Second time around, it was time for The Odyssey. I tried their new fish sandwich, it was very good, but not easy to eat in the dark. For me, this was a fork and knife meal. Next time, if I'm in the mood for fish, I will get the fish n' chips. It will eliminate a potential mess. I'll add, I did ask for additional tarter and pickles, that aided the difficulty in eating while trying to remain graceful. Overall, I really enjoyed it. I've been going to cinepolis for years and finally decided to write a review after another great experience yesterday. The theaters are always clean, the seats are comfy, and the food is tasty. I went to see the new horror film HIM, and got a small popcorn and large icee for $20. The only downside to cinepolis is that the prices can be a bit high, but the food is usually worth it. I accidentally spilled half of my popcorn onto the floor, but when I told the manager (I can't remember his name), he was super nice and refilled my popcorn for free, even though small popcorns don't get refills. I really appreciated that because I thought I would be told no. This will always be my favorite theater because of how clean it is and how friendly and professional that staff always are. read more

This is the best theater in the area. It's comfortable, never crowded, and the $10 popcorn with free refills is a great deal. They're happy to offer paper sharing bowls to split up the popcorn so for $10 we get unlimited popcorn for our family of 8. Compare that to our other nearby theater, LOOK, where we spend over $40 on popcorn because of the portion sizes and automatic tip policy. Also, we love that this theater supports the Colleyville summer reading program! That kind of community support makes us want to return the favor and support this business. I came here to Cineoplis, to watch a movie last night. I spent approximately $25.00 for movie where I came to watch the Ghibli fest "Ponyo", the price includes the movie ticket bottomless popcorn and soda pop. Harrison, was working the concession stand. He was very welcoming, friendly, helpful and suggested other goodies and menu items. The auditorium was very clean, climate control was very comfortable. The recliners are very clean and comfortable. The only reason I rate this movie theatre a 1 star is for the general manager - Danielle. My boyfriend and I had ordered drinks before we went in to the movie. I had gone back down before the bar was closed to order our drinks and she declined me ordering two drinks for no reason. Come to find out it was because my boyfriend ordered a double whiskey coke and I ordered a wine. She could have politely asked that I let my partner know to come down to get his drink (as it was a double) - but instead talked down on me. Which she proceeded to talk down on him when he came down. I pray the workers there don't experience this with their "boss". I appreciate the refund of the movie but I will not return. If a general manager thinks it's okay to argue due to the lack of communication on her end, I think she is in the wrong position. She sincerely has no right to treat a customer how she has. Let alone, deny my boyfriend the right to go get the popcorn and snacks we have paid for in the movie theatre. The assumptions Danielle (the general manager) has made of me after one glass of wine and her treating us with her bad attitude is ridiculous. Unfortunate that we couldn't end the movie due to her attitude. As theatres already lack customers (due to Netflix/Plex/Hulu/etc.), a bad review does not help. First, the theater is nice and clean. Seats are very comfortable and spacious. If you need to get up during the movie, you don't have to climb over other patrons. The ugly part is the food. I get it, its a movie theater. What do you expect. For the price, something edible. I ordered a meat pizza. My kid got chicken tenders. The pizza had to be from the frozen section of Walmart. The crust was hard as a rock. It was thin and soggy. Barely any meat on it. Taste like rubber. It's was about 6 inches of frozen store pizza. French fries, again store brand fries. Popcorn was too salty and very little butter. Not as good as your average movie theater popcorn like AMC or Cinemark. I know you go to the theater for the movies. I can go anywhere for that but I wanted some food as well. The quality of the food is definitely on the low end. Don't order food. read more

This would be the 3rd theater that I've visited since moving here and this is by far the best one yet. I preordered tickets online prior to my arrival but there was no wait. We were greeted immediately by the staff. There are so many pros opposed to cons with this visit. The pros are: good food, fair pricing, large luxury seats with extensive leg room, food delivery to seat, and cleanliness. Nice theater, it was clean, with really comfortable seats. We had dinner prior to arriving so we did not get to try any of the items on their menu. They have the recliners, so that was a plus for me. I love this theater! It's always clean, well taken care of, and the food is good (try the Supremas & the Churro Donut). I always come to this theater with my movie group, and we always have a good experience. The seats fully recline. Unfortunately, they don't have a button to order food from your seats like SMG, but if you order before it starts, they will bring it to you. Also, I was very pleased with the management here when we had an issue. My family and I came on Christmas Day to watch Spider-Man: No Way Home and could not see the movie because a family was in our seats. They refused to move even after showing that we paid for the seats. We then told the manager, who offered us some concessions while we waited, and still, the family did not want to move; then, the police were called, and they were escorted out. Larissa and Taylor treated us with the best hospitality despite the situation, and we couldn't have asked for better treatment. We did get new seats at a different showtime, and when we came back, Alex took great care of us, and that's why I will always come back here. The service is exceptional. read more

Avoid this theater if you like a dark theater and don't like blindingly bright led aisle/stair light focused into your eyes! The lights are so bright you can read small print or a novel. We tried to talk to the manager on duty. He was indifferent and tried to pass off our legitimate complaint, because law requires they have aisle lighting. While true it doesn't mean that they should blind you and distract you from being able to focus on the screen for the premium movie experience you PAID for. This theater is very modern and still has that new car smell. The concession area is a little small, but it makes up for excellent food selection and food quality. I had the street dog, and I have never had a better hot dog. The place is very clean, and the theater area is really nice with great reclining seat. It had a very nice movie going experience. My husband and I took my grandson to Cinepolis in Euless, on Valentine's Day, to see The Goat. We were so excited. We usually go to RAVE at NE Mall, but they were sold out. Their tickets were $11.95 where Cinepolis was $15.95...You expect to get more when you pay more. Well, that was NOT the case. As soon as I walked into the theater #10, I immediately noticed it felt like a sauna. I couldn't believe how hot it was. The lobby and hallway were normally cool. But when I went to find a manager to see what was going on, he simply said, "Yeah, we know. We are working on resetting it, but that must be done from MEXICO!!!! WHAT!!! I couldn't believe my ears. Then I said, "So you expect us to just sit in the sauna? He said, you can leave now and get your money back because it won't be fixed before the movie is over. At this point, I'm furious!!! I can be cold...but NOT HOT. So, I was in a pickle since I had my grandson with me. He didn't want to leave. So, we decided to stay. Then as soon as I got back to my seat, my husband noticed his seat was broken...no recline...no moving seat...NOTHING. He went to tell them, and they offered to let him leave and give him his money back....THAT DOESN'T SOLVE ANYTHING. So, we stayed through the movie, and I thought I would die...LOL...I was sooooo hot, even with my shoes off...LOL. So, I just tried not to move much as not to work up any energy...it was terrible and I will never go back there again. It could not have gotten 80 degrees in just one show. They had to have known it was broken, which should have been disclosed when purchasing the ticket. People think Customer Service doesn't mean anything anymore...well it does to me. Customer Service was great. Theater is clean, The seats recline, the atmosphere is very comfortable. Popcorn tastes amazing. Pizza was good and the supreme nachos with chicken on top is so good. My only complaint is there are speakers going up both sides of the walls yet I didn't heat surround sound. I want the sound in a movie theater to hit me from all angles. I love this cinema! It's so luxurious. The chairs are electronic and provide a foot rest if you'd like. I so appreciate this amenity because my legs sometimes cramp during long movies. There is a full bar available and lots of food options if you want something more than your usual popcorn/candy combo. The theater is always clean and the staff is friendly. You can pre-order your tickets online and are also able to pick which seats you'd like to sit in. I particularly like this location because it never seems terribly busy. Maybe because it's sort of tucked behind lots of restaurants and shopping, it can easily be overlooked. But even if it were packed, the seats and everything else this theater has to offer would still make for a totally comfortable movie going experience. This theater is slightly hidden behind the restaurants, tucked away in the back off Glade and 121. I liked how clean everything was- bathrooms, self serve beverage area, and the bar/concessions area. We bought our tickets online and chose our seats, so it was great being able to arrive when the movie started. The beverages and concessions were a bit pricey, but not surprisingly. I am not from the area but I am a movie goer. I go every week back home. I'm in town for work and I decided to visit to see The Batman. I missed my showing the previous night due to unforeseen circumstances and Brooklyn assured me I would be taken care of. Brooklyn did that and then some. I've been so MANY theaters and never had this level of service. I would've gave Brooklyn a raise if I could. She made me feel so welcomed upon entry. She was working alone at the time and took care of our order so quickly. I thought she was the Flash. The drinks were INCREDIBLE. Popcorn has never been that fresh. All because of Brooklyn. I really hope this company uses her as a model for recruitment because I will be loyal to this company solely because of her. This is my new place to see movies. It usually is never crowded (I have only seen it crowded on a a very few Friday nights) and on Tuesdays they have $5 movies. The menu is pretty good; however I did notice the last time that some things had changed. They have happy hour Monday thru Friday and all day Tuesday. All the theaters are very clean and the seats are comfortable and recline easily without too much noise. Make sure you bring a jacket or something (even when it is 100 degrees in Texas) because they have the air conditioner set to freeze/snow. read more

This theater is very well maintained and extremely clean. Especially the restrooms. This theater has a full bar, confession stand and an extended menu. I had a burger which I didn't really enjoy but the fries were good and I had a chance to taste my sons spring rolls, which were also good. I had a margarita that had a weird tastE but I'm sure it was the type of margarita mix that was used. There are no ticket booths so all tickets are self service or you have the option to buy a ticket at the concession stand if you are paying with cash. I bought my tickets online prior to coming to the theater. I wish there was a location closer to my house but this will be my location when I don't mind the drive. read more

After creating an account on their website and purchased movie tickets online I was given 2 free popcorn coupons instantly loaded my account. Went to the concessions stand to redeem one and ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Very happy to report they delivered my Burger to me at my seat. The serving staff appears a bit stressed each time we went to the theater and the popcorn, although served in a bowl, tends to cool off too quick.
