    Special heart-shaped eggplant pizza

Once in awhile you come across a business owner who takes enormous pride in their products, and makes them as though they are making it for their own family. I called Cioffi's and got Jerry the owner, who helped make my friend's birthday extra special by honoring my request for a heart-shaped pizza to be delivered to his house on his birthday. Jerry was in on it from the moment I explained what I wanted, as excited and joyful about the surprise as I hoped our friend would be! He was excited about our idea, excited for my friend, and excited to play his part in the whole thing. He even sent me texts as he was preparing it and just before he gave it to the delivery guy. I am so grateful for such a well executed (and delicious!!!!) surprise. Thank you, Jerry!!! Stay YOU!!

I found this place on my lunch break it is a hidden gem. They have everything. I mean everything. They have all types of salads pasta's, pizza, hamburger cheeseburger french fries. You name it. It's nice it's cozy fairly clean. A pleasure to visit here the salad I had was a kale salad with grilled chicken. I also had fruit salad. And a diet cream soda. The service was great. And the story behind a little place was cool. Even though it is out of my way I will definitely go back when I'm in this area

Ordered chicken parm and got burnt grilled chicken over pasta and no cheese. So disappointed.

Breaded shrimp 4 pieces Vodka ravioli 7 raviolis (watered down sauce) Water bottle Price $33

This place is average if that but what kills it is the price. I asked "what exactly are the prices?" I was amazed. The guy was making prices as they went, when I approached the register he's telling her prices to charge me. This is what you'd expect at a cheap deli, shouldn't be making up prices. This is some overpriced Italian spot with halfway decent food.... I would never return.... 33 dollars I could've ate at a way better spot. And got way more food... big thumbs down to them

When you want a local Italian deli, where you walk in and you feel like you've been there 1000x this is it. Cioffi's comes in strong with a great pizza, great sandwiches, and on top of it you feel like family. Some outdoor seating and one or two indoor tables, but most come in and pick up. 5 stars all the way

Roast beef sandwich just like the old days with less meat, but be careful the hidden new price without warning, may makes you become donkey fool of you, nice place , but if you want to be a donkey , it's up to you. Ready to get shock ?

The owner Anthony has a son with celiac so they know all the protocols to keep people safe. And wow is the food good. Fried chicken cutlets on a sub, cheesesteaks, even meatballs. Multiple layers of Taylor Ham multiple eggs and very cheesy on what I'm guessing is a kaiser roll. It's a little more expensive than most places. It's $10 and most places you can get it for six to eight dollars. But thosev places don't give you as much Taylor ham as this place does. It's definitely worth the extra couple dollars. Place seems small but they did say they had seating around back. Parking lot not huge but there is a parking lot next door that I parked in. I don't know if you're allowed to park there? As I was there the place got really busy but the owners and staff were really nice. Definitely will go back to try something else. If the bacon egg and cheese gets as much bacon as they give Taylor ham? Then I'm definitely going to try that next.

Millburn has no shortage of delis, but Goldberg's Famous Deli is definitely at the top of the list…read more Goldberg's offers deli traditional favorites like fresh-baked bagels, lox, and sandwiches piled high with deli meats, as well as healthier options like salads when you want something lighter in an unapologetically casual ambiance. Goldberg's has been a local staple in Millburn since Tina and Marty Goldberg first opened the doors back in July 1977. The current owners took over in December 2022 and have done a fantastic job keeping the soulful and "old-school" Jewish-style deli spirit alive while making many subtle but meaningful improvements that today's diners expect and appreciate. However, it still has that authentic, "old-school deli" ambiance where you order at the counter then grab a table to wait for your meal and could end up with mismatched silverware. It's charmingly low-key and with a focus entirely on the food. The deli sandwiches are massive and the quality of the ingredients is consistently high. Unfortunately, that also means that the prices are somewhat higher than you might expect. A single deli sandwich served with a small bag of potato chips is in the $20-$22 range, which feels like a bit of a splurge for a casual lunch. That said.. You definitely won't leave hungry and the portion sizes encourage sharing or taking half of your dish home for a second meal. My dining companion and I split the West Orange sandwich, made with corned beef, turkey, russian dression, and cole slaw, on rye bread, which was excellent. We'll definitely be back. PRO TIP #1: Bring your wallet. I do feel obligated to point out that Goldberg's should be rated as a $$ / moderate price range (indicating $11 to $30 per person) rather than a $ / inexpensive price range (indicating under $10 per person). PRO TIP #2: While they don't have a private lot, there is plenty of on-street parking and municipal lots nearby. Use the mPay2Park app for the pay-by-plate meters ($0.50 per hour). Meters operate Monday through Saturday from 8am to 7pm; all street meters are free after 7 pm and all day Sunday. If the street is full, the Essex Street parking deck (24 Lackawanna Place) is a reliable backup.
