I ordered the Old Skool cinnamon roll to compare with other cinnamon rolls. Overall not bad but my complaint with this and most cinnamon rolls is that they are a little too soft and airy and a little too sweet. They are better then most bakeries which are either done with donut dough or pastry flour. I grew up with a different style and enjoyed rolls from different countries so my palette is more attuned to that type of cinnamon roll but since I do not want to bake them because of the couple of pounds I put on after eating them, this is not a bad substitute. read more

I'm the person that seldom gives a negative review but there is a first time for everything. This was my first and last order, I drove a distance to try this shop out. I dont know if they were just having a challenging night or rude people before I ever arrived but the first young lady was very cordial however the second young lady who told me part of my order was not there and how she tried to call me was very rude. Maybe she was anticipating me being upset which I wasn't, because things happen big deal, I was taken aback how she was so as a matter of fact about the order being changed since they were out of cookies and me trying to search in my app for the update and the refund. I hope someone informs her how to treat customers especially when you would like them to return. She didn't follow up and ask did you get the update she did nothing to ensure I was a satisfied customer and to top it off the cinnamon roll I purchased looked like they dumped the frosting on and threw it in the container. Clearly unconcerned with appearances, I mean there was no napkin , no fork in the bag , just big no-no. There was no quality or care in the presentation. It tasted average and my experience was below average. I hope if you decide to go things work out better for you, as for me I will pull up Dominos Pizza next time I want dessert, they had better buns and much better customer service. read more

The cinnamon rolls here are so good! I had amaretto icing and pecans. Daughter as lemon icing with fresh raspberries. The lady in front of me said she sticks with the maple. There's so many flavors to try. The only thing that would make it better is some cows milk, however, they said it was a dairy free store. It was delicious. I do wish I could have stopped halfway or at least eaten the cinnamon roll before dinner. It was a large roll. Definitely will be back for more! The employees are all very sweet and want to make sure the customer has a great experience. Everyone working here is patient and kind.
