delivered from anywhere and I chose to drive and pick up pizza from Chuck E. Cheese. They told me the order would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived to the restaurant 30 minutes later. I showed up to the restaurant and there were no sanitizing efforts in place. No signs or anything telling you where to pay, nor where to wait for your food. There was 4 customers waiting, no social distancing enforced and we were all pretty confused because there was no system in place. Orders were coming out but they didn't know who ordered what so they just kept asking us what we ordered. People that arrived after me received their food before I did, it turns out they gave my order to someone else. The manager didn't even apologize, instead he sent out the cook to give me my order. They also forgot to give me an item. I was incredibly disappointed with the quality of service here. To make matters worse when I got home, I realized my food was undercooked. I've been to this location over a dozen times. its a nice sized building with plenty of parking. ok pizza and ok arcade games but the kids loveeee it. make sure you reserve a table if you go in there on a weekend or else you'll be waiting in line for a table for a while. read more

Susana was very helpful at the cash register, our order was correct and she was very efficient. The location on a Monday afternoon is slower than other days, which is why we love going at that hour. No crowds, and the kids can play all the games they like. Only thing is that you can smell a funk when walking in,I think it's the carpet maybe to many soda spills they can replace that. I'd like to post this review of my personal experience from earlier tonight while it is still fresh on my mind. I booked a small party package for my son's birthday a few days ago for this location. Today March 22nd is his birthday. I got to the location at 7 sharp (my booking was from 7pm-9pm) the staff were super fast in helping me get organized and ready to receive my guest as I was already running a little late. Marc was my event host. Let me just say that I hope they give Marc a raise because he is what this location needed to have more customers want to return. Our experience was more than what we could've hope for. He was so attentive, he was super quick to get what ever we requested. He truly made our experience wonderful. Also the shift manager was super helpful and attentive she gave me her name but I forgot it I'm bad with names. Anyways, to make story short I paid exactly what I was expecting to pay. All my guest ate enough to feel full and kept complimenting on what a great idea it was to have booked our event at this location. The salad bar was clean and fresh and it was delicious. The pizza we ordered was also hot and delicious. And lastly the bone bbq wings we ordered were delicious and hot. I will definitely be booking future events in this location. Thank you Marc and all the staff who served us tonight. And thank you Chuck e cheese for making our birthday boy feel extra special on his special day. read more

WORST CHUCK E CHEESE EVER! Management is horrible. Customer service is horrible. I haven't been here for years but my family and I took my little cousins for some fun family time only to be very disappointed. IT TOOK 2 HOURS TO GET OUR FOOD! 2 hours for food that's just heated in an oven. Never in my life has it took this long to receive my order ANYWHERE! Especially frozen pizza. The salad bar was also disgusting and empty. The manager Cecilia doesn't know how to run a business and should be written up or demoted asap. District mgr or store mgr does not have any structure at this place. I can't believe how downhill it has gone. Get your business straighten up before you lose all of your customers. I've never left a business so upset. Manager didn't do anything to make up for this horrific experience or let us get a refund after we didn't even want the food anymore. Our school held a fundraiser here, come to find out that when you order pizza it was an hour and a half wait, I could had gone home made one from scratch and not taken that long, why host fundraiser if you can't handle the crowds, they had soda machine no ice, salad bar out of a lot of stuff, sorry we had a lot of support for our school. This place is horrible, the girl they hired to do the cleaning when they closed had an ammonia bottle and started spraying it on the counters as the kids were picking out their prizes I asked her to stop and she went behind me and pretended to spray something and wiped it down but she really sprayed my back. She then continued to spray the other counter where the other group of kids were standing. I asked her what was in the bottle and I asked her again to stop spraying and to get her manager. She ran off to the back completely ignoring me, the manager came out with the same attitude and stated taht it wasn't her usual location and was quick to tell me the bottle was a disinfectant but refused to let me see the contents listed. It was clearly ammonia, I can still smell it, it was yellow and me and my baby have a headache from it. This place is mediocre and so is most of the staff! This is by far the worst Chuck E Cheese I have been! I went on a Thursday which isn't busy as a weekend, but still wasn't a good visit. It took forever for a staff member to come help with the game, the tables were dirty, my food took forever and when I spoke to the manager about my issues she didn't care at all nor offer anything for the bad experience. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE FIRST time experience ever! Me and my family of 15 were threatened by "joel" an African American "manager" to leave because they couldn't accomadate me and my family. I had called several times before showing up and the phone gave me the busy tone about ten times before someone finally answered. I SPOKE with a guy (didn't get his name) and he told me not worry about my big party no reservation will have to be made to just come on in. When me and my family finally arrived we waited in line for about 40 minutes to order our food. the line was out the door and they only had one register open. I told the guy at the enterance we had a big party coming and asked how does it work do we get seated or do we seat ourselves. The guy spicically told me seat yourself, wherever you find an opened seat. after waiting so long we finally found a big table to accomadate us. with in minutes two employees came and told us we had to move. Said the tables were reserved. We explained to the girls everything that's been going on and they seemed careless, no eye contact what so ever. They told us a manager was going to handle it. This is when "joel" came and told us we had to move. She was no help, we asked for our money back and just left, Because knowing these little kids they had working there would have spit in our food! Never again will we go there or to any other chuck e cheese. I will not keep quiet, corporate will hear from me as well. I haven't seen such a bad gluten free pizza, the corners of the crust was burnt and there's nothing on pizza except 2 or 3 small chicken bites. Also we ordered wings which wasn't hot either. I am very surprised at how many bad/neutral reviews this Chuck E. Cheese has because I had a very pleasant experience here last night. Family and I came here around 7:40pm for some food and games for the kids, and this Chuck E. Cheese wasn't full as much. As we walked in down the line we noticed their mascot Chucky was by the entrance hanging out with some kids and giving away tickets. Note that we had a 6 year old with us who was about to miss out on all the fun but NOPE. Chucky turned around and acknowledged him and even gave him tickets so he wouldn't be left out! We made our way to the front counter and ordered with a nice cashier girl who gave us our drink cups, our coins, and number quickly. After about a 15-20 minute wait(not bad) we got our two large pizzas and they were SO GOOD I didn't get a chance to take a picture for Yelp haha. It had been a while since I tried a good pizza from Chuck E. Cheese! Perfect amount of sauce, delicious mozzarella cheese and cooked till brown. Let me talk about the games now: 1 coin per game and you win at least 1 ticket for trying. It was cool, decent for a kid who smiles and gets excited for 1 ticket. On our way out to end the night we cashed out our tickets in their booth, collected some prizes but then we realize we lost a beanie! So we walked back in and the young lady let us back in. We asked a guy who was cleaning and he was honest and nice and told us "yes" he found our beanie! Not many people are honest! I can say we really had a good time! Cannot wait to be back! read more
