I also ordered tots. I found out later that I could've got them "loaded", which entails tots being smothered in chili and cheese. Next time for sure. My wife had the single with fries. The fries came out piping hot and for simple fries, they were crisp and tasty. My wife's only complaint is the lettuce was wilty, and that is she doesn't like the onions grilled into the burger. That's not a knock on Hank's, just her preference. Me, I love grilled onions on and in my burger. The burger bun was soft and melded with the burger and cheese into a burger nirvana. It's a big enough space but most of the seating was old school-type seats with an attached desk. Didn't make a ton of sense. There were only a couple tables available. I wouldn't avoid going there again but it would have to be a time when I'm really craving a coney.
