It seems disrespectful to have driven so far with a friend of mine just to use a coupon that you still advertise on your official website. That counts as false advertising. I showed it at the front counter, and it wasn't printed or a screenshot, it was the live webpage. Yet they refused to honor it, saying it now has to be through the app and that it wouldn't show up in my account today. I won't be coming back.

You only go here if you have 13 kids or if you want to relive your millennial childhood. Don't go here for any other reason!!!

Out of utensils... this place is understaffed

We came here for an early dinner with the family on a Tuesday night. The restaurant is located in a sizable shopping area with plenty of other stores around, and parking wasn't too bad. This spot seems to be a neighborhood favorite where families bring their kids to enjoy pizza and play in the arcade area, which has games and those claw machines that are more money traps than anything else. Unfortunately, the place seemed pretty understaffed. They were constantly running out of utensils and napkins, and we had to ask multiple times for refills. The staff didn't seem happy to be there, and it showed in their interactions. They also messed up my order, and dealing with the manager wasn't much better. Good customer service isn't something you'll find here. On the upside, the pizzas were fairly good, and they seem to keep them fresh. The mac and cheese pizza is popular, and they also offer salads and soups. The cleanliness was just okay, but with kids dropping food everywhere, it's understandable to an extent. Overall, while the prices might be appealing, the dining experience wasn't pleasant. I probably won't be back.

Came in on 8/20/2020 for the first time since before the pandemic - the salad bar and pizza selections are limited - but the staff is hustling and being upbeat as ever. The place is social distancing the tables and serving everything but the drinks. The quality of the pizza may have suffered some - not that it was the best to begin with - but the quality of the service and enthusiasm of the staff keep the atmosphere good. I may not come back until things get back to normal, but it managed to scratch my pizza itch.

My family and I have been going to this Cicis for over 8 years, and it was phenomenal. We don't live close but would make the drive because of how clean and the amazing service they had. Unfortunately it's been a few months that the management changed and the times we have been it's been HORRIBLE. Not just is it filthy, the dining area but also the restrooms. It smelled like sewer and the management who were there are usually just chatting and laughing while their employees work constantly trying to clean/cook and do multiple things at once. I would think that instead of chatting and visiting among themselves they would care about helping clean and keep the place from looking like a dump. We went last Sunday after my sons soccer game and there was absolutely no pizza on the buffet, we were there for 30 minutes and they only had ONE cook and ONE person trying to keep the buffet clean.... Needless to say it was a sh*t show. I hope they close down , it's a shame they stay open.

I don't care what people say about CiCi's, but I absolutely love their pizza. Ordered the pizza online and it was ready within 15 mins. Got to Cici's and was greeted warmly as soon as the door opened. You know the usual " Hi welcome to Cici's". Paid for my pizza, brought it to my moms house, and it was as delicious as always. One thing I like about their pizza is that is never greasy. My mom's favorite is the ham, black olives with mushrooms. So good!!

    Awful, unprofessional, gaslight

I ordered a pizza from them via DoorDash. They got my whole pizza incorrectly. I asked for no sausage they put sausage on it anyway. I called them beforehand to request extra tomatoes sauce and it tasted like they didn't put tomato sauce on there at all. When I called up there to tell them my concern, the so-called manager argued back with me as if she didn't believe me. Then she tells me to drive back up there with the pizza in order to get another one. I will never order from them again!

As a former fan of "all you can eat" buffets, I noticed as I've gotten older, I'm no longer a fan of "all ya can eat", but hangin' out with da fellas is fun. What can I say about Japan House? 1. The restaurant had an extensive sushi menu for all you can eat. 2. Exceptional service! Our waitress was very attentive, she kept checking up on us and placed our food orders quickly. After placing the food order, the food came out quickly. 3. This restaurant was one of the first restaurants that used an electronic robot. The robot machine brought out the simple items, and I even saw the robot sing "Happy Birthday" to a restaurant patron. 4. The restaurant is casual, and pretty dark inside. 5. The sushi quality is about "middle of the road", not the best, but far from bad. What do you expect for all you can eat? Check out my pics..... And if ya gotta ask, YES......all that food pics I took, I actually ate all that food. I swear when I got back to the hotel, I was in total kanak attack (Hawaiian Paralysis). Lol!

I'm glad I went; they are an all-you-can-eat restaurant. When you arrive, you're greeted by the host, then seated, and they explain the menu and prices, which are actually quite reasonable. They are open from 11:00 to 14:30 for lunch, then reopen at 16:30 to close. The place looks amazing, decorated in authentic Japanese style. Huy, my server, was just fantastic. He explained how everything works and had this great energy about him. He even helped with some recommendations: the Ocean, 911 roll, and the Hot Night roll--all of which are amazing, so I recommend trying those. Also, if you go, ask for Huy. I'll definitely be back to try more because, you know, you can only eat so much, LOL!!!

I saw a guest put their bare hands in the pita basket, pick a pita and then put it back in the basket with others. The buffet area is not commonly cleaned with food bits everywhere. Some customers were touching things and cross contaminating the main dishes. I know it's not the same with the Plano location so I hope manager of this location pays attention to their patrons and ensure basic hygiene standards are followed. I was overwhelming grossed out from it and don't think will ever be back to this location. Ambiance is loud as well with kids screaming and running all around the restaurant, so overall it's a pass for me.

However, Saturday night our usual place was unexpectedly closed, so we tried India 101. Why had we deprived ourselves for so long!? We were so pleased with our dining experience and with the variety and quality of the food. We walked in, were quickly greeted, led to a table, and were provided ice water. The hostess told us we could grab plates and utensils and enjoy the buffet at our own pace. We're vegetarian and found many dishes to eat: palak/saag paneer, paneer tika masala, pakoras, veg biryani, veg Manchurian, naan, roti, pani puri, samosas, mango lassi, a soda fountain, raita, and on and on and on. Your dirty dishes are quickly taken away by efficient staff, so grab a fresh plate when you return (and you WILL return) to the buffet. The establishment is clean, the music isn't too loud, and the buffet never felt too crowded or rushed. We were so pleased and look forward to returning. Adult Buffet is $25/person - well worth the cost. The ambiance is casual and there were singles, couples, families, and groups of friends dining. You'll feel comfortable if you go alone or with others. Enjoy!

She's beginning to make a turn, and when I said, "Let's eat something different," she responded with.." How about Chinese?" I live in California and hay no clue which one to pick and I waited a little late to ask her, I had to research quickly. I landed on the top 3 using chat gbt, and then I used Yelp to research them individually. I added additional instructions on each item I ordered in hopes that I covered my bases. After placing my order with various selections (Mom's super picky) for alternate options, the restaurant called me and asked a couple of questions for additional clarity and even made recommendations. She was beyond kind and warm spirited. I ordered at least one option from all menu categories. My total was a little over $100 for just the 2 of us, and delivery tip, etc. Note: My mother's residence is very challenging with parking and delivery when it's the first time. The grub hub driver was confused, but we communicated well The packaging was better than most. I stopped using delivery due to the drivers ability to get into the fix and sample items. They packed it so well that I could tell nothing was tampered. The food was DELICIOUS!!! The freshest Chinese food I've had in at least 15 years. Especially with delivery. We were beyond pleased. Every single item from the two types of egg rolls, pot stickers, wonton soup, beef and broccoli, shrimp fried rice, and the kung pao chicken/beef/shrimp chef's combination was fantastic. We didn't taste too much sodium (Mom's fear), and the homemade mustard was good but didn't give us the extra kick we're used to. The homemade red pepper sauce was well made. We love spicy. We're not into fortune cookies, but I decided to try one. I could tell they were not old at all. They reminded me of a very thin vanilla wafer.
