Hidden Gem!!! Literally…read more So, your GPS/Waze will get you there but your eyes and brain will be lost. This is because it is literally inside the HighGrain Brentwood BrewPub. Once you've found HighGrain, park in the parking lot and go inside. You walk in and La Terza is immediately on your left. When you walk in, you can go up to the counter and check out the menu. Just hit the little doorbell on the counter if nobody is there when you arrive. They'll show up quickly. You'll also likely notice the coffee's that they currently have "on tap", if you will. They put the bags out front so you know what you're ordering. You can choose from one of their straight up cups of coffee to espresso or latte's, iced or hot. During this visit I selected a small black coffee and an iced vanilla latte. The black coffee was a Costa Rica bean that was bold and robust with flavor. I really enjoyed this. The vanilla latte was not sweet at all. So, if you're looking for something a little sweeter, I'd ask for it to be sweetened or possibly go with the caramel latte, as that was a little sweeter. They do roast their beans on-site. I was going to take a walk over there but the door was closed once I got my coffee order. I did buy a bag of their whole Peru sourced beans that I'm very much looking forward to grinding up and French pressing to perfection. Combined with HighGrain, there is a lot of space to sit and enjoy your coffee. They have a small bakery cabinet to check out and order from as well. I can only assume that the coffee shop and brewery work together, so you may be able to order food from HighGrain and have your coffee too. Would I go back? 100%. I'm looking forward to trying the beans that I purchased. If they're as good as the coffee that I had in-store, La Terza will be on my list of local places to get my beans from.

During these cold days, my boyfriend and I have been visiting a TON of coffee shops. We came to…read moreBirdie's and it was super lively! There were lots of people studying, catching up, reading, and enjoying their drink. I think the place is decorated beautifully, especially with all the hanging plants. The drinks were yummy and the seating was pretty comfy. The only thing is, this is NOT a quiet coffee shop. Especially on busy days. I enjoyed the chatter but I would not come here to do work. Only to talk with friends.

The coffee shop itself is cute and has overall good vibes. The coffee is okay but overall the…read morespeciality drinks just never hit the right flavor mark sadly. If you want something for breakfast other than a bakery item then this isn't the place for you but the bakery items I have tried have all been very tasty. The white chocolate raspberry muffin is my favorite. My son with a peanut allergy has never had an issue with the bakery items! The service also is sometimes hit or miss when I have been in there. Overall the staff all seems young (maybe high school or early college) and sometimes seem more worried about chatting with co workers than getting the customers served! They are always kind just seem distracted. Parking is overall pretty easy on the street because the lot next to the shop is very small! Not really a kid friendly place!
