What's not to like! Our family favorite is Coppell Location!! We been going there for 3-4 years now.. Friendly staff, pizza varieties in plenty, game room for kids...my family can go and eat there even after having lunch or dinner ! Not that we'll allow that all the time, but when it comes to this CiCi's, yes we have done that twice ..just to eat their desserts! always warm and yummy/... Refused to honor a Cici's coupon and could not provide a valid reason. The manager could not provide me with corporate phone number. Then asked me if I wanted a cup of water for the wait. Best value for your money in restaurant dining. The pizza isn't the best, but it's pretty good. All you can eat and drink for a family of four for about $25. If that isn't enough, the service is amazing. I don't know where they find these people, but they are somehow able to hire the nicest people with the best customer service attitude out there. I have eaten at restaurants where the food costs 10 times what it does at Cicis and not received as high a level of service. Super kid friendly, too. Ordered for carry out. Opened the box to find old, reheated, pieces of cheese garlic flatbread thrown into a box. Some flipped over. Obviously from the buffet that was sitting there. Very unhappy. I have to admit this place is a belly filler. It's fast, cheap, but fresh! I do not dine her frequently but once in awhile is fine with me. I do miss the old way of serving the pasta and the old garlic bread. You see me less here since they changed it about a year or so ago. read more

This was the first time we ever had anything to eat from this chain. Deep down I knew we should not be eating here as I am aware of the fact that Cici's is not forthcoming in sharing their list of ingredients from what I have read. Now I do like the restaurant's look, lighting, seating, etc. But I take big offense to the fact that my 7 year old got sick the following morning with a mild case of food poisoning. This is very unusual as we do eat out every 2-3 weeks, and this has never happened before. Well, that goes on to say something. We're not going to eat at Cici's again, not if we can help it. I know they're a great value for money, but they should review their food inside out right from ingredients to prep to serving, before a big Chipotle happens... We'll stick to our regular pizza joint for now. read more

Family friendly place. Very quick and easy. I recommend trying the Alfredo pizza. Full of flavor and when it's freshly baked, it's really yummy. And their cinnamon bun are amazingly delicious! There is also a mini game center for children. read more

For $4.99 (drinks extra) all-you-can-eat pizza/pasta/salads, Cici's has been the destination for budget-minded families dining on the super-cheap. This Cici's location is roomy and staffed with polite, courteous folks, who keep the buffet lines constantly refreshed and tables cleared. On a weekday night, the line stretched out the door, though curiously the dining room was only half full. It seems that my party had arrived just as the dinner rush was ramping up, and the cheery cashier was doing her best to keep the line moving. I also saw the manager roaming around the dining room, serving full-sized pizzas and checking on customer satisfaction. Cici's pizza isn't Chicago- or New York-grade, but it's value-priced filler. My disbelieving dining partner would not have believed "mac and cheese" pizza until he saw it with his own eyes...other notables include barbecue pizza, mushroom and chicken, spinach alfredo and the super-sweet apple pie pizza--all served fresh and hot. Their pasta for the night was a bland rigatoni drowned in pizza sauce; the salad bar was stocked with typical American iceberg lettuce and standard dressings. There are--without a doubt--plenty of places to enjoy a better pizza, salad or pasta, but very few cost this little and can satisfy the entire family. 2.5 stars. read more

We came as usual to eat pizza. My son ordered a whole pie but barely ate one slice. We then asked for a box to take the other pieces home with us. My 12-year old daughter was the one going to ask for the box. The manager charged her $5.40 just for that box. When she came back to the table, she showed the receipt to me and I went to the manager to get some explanation. I was so surprised that she could only justified her cost rather than understanding our reasoning. I never thought that I could give this place a bad review until tonight. It was the first time I met this lady but for sure it will be the last. She is way too stingy and too cold for a manager. She needs more training for sure. I am so displeased! read more

My family has dined at several Cici's, and this is by far our favorite location. The restaurant is clean, the food is fresh, and the staff is friendly. While we were there they helped a customer light birthday candles on a cake they brought in, but must have forgotten a lighter. I am not the biggest fan of "fast food", so for a "fast food" price now days I feel we get a much better quality selection of food. When my kid's friends join us for dinner I am never worried because there will be something that everyone likes. Vegetarian friendly complete with salad bar, breadsticks, pasta, and vegetarian pizzas available. There is also a game room where the kids can play so the adults can have extra time to eat and visit. read more

The pizza is consistently good with a wide variety. The flavors are simple but good and you can't beat the price. Cici's has been a guilty pleasure for my wife and I for years now. Nasty pizza and food overall. I went to this CiCi's for lunch today craving pizza. It was my first visit to this location and my first visit to a CiCi's in about a year. I guess I have to go back every one and a while to remember how mediocre it is. This location, as most, appeared clean. My issue is the poor quality ingredients and lack of any taste regardless of what pizza you order. I paid just under $9.00 for a lunch buffet and drink. This is really only a value of you plan to eat the entire buffet yourself. For within 1-2 bucks of that cost, it'd be better in my opinion to go to a normal fast casual restaurant and get a sensible portion of a higher quality item. I'd also rather just spend 8 bucks on a single pizza at Papa John's I can actually taste. I think CiCi's is a great place for little kids or families who are going solely because of their kids. That's what it's geared toward with the taste and the little arcade games. As an adult, it's simply not a good value unless you are eating a ton. I wish there were other better quality pizza buffets in the area. read more
