We came here this past saturday for my son's 5th birthday. We had made reservations a month in advance and had bought there Mega package which is $21.95. When we got there it was pretty packed but they sat us right away. Our table was already set up and our "cast member" Dana helped us get situated and took our order for food. Dana was great! She was so sweet and her customer service was awesome. Our food came out within 10 min. My son had an amazing time. All of the staff that were working that night were excellent. They had so much energy and really seemed to love there job. The characters were great as well (chuck e and friends) and at one point chuck e cheese the mouse got on the table and started dancing. Can not say enough good things about this place. I run a group home for people with special needs. Many places treat us funny and different because my folks are older, however they love chuckie cheese. The folks treat us like any other guest, with respect, they make us feel welcome and we have such a good time. I just today took one of my client there for his birthday and the kindness shown by every staff member is something I don't find often. Good bless you all. Here's how we do it: We get there right when it opens! Thats the only way you can really enjoy yourself, not worry about your kids and play games as an adult. But, about an hour later is when it becomes packed, especially on the weekends! Bumper to bumper traffic inside that place! But you can enjoy it if you get there early. Watch your kids from a distance and let them run buck wild. The games here and there are upgraded, but I usually stick to the b-ball games. Planned a lastminute birthday party for my step daughter's 6th birthday recently and it was super awesome!!! We had about 20 guest and everyone from the youngest age of 1 to the age of 65 had a great time! Pizza was bomb , appetizers were yumm! Chuck e cheese and the gang entertained us with vibrant dancing and cheer! Very fun! Got all of us hooting and dancing! Kara the birthday celebrant was all smiles. The decor and party favors were perfect! All the servers were fast and friendly! All in all if u want to plan a stress free party for anyone . This is the placebo go.. Chucky Cheese (CC) is not taking care of their young high school grad employees. Due to high demand of attending to families and countless children, the young employees are not given a sufficient break to rest, eat and hydrate during their 8hr extremely busy shifts. They are given a 30 min break if time permits when they are not serving families back to back. However when they do get a break, their own food order is never ready within 30 mins because it's a low priority over customers meals. As a result, they don't get a chance to eat. It's unacceptable CC is not taking care of their young staff. An adult worker would not stand for CC poor work ethics. However CC know they can get over on their young employees til they quit and hire more young gullible teens. read more

Fun for all ages. Reasonable price for tokens, that will last for awhile. Food is great and lots of choices. Entertainment is awesome. Watching the characters dance and socialize with the kids and family. They'll be patient with picture taking too. The food is pricey but if you have coupons then it's good to have to cut down on cost. Drinks are refillable and lots of variety to choose from. There's a lot of seating and if it's crowded the wait to get a seat isn't long. The staff is very efficient, friendly, & festive. I will always recommend this place as a family day event. Holy sensory overload for adults and heaven for kids. So much noise. So much color. Just what every kid wants!! It gets so crowded and the birthday area is pretty jam packed with people. The games are all one token. I didn't eat anything so I can't comment on that. They're organized in the front so that's a plus. This isn't someplace I'd come back to of my own will but for my kids I suck it up and do it. I love this location as much as my kids do. All of the workers are so friendly with great big smiles on their faces. We like how all of characters are so interactive with the guest and how you'll see more than just Chuck E. Cheese ! Many times during school breaks they offer a great deal that you can find usually in the midweek or newspaper. It's something like 100 tokens and a large pizza for $25. This is a great deal. Without these deals prices can add up really quickly. They have an awesome salad bar but the only thing that sucks about it is that it's only one trip...... so load your plate as high as it can go because it's $7.50 for the plate and I'm not too sure how much the bowl is. The games are priced right, only one token and I think this is why this place is such a hit. They've gotten many new games since I've been here in December. A lot of games I've seen adults playing. It's good to have a reasonably priced game room because fun Factory is out of my budget. read more

This is one of our son's favorite places. We moved to Hawaii about a week ago and wanted to celebrate his birthday at Chuck E Cheese. His special request was to get in the ticket blaster. At first, we were told that it is only included in birthday packages, but after explaining our situation to Shawn (the manager), he went above and beyond to make our son's birthday special to include having Chuck E himself sing happy birthday to him. Cheese for my 5 years bday party because they had gluten free pizza. Now the gluten free pizza is horrible. It tastes horrendous and I wouldn't force it on my worst enemy. But the service here went above and beyond my expectations. Not only did they comp the food but also gave us free tickets and kept coming by to check on us. My concern is, my 5 year old was picked up by his aunty. He entered with me, got matching stamps as me, and his aunty came later to grab him. I said my goodbyes and then about 10 minutes after they left, I realized that they allowed my son to leave with someone who he didn't come with, who didn't have a matching stamp. This worried me because myself and I'm sure any other parent out there, feels a sense of comfort knowing there is someone at the door, making sure a stranger doesn't walk off with your kid. Dear Management, Worst experience here at Pearl City Chuck E. Cheese.... We've been greeted nicely at the entrance door and was told to wait until our buzzer buzzed to be seated. When It buzzed, our hostess told us to go on ahead and go to the two ladies who leads you to our table. They did not acknowledge us right away. Instead she was too busy talking to her coworker. She then ends up walking right past us and helps the other customer after us and seats them first. She did not apologized at all and gave attitude when she got back to us. After we got seated, I went to go and order my food. AGAIN, I was not acknowledge. I stood there and waited for the cashier to take my order for about 5-10minutes. They did not have the common courtesy to ask me if I'm ready to order or even apologized for the time that I've waited. I come here with the intentions of enjoying my time with family but instead received such bad customer service. My family and I have been coming here for years and we do love this place. I get that some parents think it's cute but I'm not one of them. The place is well staffed and somewhat clean. My Family went to the Pearl City location (Chuck E Cheese)for Our Nephew's 3rd Birthday Party tonight. Aside from the 6-8 pizzas, 3-4 orders of chicken Wings and 4-5 salad Bars we ordered, Our experience was Fine except for me sharing my salad with my Granddaughter and she wanted more salad Dressing so she went back to the Salad Bar. Because she had her salad in a chuck e cheese plate the girl at the counter saw her at the salad bar, asked NO QUESTIONS and Took the Salad plate from her and thru it in the Trash can! She came back to the table SAD, and when I asked her what Happened she told me. I was SUPER PISSED!(How Dare She!) My Grand Daughter is shy because she is Hearing Impared and that Experience made it WORSE! I Went to the counter and gave her (the Girl)a piece of my mind!! I am a regular customer here. My kids and i always have a good time always a clean enviornment and the employees are always friendly. As a regular i know whats at the salad bar which is what i always order and there were no boiled eggs. Coming from the main land I wasn't sure what to expect. However the customer service was superior, the workers were helpful and they also helped make my daughter's special day even more special. This location offers a variety of coupons to include a military special that I utilized on this visit. Food came out within 10 minutes, faster than the quoted wait time. Food was hot and tasty. The workers seem to generally enjoy their jobs as they jovially danced even when not prompted to. My birthday girl was even brought a complimentary slice of cake and sang to by the crew. Hands down!! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I've been coming here for over ten years since my grandmas house is just 10 minutes away. Over the years there hasnt been one incident that made me never want to come back. The games are dirt cheap, the food is great for the price you pay. The staff are ofcourse friendly! My younger cousins love it and my daughter. Who wouldnt want to run around a chaotic place screaming, laughing, and playing? Even though it costs a bit more than what I'd like, I really enjoy the service. I'm one of those people that will walk away from an establishment with great food, but crappy service. The young people who work at Chuck E. Cheese Pearl City are absolutely awesome. They are patient and kind with all the littles that run around the place. Even amidst chaos (or what feels like chaos), they're always providing service with a smile. It doesn't hurt that my kids like the pizza and I don't mind their hot wings. This place used to be known for the most affordable kid friendly arcade/birthday spot. On my last visit during spring break my kids and I just thought we'd blow off some steam and use some extra tokens we had kept from a previous visit. We go in and yes its hectic... it's spring break. Of course there's no seats but we didn't intend on sitting anyways. But after using all our coins I figured I could purchase a bit more just because. Now the tokens are 3 for $1! OK after fun factory switched over to the points on cards, no one could really tell how much they were spending. So I've always loved that chuck e cheese kept all games one token at an affordable price. But now even they're coin value is going up.... that was the last thing chuck e cheese had going for them. The food is good but waaay over priced. I mean what is it like $11 for a salad plate you can only fill up once? Wow! The prizes aren't even affordable either lol. Even the tattoos are about 50 tickets, that's 50 cents but about $2 in games if you've ever tried winning tickets from the games you'd know. But ya, so much for this being our go to. Now with the rail being setup right where they're located it's just way too out of the way and inconvenient. And with that being said, sometimes the parking can be annoying too. But in the future I probably won't be frequenting this place as much as we used to. read more

I love this place! I'm in my 30's and when my kids ask ME what I want to do for my birthday the first thing I think of is CHUCK E CHEESE! haha! The food, although simple, is VERY tasty and always fresh. The salad bar is always fully stocked and the veggies are always fresh and crunchy. Their salad bar beats SIZZLER'S garden salad bar any day! The pizza is tasty all the way down to the crust (and I'm not a huge fan of pizza crust). The chicken wings are also very good. The place does get crowded and full of screaming kids. So if you can't handle the noise, bring earplugs. =) The birthday party packages seem to get better every year. This is my daughter's to go place if I let her choose and I like coming here because its a nice friendly environment. I usually buy $20 worth of tokens and that last a about 2 hours. Which to me is a fair bargain. I usually play some games too. Actually I probably use more tokens then her but don't tell her that. We decided at the last moment to have a small party for my son's 3rd birthday. We had a party of 10 people and I really didn't expect much. I mean it was $12.95 per person, how good could it be. But, we figured it was easy and we decided to do it so last minute (a week before his birthday). All I can say is "WOW!!!" The person that was assigned to us (Sam) was very attentive, she saw my husband carrying in the cake and she came running over to grab it from him and took it to our table. My son was too afraid to watch the animatronics show which sings them Happy Birthday. She waited until he came back to the table and gathered other workers to sing him a Happy Birthday. My son got a Birthday Medal (which he loved to wear around), a small lunch box filled with scripts, a bunch of balloons and everyone got tokens (all included in the birthday package). He finally warmed up to Chuck E. Cheese and gave him a High 5. I mean he's 3, I can't even get him to give Santa a High 5! I was also really impressed with their pizza. I really didn't expect to like it. But, it was actually really good. We hardly used the table, everyone was having too much fun running around playing games. That was the other thing, the kids could basically do what they wanted. My son doesn't do well in confined places and here he could basically run amuck. Hahaha The only drawback was our table could only be reserved from 10:30 - 12:00 (we had a morning party), but, Sam was nice enough to get us situated in a booth because we wanted to stay longer. It's amazing how fast that hour and a half goes by. I would definitely do this again. It was so easy. All I had to do was make the reservation, order a cake (or they have them there) and make goodie bags for everyone. I too was kind of skeptical, I mean Chuck E. Cheese is so commercial, blah blah blah.
