Went to Cicis Pizza for the first time and honestly I was pretty dissapointed. The cashier was rude. I was in the middle of ordering, finished, then remembered I was also paying for part of my friend's bill. When I tried to add it, she got an attitude and said if you are ordering all together you can just order at the same time. I did not like that at all. I hate confrontation so I just let it go, but it definitely made the experience worse. As for the food... the pizza was alright, kinda bad but still eatable. Definitely not worth $13.99 in my opinion. The desserts were worse. The brownie was super dry and hard and tasted horrible. The cinnamon bun thing with the white frosting was extremely chewy. Maybe it was just the workers that day, I do not know. But for my first visit, I will say I am not going back. First time here and this place was a great first. We can just before dinner rush. Pretty much after we came it got super packed. Food was filled drinks were good and it was nice inside. You have to give these workers some grace handling the front and food. They are bussing. The women making the pizzas she was putting in the work. She made excellent pizzas no doubt pizza was perfect crust it was nice and fresh and just no issues. The kept the pizzas filled even trying to get orders out. Who were there waiting for pasta, which was filled 40 minutes later after we were getting ready to leave. It all starts with management. I don't really have much to say about this place, except it's a Cici's Pizza. You come for the cheap pizza, and to eat a lot of it. It's mostly clean, has the typical basically friendly staff, and there's soda. It's definitely better than how this establishment was before the revamp, but that was years ago and the old Cici's was pretty terrible. It's a fine spot for a pizza buffet, a couple of TVs are in the space; it's good for groups and is kid friendly. I took a gamble going here because this place is not good at all. I have been here like 3 times since the total remodel a while back and each time was the same. The salad bar is lacking quite a bit of main vegetables like cucumber and green pepper. Tonight, 11/9/22, the pizza was not coming out quick enough and the line waiting, was like a line of vultures waiting to get a bite. It turns out you have to place an order of what pizza you want, then, only you with a buzzer, can get first dibs, then everyone else dives in. Tonight I watched them pull 3 pepperoni pizzas and a pepperoni and jalapeño off the oven and place it below the serving line. There was barely any pizza on the line. I don't know what type of manager they have working there but he has no clue about pizza or how much to make when there is a store full of adults and kids wanting to eat. This is the worst service I have had from a pizza buffet. I'll never go to Killeen's CiCi's pizza again. If you want a better pizza experience, take the time to drive to Temple to the CiCi's pizza out there off 31st street. Way more vegetables on the salad bar and the pizza comes out pretty regular. Went yesterday the cashier was super rude, not welcoming at all, no hello , just looked at me and a friend while we ordered. After we paid and walked off she got back on her FaceTime call laughing all loud. Imagine if you were that happy to help customers. There was absolutely no pizza out , they only kept put one pepperoni at a time, the manager just standing there looking over the buffet at nothing. They NEVER put out breadsticks. When I went to put my plates in the bins, they have a sMall tub full of nasty dIrty water to put your utensils in with flies around it. I've been to this Cicis lots of times and never had complaints, but this time was the worst customer service, worst buffet, and FILTHY! read more

This location was revamped not to long ago, it started out good but went down hill real quick! The floors were dirty and where they weren't they were wet, I mean puddles everywhere! On this visit, surly the last, we came for a cheap salad bar and we remember how the place used to be before a re opening. The salad was horrible with bad lettuce and the soup was not much more than flavored water. We ended up eating pizza but we had to accept what was left after a hoard of children ran through. They were slow to replace pizzas and still had to pick through the leftovers... I guess we will still go to temple location for a decent Cicis. read more

One of the cleanest locations I've ever eaten at. Staff is friendly, prompt and attentive. The salad bar is a lot smaller than other CiCi's locations, but everything was fresh and looked great. It's a CiCi's Pizza. Don't expect the moon. But, if you are a fan of their buffets like our family, you'll enjoy it immensely. read more

I would come here every once in a while for a meal because it's good and fast for a $5.99 buffet. I haven't been here in probably 6-7 months. I stopped in tonight and WOW!!! So, this place must be under new management. The facility looks cleaner, the staff are definitely friendlier, and the pizza tastes much better. came here for lunch on a Saturday, had to wait in line for over 25 minutes. they had no pizza, a bunch of us were waiting around for them to put something out. the pizzas they did make were for carry out order while us that paid had nothing. when they did put out 1 or 3 pizzas they were quickly grabbed up by the first few people there, you then have to wait another 10 minutes or so for anything else to come out. this place was better before they closed and reopened...should have stayed closed. My son who loves pizza & my daughter who hates pizza will choose Cici's pizza over all the other pizza places, so we're always ordering or dining in at Cici's. The pizza here is pretty good, I personally like the Alfredo pizza, it's just Alfredo sauce & Cheese but it's perfect! Not too saucy, but the flavor is perfect not overpowering the cheese. The buffets are pretty good, salad bar & pizza. Theirs always that ONE person who takes the last 3 slices of something, but Cici's is good at replacing pizza. The only downfall about this location, the ice machine is never filled, the past 3 times I've been there the ice is completely out. This place is absolutely disgusting. Let me tell you how: 1. The floors were full of trash and puddles and they were sticky. 2. The salad looked as old as my grandmother. 3. There was a slice of pizza underneath the table that looked as if it had been there since the remodel. I was actually worried there was a rat chilling down there enjoying that slice. 4. The plates looked as if they had never heard of a scrub or a sponge. I would assume this is because they are never washed properly. 5. We saw not one employee focused on cleaning any part of this place which it desperately needs. 6. The drink area was missing lids and the soda tasted super carbonated. 7. The Soda fountain was not clean, or wiped down, it seemed like the ice had freezer burn which I'm still trying to figure out. 8. The staff in this back were goofing around and laughing about the young lady who burned the cinnamon rolls. Nothing alarming there. I worked fast food in high school. That's what we did. Cons: Weird dirty salad bar. It screamed salmonella. Very weird choices. Corn and beets? Like, really? The soup stationed looked gross. I really wanted to some marinara sauce but it was crusty around the edges and dry. They literally had three cold pizzas on the buffet along with some wet looking cinnamon rolls and dry brownies. I opted to wait until they brought out some hot food. I went to the the restroom and decided not to use it after my feet were sticking to the floor. I decided to just wash and dry my hands. When I turned around to exit the door, the metal handle on the door had white and brown residue on it. I had to get some toilet paper to pull it open. The restroom reeked. I was over it. I then went to the drink station and almost Gagged!!! It was so nasty. Like, you could see the crust on the machine. The tea machines were so disgusting. I opted out on that too. I didn't want to get sick. The food finally came out and it was just okay. I ate a slice. I was done. My skin was crawling. We left. SN: We PCS here three years ago and I remember when they remodeled (newly built) this location. Today was my first time here. I was sad to see how the building is super nasty and unkept. I went and immediately this place smelled gross. I didn't think much at first but I waited in line for about 10 minutes, being the first. After, I waited about another 5 minutes getting served my pizza and no worker in sight. They had very limited pizza and didn't get my wings till the end of my dinner. The buffet attendant happily allowed me to order the pizzas of my choosing. The pizza came out fresh & quickly. I was told multiple times not to rush & enjoy my dinner. I came in with my family and all together there was 8 of us, right from the get-go we were greeted kindly and the store manager came and took care of us, we sat down enjoyed our meal, it wasn't too packed but it started to get busy, and they were putting out pizza just right, everything was delicious from the cheese bread to the pizza everything was great!!! store manager made his runs around the restaurant and asked if everything was going great and it was, it was very clean, good atmosphere and very friendly and like I said I can't stress it enough that the pizza was coming out just right no wait, nothing.. we will continue to come to this location because of the great experience that we've had, thank you for your hard work. read more
