If I could give 0 stars I would but one was my only choice!!! My visit to this location was on Saturday January 6, 2018. So you all know all the kids start chasing Chuck E. Cheese mouse around when he come out to give kids tickets. All the kids were chasing him (not just mine). It just happen to be that just my sons luck he was in the front of the kid crowd. So me and my cousin were sitting when we saw the mouse (worker) corner my kid into a corner and was swinging his ticket sign at him. Then a worker comes out after and says you need to tell your kid to stop he hit Chuck E. Cheese on the head and now he needs stitches he cut his head open! Really???? I said first of all my son is 7yrs old Short he can't reach Chuck E. Cheese's head! Second of all stitches I said? Well bring him out I want to see my self! I really doubt stitches were is the ambulance did I miss them? Are you sure it was my son or is he just guessing when there was like 20 kids around? Make sure you are 100% sure before pointing your finger at my son. Now the way the mouse (worker)cornered my son was wrong threatening a 7yr old come on. Keep in mind by this time my Son was literally shaking and super scared crying. We talked to the manager's "assistant" because they said the manager was too busy making pizzas in the kitchen to talk! All the assistant said sorry the guys name is Angel!!! Wow really? No one Came out to apologize thats all We wanted! I was here for three hours today. The whole time I was there the cashier was the only one working aside from another guy not working the cashier. The lines were long and there was a lot of employees there but no one helped the cashier. I don't come here often because of the lack of customer service and the attitude from the employees but when I do come here forcefully it's always a disappointment. I know it's only Chuck E. Cheese and i don't expect grade A service but this is below even the lowest standards. One of the worst Chuck E. Cheese's ever. It makes me sad to see so many employees and all of them chit chatting while the cashier was working as fast as she could to service the antsy long line awaiting. This is my favorite Chuck E. Cheese to go to. There's this special employee there, Teresa, who is always very attentive of our every need. Whenever we ask for something, we are sure to get it right away. She is very special with the little kids. She knows how to entertain them so that they always want to come back. Went to this Chuck E. Cheese on Friday 9/21. Granted it's a Friday night so my Husband and I knew it was going to be busy. We arrived before 5pm I waited in line for about 30 minutes for them to tell me it was going to be a 90 min wait for food. Our daughter was already playing so we decided to wait. I ordered 2 salad bars and of course we go to grab our salad and the salad bar was almost out of everything. We finally get our pizza 90 min later and its not what we ordered. We were issued a refund but most likely we wont be returning here. read more

By far the very worst customer service ever! I stood in a line to place an order for a total of 50 minutes. When I requested to speak to the manager they mentioned the one cashier was the manager. The line developed a total of 30 customers very unhappy. Not only was I waiting in a line to place an order for an hour , but the alleged managers attitude was very poor. read more

This place has gone Down hill. The salad bar had frozen lettuce, the food looks old or from yesterday the pizza was warm not hot. The family size sampler platter was a joke it was for two people not a family. There was no ice in the machine and the cookie was probably made early today. So where do I start? The staff could be a bit more friendly but overall it's understandable every staff member is young. One thing in particular that really disgust me was the young lady that was in charge of handing out the cotton candy I wish I would of got her name she needs some training from OSHA! She had long black hair and was petite. As this young lady was in the booth I was noticing she would be picking her eyelashes( trying to fix her eyelashes)touching her hair and touching her face while having the gloves on that she was using while handling the cotton candy that is really disgusting especially when you are dealing with young children. By far the worst customer service I've ever witnessed!!!!! I work in retail and know first hand how to greet and be polite to customers! My sons birthday was a few days ago, as a last minute celebration we decided to take him here. Hey, all he wanted was to have fun. Mind you he's only 5... The place was empty... Their reservation tables empty as well... The cashier gave my husband such a hard time. And so did their "Manager" all we wanted was a party package. Talk about I hate my job type of attitude! A fresh breeze just came in through this location for a change! A manager by the name of James they said was great!! He helped us while there was a big line and then apologized as we got to front and he was nice and helped us with our order and lucky us we got him to bring it our order and again apologized and all was great!! He was everywhere and smiling all the way which is a big change from the new female there who is very rude and has made my last visit not so great. I dont complain much especially on here but James today blew my mind with the service so if I must run into that new one again because i come every other week then i will tell her to take some training from him because he gets my 5stars all the way.. and I applaud the one who hired this one! Customer service is the worst here, starting from the entrance the guy has headphones on while standing there and not paying attention to where he stamps on, once we ordered the food the cashier said it will take 45 mins or less for our food to get to our table. We ordered at 7:43pm and didn't receive our food till 8:45pm having only 15 mins to eat on top of that our pizza & wings were super cold the stuff cheese pizza wasn't even melted at all it was still solid the ice machine wasn't making any ice at all paid $60 for the entire meal with the playing cards , the worst part that really pissed me off was how they rush you to get out already, they sweep next to while your trying to eat and they have that awful trash near you,they clearly knew we had our little newborn there with my wife that really pissed me off and still cleaned the entire area knowing we were there still, it's sad that a kids place is not being treated right and not one worker even the manager had no smiles at all every workers personally was shit there you didn't feel welcomed at all. YUCK! This is the grossest chuckee cheese I've taken my kid to, dirty greasy tables dirty walls empty dirty napkin dispensers, just a total wreck. We went today around twelve with my family for their "lunch buffet" it was 6 of us. We paid 60$ total so we can have only three choices of these tiny 8 slice pizzas which literally people were finishing by the minute, and were waiting in line for to be brought out, the other options was romaine lettuce or your typical iceberg mix ,croutons ranch or blue cheese, literally that was their buffet. As soon as we saw we immediately regretted it, total waste of money! We could've had an actual meal at shakeys for almost the same price and a cleaner more hygienic environment, the food area was a mess also spilled stuff everywhere,& some of the soda machines where just pouring out mineral water to top it off . They seemed understaffed , and pretty much like whatever about the mess going on around them, we told them about the tables, NO ONE BOTHERED to clean them we ended up cleaning the tables we used ourselves. My family & I just attended a 7 year olds birthday party & I honestly was expecting a 1 out of 5 service level because of the typical reputation this restaurant gets. I have to say, I was absolutely floored.....in a great way!! I can't speak on previous below average experiences, however, ours was outstanding!! Both "Karen" & "Danielle" were not only friendly, courteous, attentive, nice, hospitable, & prompt, they actually appeared to enjoy what they were doing!! And when I spoke with the manager (Ed), he too was beyond friendly & attentive to our group!! Sure, the restaurant was full of loud kids running around everywhere, however, that's expected. What was not expected was the way we were treated & for that, I will most certainly be taking my family back for another visit to this location very soon!! read more

We had my sons birthday party here and we thought it went very well. Our hostess was attentive and personable and made sure we got the best bang for our buck. The food came out quickly and the party went on without a hitch. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews, we come here often and have never had a problem. I would like to give no stars but that's not an option. So they had one cashier at the register. Trying to do prizes and register. Then a FRIGGIN FIGHT broke out. Two African American women just started fighting near the Birthday area. And there was no management their to represent or any security. The staff didn't even know what to do. The customers broke up the fight by pulling the women back from each other. And the two women were not even removed from Chuck E. Cheese. The police weren't contacted or never even showed up if they were called. I didn't call because I was busy getting my mom and 5 year old daughter out of there.
