Delicious beans and rice for the Fajitas!

This is possibly our favorite Chuys! The atmosphere and service are PHENOMENAL! Our server was LeAndrea, and she was so amazing! She was kind, and was constantly making sure our needs were fulfilled! Recommend the Steak Fajitas! Again, LeAndrea was an absolutely fantastic server!

Let me start by saying I'm not a big fan of Tex-Mex food .. :) but have always wanted to try this chain. The experience was great! Eder, our server was very friendly, and checked in frequently, customized our order to the way we liked. So much food, meal quantities were huge! Food was good and hot and fresh! Ambiance is nice, loved the theme. Wait time was more but expected during peak lunch hours, I suppose. There were no kids activity sheets to my surprise.

I'm not a big fan of Chuy's overall, but I did enjoy one of their enchiladas and the chips. My partner, on the other hand, really likes their drinks and a few specific dishes on the menu. Our service though was top notch!

Suppose to be Pico de gallo, but just diced tomatoes.

I have not eaten at this location in over 10 years. I have to admit it wasn't the second chance experience I was hoping for. However, there were some good points. First off our waiter, he looked like he could be the stunt man for Captain America. His performance did not meet expectations. He started off with bringing us chips and salsa, and they were amazing. Any Mexican restaurant will serve chips and salsa but not every one has good chips and salsa. Chuys has really really good ones. I almost ate 3 bowls by myself. I ordered the cheese quesadilla appetizer, which was amazingly delish!! All I wanted with that was Pico de gallo, and when he brought it to the table it was just diced tomatoes. I also ordered for my main meal was the "Mexi-Cobb" salad. The waiter and I share blame on this part, he did not ask which dressing I want, and I did not ask for any. I also asked for no avocado on the salad and it was still served with the salad. I eventually asked for the dressing and received it in good time. My Mom did not like her order the "Taco & Enchilada" combo. All in all not a terrible experience, but there is alot of room for improvement.

I'm obsessed with chuy's, so I might be bias but I love literally everything on the menu. I got the mexi-Cobb salad and it was so good. Portion is great & the toppings are immaculate. Highly recommend if you're wanting something on the lighter side but still filling.

Came here after church the other day with my fiance. There was plenty of parking when we pulled it. I have never had an issue finding parking here. We were able to be seated without any wait. I ordered a coke and the Cheesy Pig Burrito. The food came out quickly. The burrito was delicious. This would have been my new go to item for Chuys if it wasn't a limited time item. I loved the combination of pork, Mac and cheese, and Red Chile Bbq Sauce. I can only hope that they decide to bring this item back. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of food that you get. Chuys does have a nice outdoor patio. We did not sit there this time, but I'd love to sit out there another time. I recommend this place for quick and tasty food.

Food is great! The ranch sauce is amazing. It's our favorite with the free tortilla chips. My daughter loves the nachos. The Elvis Presley is my husband's favorite since he likes the variety of foods and the portions are huge. The chicka chicka boom boom enchiladas is my favorite. It's unique in flavor with their boom boom sauce. The ambiance is fun and festive. It's a great place to take out of town guest. Service is great! The staff are attentive.

1/2 order of Boom boom sauce for $4.39
    Kristen B.

Service was good. Food was good. When I boxed my chile relleno up I asked for more boom boom sauce and was charged $4.39 for THIS. maybe I ordered the most over priced thing on the menu.... I get an extra charge, sort of. I have 20 years experience in the service industry, I've seen things happen. But that price for what I got? When my meal cost 15.99(1 dollar upcharge for EACH relleno already) and got charged that much for 3 ounces in a 4 ounce container(not that 4 ounces would have been enough for that price), it's a little upsetting. The server did offer to get me more to try and make it right after I asked about the charge on the receipt but I said "no, I've been charged for what you gave me". It wasn't about getting more or even paying less but maybe make it make sense. I will not be making that mistake again. Save yourself from ordering the overpriced smallest portion in the world of boom boom sauce that should have already been included in the meal since I had already paid 2 dollars extra for "each relleno".

I will say the GPS got a little confused in the route for some reason and I nearly missed an exit and even the entrance (there was some construction going on) There is plenty of parking, but the parking lot was pretty full. You walk up and either walk through the courtyard style Biergarten with tables or you can go inside. It was an unseasonably nice day, so, we opted to sit outside There is a QR code to view the menus. There are entrees and plenty of apps/sharables. There is also a very extensive beer menu. Make no mistake, this is their bread and butter. They boast an imprecise "99 beers on tap." There's local brews, light and dark beers, hoppy, Belgium style, German style, wheat, etc etc etc. if that's not your speed there are cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Our server was fantastic. She was very kind and patient with us. We were constantly checked in on, but not in a hovering way or a pressure to leave. Our food and drinks always came out in a timely manner. She made us feel well taken care of The drinks hit the spot, and the food was tasty. It was definitely a chill vibe/hang. We were there for hours just catching up, and we saw other happy hours, birthday parties, dates, bachelorette parties, etc Some tips: I did order a couple beers that they were temporarily out of, but there are so many beers to pivot to. Also, our server was incredibly helpful in offering other suggestions, similar suggestions, and asking the right questions to help land in the next alternative They are not open Mondays, and they're only open until 11pm Tuesday-Thursday (and Sunday). It's been a while since have done brunch and o won't be in a hurry to return to brunch specifically The service was superb, we had a great server and he was absolutely on top of everything which was great! Beers were also great as was the mimosa I had and the kids we were with seemed to like their meals which came out last and they said theirs were hot - ours were not unfortunately. I had the Lox eggs Benedict and in retrospect should have sent it back as it was stone cold! My husband and our friend got the biscuits and gravy and also reported that they were cold - it was also served in a bowl which was a bad idea as the biscuits completely soaked up the gravy and resembled oatmeal by the time it hit the table! We got one meal - waffles and chicken to go and the waffles were inedible- poorly mixed, gritty and so much hot sauce in the mixture that they burned the back of the throat - they had to be trashed ! I love this place but won't return in a hurry for brunch - granted multiple dishes with eggs are hard to time right so we ended up with cold food that did however taste good

I finally put it on this year's schedule and planned to go with a group of ten. But, as the day drew nearer, folks just started cancelling for various reasons, until we finally ended up with a party of five today. When we arrived, I was surprised at just how much of a "bar and grill" this was. I started getting nervous about the food. I know we've all been to bars that had horrible food before. Fortunately, this is not one of those bars. The food here was really good. We started with an order of fried mushrooms served with gravy and deviled eggs. I'm not a fan of fried food, but the others all seemed to enjoy them. There was a huge mound of them that all but disappeared. I opted for the deviled eggs- one of my favorite foods. These were topped with a crunchy strip of bacon and served with a pile of pickled jalapeno slices. The were super delicious! On our member's recommendation, I tried the orange chicken served with fried rice for my entree, as did two others. I was overwhelmed with the gobs of food the server sat in front of me. There were at least twenty bite-sized nuggets of chicken sitting on top of a bed of fried rice. That bed was obviously a California King! They were lightly covered in the orange sauce, but still crunchy. It was a very satisfying meal. I had the other half for supper, and it was almost as delicious heated up in the microwave. One of our people had a pepperoni pizza. It was probably about 18". The crust was amazingly thin. It just looked awesome to me. My friend enjoyed it, but carried a lot home with her. The fifth person in our group had the Reuben sandwich. She said it was delicious, but was put off by the amount of fat on the meat. Encore makes their own pastrami. The chef explained to her that the fat on the pastrami was what most people thought made it such a delicious meat. I know it looked great to me. I will most likely have that next time I visit, and there will be a next time.
