When I first walked in no one was working in the front. I stood there for a good 5 min before I yelled hello so someone could come help me. A gentleman came out he didn't greet me or apologize. I told him I was there for my birthday cinnamon roll he asked for the code and rang it up. I left and went home to enjoy it . The cinnamon roll was hard and cold. I couldn't even eat it , it was so hard so I threw it away. I have never had an issue with the Gilbert location it's always been great service and great product. So disappointed this was my experience here since it's so close to my house. read more

I really wish this was a five star review because I've been to two other Cinnaholic locations many times in the past years and always leave feeling so satisfied at the warm, soft, chewy, stretchy rolls. The other two locations are definite 5's but unfortunately, this new location in my hometown that I was sooo excited about was disappointing and underwhelming now for my third and final visit. What did George Bush say? Fool me once...? Anyway, the owner and staff are super friendly, the establishment is clean, and the jams are good, but the star of the show needs some immediate attention. My family and I stopped by after the Grand Opening rush this evening. We love cinnamon rolls , so we were all excited for this new treat place ! We ordered some build your own cinnamon rolls and some off the menu cinnamon rolls. They were so warm and delicious! The perfect place for a tasty fun treat! Recently moved to the area and my husband is addicted to cinnamon rolls - but not just any cinnamon rolls anymore - he is a self classified "Cinnaholic"!! We have had multiple trips to the location on Combs/Gantzel. Two visits stick out over others. One visit about a month ago, I stopped in with my 5 and 3 year old to get some rolls for dessert for Father's Day. The owner and one other employee were working. The owner came out with three ice cream samples for me and the kids because the rolls were going to take 2 more minutes - excellent customer service - my kids were behaving but the little sample of ice cream made their night and they still talk about it to this day! About a week ago, my husband and I went in to get him and my stepson rolls, the owner was the only one working and he had a great conversation with my husband, very personable, great customer service, and we learned his name is Matt. Yesterday we ran into Matt at the grocery store and even though he wasn't at the shop, he was still very nice, had a quick conversation and the girls thanked him again for those ice cream samples! An absolute WOW with the cinnamon rolls. I've tried the Very Berry, Campfire S'Mores and Cookie Monster versions and can't make up my mind as to which is my favorite. Each was served fresh and warm by some of the nicest people. They also serve some terrific brownies and banana bread. Also on the menu is soft-serve ice cream which can be served as a two flavor swirl (I had chocolate/vanilla). While the store is a little small, it is clean and has several tables where you can rest and enjoy your pastries. I very glad I found this place! read more

The cool thing is all the toppings they have to offer and the cinnamon roll is fresh, however the the cinnamon roll itself was just ok. It seemed slightly overcook and a little dry, but the flavor was good. For the price however, I rather just get a tin at the grocery store and make a bunch of them at home. I can't say enough about this place. I love that it's vegan and dairy free. The menu is perfectly tailored to its niche-and very creative. You can even build your own bun! Everything is baked fresh right there, from buns to cookies and brownies. They even make their own Dole "whip". Then, there's Matt's story--deeply inspiring and a reminder of the power of resilience and community. Supporting small business is always a good idea, but supporting this one is a GREAT one. I bought my nephew and myself a cinnamon roll with toppings, he got the Cookie Monster, and I got the loaded berries, cinnamon roll. we also bought one brownie and one chocolate chip cookie. I have to say I have never had vegan food, especially from a bakery, but they were tasty. I could taste a difference in the chocolate chip cookie and the brownie and then I had to remind myself it's vegan and not, regular bad for you stuff! Lol. They are a bit pricey, it's a very small shop very clean, and the three ladies there were so nice. Do yourself a favor, and heat up the cinnamon roll slightly before you eat it! So yummy! What a wonderful experience we had at the new Queen Creek CINNAHOLIC, Upon entering we were greeted by the spectacular staff who were friendly and accommodating. The cinnamon rolls were simply delightful, both ooey and gooey, soft and warm and many many different icings and toppings to choose from. Parking is easy with plenty of spots available. The store is brand new and totally modern and very clean! They also sell homemade cookies, brownies and coffee cakes, all baked fresh daily. We will be coming back soon. read more
