I liked the detail in decor from the heart straws to the cute plant vases on the table. I was greeted when I walked to the cashier and ordered the signature butterfly kisses latte (caramel with a lavendar foam and edible butterfly). I don't like lavendar or rose flavored things bc I feel like I'm licking lotion or a candle but it was light and actually worked so I didn't mind it. You can also choose the milk you want in it, I got almond milk. Overall it was pretty good. Seems pricey for what it is but hey that's inflation for ya... I also ordered the strawberry tres leches cake. It was wet, delicious, and fresh. Sorry that sounds weird. Was in the area so stopped by this new place I've been seeing. It's a super cute place for some IG photos. Very girly and pink. Even the straws were cute. They're all heart-shaped! I love that each table had a different plant centerpiece. Kinda want one of those now. Place was clean. The girl at the counter was nice. Since I had already purchased some sweets prior, I didn't get too much here. I ordered the signature Butterfly Kisses drink and a cookie monster cookie ($2). My drink came with an edible butterfly on top of the lavender foam, which sank in pretty quick. At first sip, my drink was suuuper sweet. Think I got all that syrup at the bottom. After mixing the drink, it was still a bit sweet. The lavender flavor was light but the purple color was pretty. I felt the drinks were overpriced. $8.65 for a 16oz! It's $1 extra for milk substitutes. I prefer oat milk but I can handle regular milk too so I got regular. Starbucks is considered expensive already but a Starbuck's grande (16oz) with oat milk costs less than this. And it's $0.70 less when using stars for the milk substitute. I had to swing by this cafe before I left town and I am SO GLAD I did. Local small business, woman owned! And you can see all the personal touches in the shop. I got the horchata latte, the queso con rajas empanada, and the fresas tres leches to go. When I tell you that they were ALL delicious, I'm only sad we don't have one in Vegas! Such a super cute café and can't wait to go back! We stopped by on Saturday for their grand opening and it was pretty busy. They had a DJ outside, a balloon making clown, and they were giving away refreshing agua frescas to those waiting in line. Both the horchata and pink mixed fruit drink were yummy! We waited about an hour to get into the door and another 40 minutes to check out. We bought a few different items: 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries (4x in each box) 1 churro cheesecake 3 conchas / two purple and one pink The purple conchas were hot when we grabbed them and they were soft and fluffy. The strawberries were very sweet and juicy - our only complaint is that they were warm and they would've been much better if they had been stored in the fridge. The churro cheesecake bits were delicious and a must try! Total spent was about $28 and we overall had a good time. The employees we interacted with were friendly and were all smiles. read more

Went for coffee and chisme'! lol A new bakery/coffee shop that is worth the visit! The different variety of Mexican pastries, cookies and desserts topped with some of the best coffee I've had in a while! I tried the Vanilla Rose Latte with Almond milk. Omg it was not only picture perfect but tastes as good as it looks! I chose a strawberry Concha that was sooo soft and tasty. I will definitely will be back to try more drinks as well as their Avocado Toast! Friendly staff and the cutest picture wall for your photos. Cielito Rosa Bakery & Cafe is a fantastic spot if you're mainly focused on aesthetics and decor. It's great for pics for socials and the little details will make you smile. The heart shaped straws are so cute! The interior was very clean too including the self-serve areas. For self-serve, there are trays, plates, and paper bags available. I didn't see any tongs around for the pastries, but they do have metal spatulas and plastic gloves available. Be careful with the spatula! My pastry nearly slipped off of it. Service was kind, but a little slow. They may want to consider having one more staff member available for weekend morning shifts. The poor cashier was also making drinks and preparing food items by herself! My main focus is on food and drink and unfortunately, most were misses for my partner and me. Out of all the items we tried, the alfajores was the best. I highly recommend getting it. It's so tender and light and not too sweet. The puerquitos were rather dry. The pumpkin empanada had a great crust, but the filling was too sweet. Their jamaica is also very sweet and cinnamon heavy. The strawberry matcha mostly tasted like strawberry and not enough matcha :( Their savory food items looked really good and I regret not trying them. It looks like a lot of customers ordered them, so they must be popular. If I were to return, I would definitely order a savory item instead. I love the overall vibe and concept of Cielito Rosa Bakery & Cafe, so I hope that business can still do well and they can continue to improve. I love that they offer seasonal menu items too. I hope to find some more go to items to get next time, but for now, my first visit didn't wow me enough for the actual food. read more

Hot and new bakery in Mesa! I tried coming on opening day, but it was super crowded! Today was much better - still bustling around inside, but I got lucky and only had one person ahead of me in the line. Note: this review is only for their tres leches and my overall experience. Super friendly staff, clean environment, welcoming atmosphere, fair prices, and delicious tres leches. I like my tres leches on the more soaked side, so I added some of my own tres leches milk. With that said, the slonge cake itself was super fluffy, light, and moist. For $5.25, I would get this again. Can't wait to try more of their pastries and desserts! read more

This was absolutely unacceptable and I believe this place should lose their food and beverage license. We went in to get drinks and it didn't seem like anything was wrong. We were taking pictures and enjoying the aesthetic, but when we got our drinks, one of them came with a flem filled Loogie floating in it. Like a whole booger. She even drank it, before realizing they had done this. It was the most disgusting and unprofessional thing I've ever seen in an establishment, and I really hope this gets back to the owner, and people are aware of what kind of place they are running. Found this adorable spot on Instagram and had to check it out! Loved the fun variety of treats--especially as a big Lilo & Stitch fan, it was so cool to see the pan dulces and drinks featuring the characters. I tried the avocado toast (so good!) and the cheesecake was just as amazing. There's also a cute little gift shop next door with a bit of everything--so many fun finds! A really cute little coffee shop and bakery in Mesa. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking available. The decor is beautiful and very girly/pink. Lots of beautiful touches and details. A generous selection of baked goods (conchas, macarons, etc.) and specialty coffee - all with that same attention to presentation. I saw some power outlets by the tables - this will be helpful for those who decide to bring their laptop in and work from there. Service was very friendly. This might become my new favorite cafe/bakery. The decor was so cute and inviting. All the pastries were laid out for viewing, and to say I had to hold myself back to not get one of everything is an understatement. It all looked so good. I ended up getting a cinnamon roll, some macaroons, and some avocado toast. Each of which were very tasty, and not lacking in any way. I also got some lattes(as I am a big coffee person) and I wasn't expecting much(I've had a lot of boring lattes lately from different cafes), but I was blown away by how flavorful they were. Not to mention I could actually taste the espresso! Which is a big complaint I have at a lot of caffès. Also, the items I ordered came out relatively fast which is the kind of service I appreciate. If you come just for the pictures or Instagram stories this is the place for you. I ordered an horchata delight 16 oz and paid over 10 dollars. I was asked what kind of milk I wanted but was never specified that each kind of milk had an up charge. I looked at the conchas and a small concha was 2 dollars. Everything seemed "expensive". The bakery items, especially the ones you can self serve are always so stale, definitely a couple days old because you can taste it. Such a cute bakery! The staff was really friendly, although I did have to ask for guidance and pricing other wise they would have never greeted me or acknowledged me. My daughter loved the bento cake I got her it had a hello kitty edible image the cake was really moist itself and really good , I also purchased a cinnamon roll and a brownie.
