I have had Al pastor at many, many places, and it's been interesting to see people's takes on the recipes. These were, hands down, the best I've had anywhere. The meat was charred nicely, yet tender. The marinade/sauce had the perfect balance between the sweetness of the pineapple and the counterbalance of the lime, cilantro, and onion. I was so proud of my selection, that I ordered some to-go for my daughter to try. I also had a delicious strawberry margarita and finished off with a tres leches dessert. Everything was superb! I'll be back for that mole someday, and will also try their Taco Tuesday.
