HOT Dishes hanging off the table because everything came out together. Manager didn't seem to care.

Terrible service. Hot plates hanging off the table, drinks took 15 minutes to arrive. Spoke with the manager who's attitude was "what do you want from me?" I used to eat here all the time. Never again.

    Chimichangas

Cinco's Cantina is a casual Mexican restaurant took over the former Tortilla Flat in Brickyard Square in Epping a few months ago. During the health pandemic (early 2020), they offered takeout and outside dining in front of the restaurant at about 6 tables, which can all be occupied on nicer days. There is also additional outdoor seating located between The Oven and Beach Plum. I ordered dinner takeout from Cinco's Cantina very recently since I felt it was a bit too soon to be eating out in public. Ordering online and paying ahead via Clover was super easy and my order was all set to be picked up in 20 minutes after placing my order. They will deliver your order to you in the parking lot. I ordered the Chimichangas ($11.99 plus tax) which comprised of two deep fried chimis (one filled with shredded chicken and the other with seasoned beef) topped with queso & sour cream drizzle, Mexican rice, and soft refried beans, accompanied by shredded lettuce, tomato, guacamole, crunchy tortilla chips and mild salsa (not thick). The portion of food was enough and similar size to other Mexican restaurants in the area. I enjoyed my takeout tasty dinner outside on a sunny evening on my car isolated in the spacious parking lot. CV-19 PSA: The servers at the restaurant were wearing masks (serving unmasked outside diners), but a male host delivering takeout food orders outside to customers was not. Another male worker entering the restaurant questioned why so many mask wearers in the area. Wearing masks is not required at most places in NH, but it's done to protect other people and to slow the spread. The current CV case numbers in Epping is very low, less than 5 (late May 2020), but drive 20-30 minutes to the west and south and the current CV cases are sky high.

    Chicken fajitas salad

Excellent meal at Cinco's tonight. Quite busy for a Monday night, but service was fine. We had chicken fajita salad and a pork pastor quesadilla. Great food, the veggies were fresh and crunchy, and the pastor-style pork was delicious, with a bit of pineapple salsa inside. Drinks were great, food even better. Well done Cinco's.

Excellent burrito.. best I've had in a long time..Glad to see this place finally getting busier..

My friend Tammy & I met our friend Jen here for lunch on 08/04/2025 after Jen had asked me if I've…read moreever been here before because she had heard good things about this place & I hadn't. We arrived around 1100-1130 & the place wasn't busy. We were greeted by a blonde lady upon our arrival & seated right away in their dining room. We were handed a bunch of menus. Lunch, specials & drink menus. Our waitress was Holly & what a breath of fresh air our experience was with her. Not to long ago Tammy & I had gone to another restaurant in the area & the waitress there was horrible. Holly took our drink order & it didn't take that long for our drinks to come out. Soda for them & a seltzer for me. Holly asked us if we were ready to order but we got caught up in talking/catching up so Holly knew we needed some more time so she told us "when you're ready to order place the ketchup bottle @ the end of the table to indicate to me youre ready." I LOVED this idea!! Once we placed the ketchup @ the end of the table Holly came right over & took our orders. We did find that their menu prices were way overpriced. Pretty much everything was $14.95 or higher, even their desserts, which I found ridiculous. The appetizers' were pretty much the same price as a meal. I was craving a BLT but not for the price they were charging for bread, tomato, lettuce & bacon so I went with the turkey club for $2.00 more which was delicious. I was only able to eat 1/2 of it & took the other 1/2 home. I substituted the fries for sweet potato fries which were very tasty. I asked for some mayo on the side just in case the cook didn't put enough on my sandwich & Holly didn't tell me but you will be charged .50 cents for it. I wish I knew I was going to be charged extra for a side of mayo because I wouldn't have ordered it. Jen got a grilled portabella mushroom sandwich which looked amazing & she really enjoyed it. Tammy got a steak & cheese that she liked too. We all had to take what we didn't eat home. They had fries & homemade potato chips which were tasty. We didn't get dessert as the prices were too high for our liking & we didn't think it was worth it since we just got our meals for the same price. Holly came back over soon after we bit into our meals to make sure everything tasted good & we had everything we needed. It didn't take her long to come back once we were done to offer containers to take our leftovers home. I was trying to be sneaky & pay the tab for everyone & happened to tap Holly on her leg with my CC when she came to the table.....she knew right away what I was asking but my friend Jen caught me......lol but it was too late she was off with my CC. Our bill came to $72.97 with our 3 meals, 2 sodas & 2 Nutrl's plus tax. The service was excellent & Holly knew what she was doing so that was a really enjoyable experience having a great server. Food was good but too expensive as I mentioned earlier. The restaurant is big which also includes a huge bar area with a big seating area. Tammy & I went outside to check out their outdoor patio in the back which also had a small bar, lots of tables & a stage where they do entertainment I believe Thursday-Saturday nights. While we were checking the patio out Holly had come outside because she was also waiting on customers out there which was very far from where we were sitting inside....Telly's is lucky to have Holly!! I'd definitely come back to this place to try a different item on their menu. I think that it would be fun to hang outside for a band on the weekend. Ladies restroom was clean & had plenty of hand soap. The restaurant was also clean from what we could see when we were walking around. They even had an area where they cooked their pizza'a in brick oven in the bar area.

This place is absurdly consistent. The portions are always generous, the quality is never caught lacking, and the dining room is spotless in that reassuring someone actually cares way. The staff (and it's always the same people that are there, which is cool in itself that there's no noticeable turnover in the staff) is friendly without being fake about it... efficient, pleasant, and clearly proud of what they're serving from fryers behind the soda fountains. Let's talk food, because wow. That's why you're reading this. The fried shrimp are so good that my wife (who does not like seafood) actively loves them. That alone should be printed on the menu. I've only known her to eat fried shrimp when the breading weighs more than the shrimp itself (which is not the case here). The tartar sauce is the best in North America. It's my crack. If I drank it through a straw (a bit too thick), that straw would be called a crack pipe. I literally smile writing about this tartar sauce. I will not be taking questions at this time. The "regular" fries are exactly what fries should be: crisp, fluffy, salty perfection. And the onion rings? Peak "fried seafood place" onion rings... golden, crunchy, and unapologetically doing their job, not tempura style, but old school Weathervane "fried seafood style" onion rings that you can sub in instead of fries on plates/boats for a small upcharge. Even the bathrooms are clean, which sounds like a throwaway detail until you realize how rare that is and how much it says about the place. We love it so much that we'll happily drive 40 minutes each way to eat there - in winter - because that's what you do when a place never lets you down. And despite the sign saying Al's Seafood, we tell everyone it's called "Big Al's Seafood" Not because that's the name, but because that's the energy this place has... It's not trendy. It's not trying to reinvent anything. It's just awesome, every single time and honestly, that's harder to pull off than any gimmick. Signing off... keep it up, Big Al.
