For the Rv hook up resort. Omg! People what a place. Yes, it's a parking lot. It's not at all bad as to what others made it to be. We were at site 15. It was perfect. Site 14 did look like it had an issue. So don't park there. I definitely recommend to pay online, then as you arrive. There's a phone to use to call guest services. They provide you a gate code to enter and a space number. You must stop inside the small building with the pink roof. That's where the kiosk is located. The kiosk will provide you with a access card. You need it, to come and go and use the facility. The pool was clean. I was out in the doggy park, when I seen pool maintenance cleaning it.I seen security several times. Very manicured pool and facilities. Then, across the way they have a huge water park! Totally recommend. Circus Circus needs to revamp it for sure. It's sad that there's no hype about this place. I give it a 8/10. Only because they really should have its own guest service center. Make use of the abandoned building,maybe a little store, market or gift shop. Guys! This is a very cool spot on LV Blvd North! It's clean and Yes it smells nice! I just adore all the carousels at the Adventuredome! So many amazing rides, arcades, free circus shows, great dining options for the whole family! I'd say it's a family themed property. So bring the kids! Free parking, no valet, but they offer Bell Hop services. Check in is 2pm(most properties are 3pm or later). Value for your money and a fun nostalgic LV property! I recommend! read more

DUMP of a hotel. Must be torn down & rebuilt. Was there for the Canelo / Crawford Boxing Fight. To start; the check in process is a disaster - they have ppl waiting almost to outside of lobby entry doors. They do not clean your rooms at all. You're asked to hang dry your used towels. read more

I used to love coming here when I was as a kid and wanted my kids to experience the same fun, some of the prizes I won here are still at my parents house somewhere. The midway section on the 2nd floor is still filled with fun arcade and carnival games and you can easily spend an hour here with the kids. They have a free show that's different throughout the day, it'll often be a clown opener followed by trapeze artists. It was the first time our kids saw both and they liked it. A lot has remained unchanged over the years so the carpets are dark with age and the old smoke ventilation systems aren't as nice as they are as newer casinos. You will have to walk through the casino for a short distance to get to the Midway. The nice thing is the games are new and very well maintained, if you decide to go to adventured kr it's about a 7 minute indoor walk, when we tried going most of the entrances were blocked by law enforcement so we left. read more

the gentleman that checked us in was very rude and even rolled his eyes at us. The room was disgusting. Smelled like pot non stop, had black mold in the hallway from a previous leak, we NEVER had anyone clean or even give us clean towels. We had to call down to the desk to get more towels. We have been trying to contact them to discuss this and other issues with the whole experience but no one will answer, call or email us. terrible experience all the way around!! I remember my favorite childhood memories were here. I have never stayed at the hotel here but my mom would bring my brother and I here just to eat the most delicious pepperoni pizza and play games at the midway. As an adult, I still come here. I reserved in early October 2025 a room for 2 nights for Dec 31st 2025 check out Jan 2nd 2026,but when we arrived early in the afternoon on Dec 31st we was told there is early self check in for $60 and we where ok to pay the $60,but when we try to check in or reservation no where to be found and later we found out they canceled our reservation in order to sell us for for 4X time higher price. They don't even email us or text us telling us the canceled our hotel reservation before we fly across the country. Most hotel was sold out or extremely nigh price for new year eve,but we managed to find hotel in the area for nearly $400 a night. The staffs are very unfriendly and some of them are outright rude. We also over heard stuffs telling 2 different people they have no reservation. After 2 hrs going back and forth we called the booking company and the told the hotel manger they do have reservation on speaker phone,but the manger insisted we must rebook for a new price. This hotel also cost us our restaurant reservation to the Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen. read more

Stayed here for 4 nights for When We Were Young this week. This was a horrible experience. We stayed here for the proximity to the festival, fully aware that it is not at all a nice hotel, but it managed to be much worse than expected. The largest problem we had was a chunk of our shower collapsing and shattering in the middle of the night. Obviously this was extremely alarming as we had all been asleep and woke up to a crash, and then in the morning we discovered a shower covered in shattered tile. We called housekeeping to request that they sweep & vacuum so we could shower, but they told us the room had to be put out of service and we were forced to change rooms. This was the morning of the festival, which was of course the entire reason we stayed in this dump, and it made us late getting in because we had to pack up and change rooms before we had access to a shower. The new room also had the shelf that fell already removed so this was a known safety issue that they failed to correct. If this had happened while one of us was in the shower we likely would have ended up in the ER. Additionally, the new room had significant amounts of mold in the shower, and for our entire stay the elevators didn't work properly and there was no housekeeping. At check out we asked to discuss this with a manager and Pelaya was extremely rude to us, totally dismissive, literally didn't even say "we're sorry that happened". We ended up finding another manager, who at least spoke with a polite tone, but only offered us two nights discount on the resort fee, which barely even covers our property that was damaged in the shower. We plan to go back annually for the festival but will opt to stay further away and walk rather than risk the Circus Circus again. This put a huge damper on our festival day and wasn't worth the convenience. read more

While on the more affordable side you definitely "get what you pay for" here- it is subpar. The room was clean at least and the pillows were nice! The bed and bedding were okay. The towels provided in the restroom were more like sandpaper and looked very old. We had a great view from the room. Being on the 19th floor all I can say is those elevators are Terrifying! There is a keypad you enter your room number and it tells you which elevator to go to However it is mid labelled and the doors are quick so you can easily miss your ride. There was lots of confusion in the elevator area would be nice to have someone available to help. It was nice to be here again after 20 or so years. The casino is actually not too bad and seems to be upgraded along with the arcade and fun zone areas. Everything shuts down by 11p-12a but the staff are all very friendly. read more

Would like to sue Circus Circus!!! I recently stayed at Circus Circus May 22, 2025 through May 26, 2025. Their security is non-existant. The feature that they have where you have to use your room key to operate the elevators does not work. AND THEY KNOW THIS FEATURE DOES NOT WORK!!! Anybody can go to any floor any room at any time. I have video of this MAJOR MALFUNCTION! On the Saturday May 24, 2024 between 10:30pm and 4:00am while I was asleep, someone entered my room #1364 and ROBBED me of my valuables. Wallet with cash debit card credit cards etc., laptop, backpack, car keys, hoodie and even my Nike Air Max. Circus Circus security did not do nothing. Did no kind of procedure as to what was taken, if I was alright NOTHING. Security had the nerve to ask me if I wanted a police report. As me and my family were leaving on the morning if May 26, 2025 we noticed that a few doors down another family had gotten robbed that very next night. Circus Circus guests are getting ROBBED! If I could give negative stars, I would. I needed a cheap place to stay while I visited my mom in the hospital and unfortunately I stayed here. I arrived at 1:30 in the morning and when I pulled into the valet area, I discovered there was no valet. They had a sign saying valet was closed. I drove around trying to find a safe place to park, and I had to settle on a $10/day parking spot away from the back door of the casino. No security to be seen anywhere, and the lighting was not great. I walked in to the check in area to find there was only 1 lady working to check people in on late Friday/early Saturday morning. The line wrapped out of the check in area all the way past the Bell desk. By the time I got to check in I had waited an HOUR in line. The lady told me my reservation could not be found so I had to pay for the room up front. She then told me I would need to go up to my room, make a reservation thru their website to get a second night. Use the elevator right here to get to your room... I got on the elevator to the 11th floor and started looking for my room number. I walked down several hallways with no luck (and not ONE other person) and wound up in a construction area. After around 20 minutes I found my way back to the elevators. I got in and pressed the button for the ground floor, and the elevator wouldn't move. The elevator door also wouldn't OPEN. After about 5 minutes (and pressing other buttons, the elevator said I was on the ground floor, but the doors wouldn't open. I heard people on the other side and banged on the door and it finally opened!! (I told them NOT to use that elevator. ) I heard some people say they were on the 11th floor in a room number adjacent to mine, so I followed them. I wound up waaaaaaay far away from the elevators I was supposed to take, only accessible from the 2nd floor of the casino (unless you walked from outside I guess?) and finally found my room. It was now 3:30am. I had 1 towel, 1 washcloth, and 1 piddly ass bar of soap, nothing else. There was mold on my shower curtain. The ac sounded like a peterbilt truck backfiring in my room, and I had no hot water a few hours later when I tried to shower. I had internet if I held my phone up in the corner of the bathroom, because the system couldn't find me to let me connect to the hotel wifi. There was NO hot water in the shower or sink. I packed up and went downstairs to check out of room 1 so I could check into my next room. I told the 1 employee working everything I had experienced and she was not at all there to offer any kind of compensation...not even an extra bar of soap. She did say that she booked me into an easier room to find and she would walk me to the elevator. Entering the next room I soon found out that only 2 electrical plugs (not outlets worked). One in the bathroom (if you unplugged the hairdryer from 1965) and the one directly behind the nightstand. I was on the 12th floor this time, and all I could here were motorcycles roaring up and down the street, and sirens going all night long. At 6am I awakened by a load banging noise. I listened thru my door and it wasn't in the hallway. I went to the window to discover someone above my floor throwing pallets down and busting them on a building located BELOW me. I grabbed my stuff and GTFO. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND I WILL MOST DEFINITELY NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. This place is filthy inside and out. I found out the valet wasn't closed, they just don't have it anymore. The lots are not safe and not well lit. The staff seems to know they work in the shittiest place in Las Vegas and their attitudes reflect that. Do yourself a favor...spend the extra money and stay SOMEWHERE ELSE. They should have torn this place down instead of the Tropicana. read more

The circus circus was our last option....The floor is so stained. The only good thing honesty about this hotel has to be the amusement park that's in it and the little "waterpark" that's in the pool section that's about it. And the McDonalds that's next to the hotel. Our reception for the hotel took about an hour just so we could get a room. INSANE!! read more

We took the kids to Circus Circus, for the Adventure Dome. We got there around 6:00 PM by 8:00 PM the kids were asked to get off of 3 rides. First one someone got sick and threw up on the floor, and then within 1 hour the fire alarm went off twice, and the kids were asked to get off again. There were so many leaks from the roof, and they put a lot of towels, and other things on the floor to soak up the water. There were parts of the Dome that were closed down. wasn't worth the price of admission... Very disappointed. read more

Out of all the hotels I have stayed at, this one is by far the worst. The refrigerator was broken, and there were not enough towels. I had to call room service to solve these problems. There was only one sink, even though there were two beds. The bathtub wasn't deep enough; water spills easily. I woke up way too early on a Saturday morning because kids were screaming everywhere. Can you all at least have some noise control in the hallways? But worst of all: people were fighting in the lobby. It was so bad that the police had to come and evacuate everyone. I was supposed to stay for two nights, but I left one night early because of this. Horrible experience, never staying here again. No wonder it's called "Circus Circus": this place is full of clowns. read more

The casino is on the north end of The Strip so a bit out of the way and outdated, but the Midway carnival games are good to keep kids entertained and I've really enjoyed the free circus acts in the past for a break from the heat and chaos of the other areas. Super shabby and dirty place. They try every means to rip you off. Don't go, service is super bad to none, and equipments are all outdated and broken. The circus shows were ok, and I feel bad for the performers--they should find better employers. The games and activities are all old and kind of not value for money. Food is horrible. I'm only basing my review on our visit to the AdventureDome on April 16, 2022. I've been coming to this place almost every time we visit family (as long as our kids are with us). I have also been here since I was a kid when I was in town. I feel like this place is getting worse with each visit. We weren't really planning on visiting this time around but we went last minute. We paid almost $200 on the wristbands for my three kids to go on rides and my husband had to purchase one so he could ride with our youngest. I'm not much of a drinker but decided to buy an alcoholic drink (pina colada) to get through the day. We had two rides back to back that had some sort of issue. One was one of the swing rides and I half witnessed a mother who was riding with their child, having to drag out their kid out of the ride (to get out of the way) because the ride had stopped... but then kept going but people were already trying to get off before it started back up. I couldn't tell what happened because I looked away for a few seconds. But i was startled to see what happened because my family were all on that ride. I looked up to see the operator trying to stop the ride by pressing the button over and over and then it finally stopped. They stopped the ride for awhile to check to make sure it was operating okay. We took our two oldest the the next ride right next to it. My daughter wanted to ride it but said she was worried she was going to get stuck at the top which she was observing from the kids being up in the air until the riders on the bottom was let off. Interesting enough, when my kids were on that ride, there was another issue! Her nightmare came true. For that ride session, halfway through it, the operator for that ride left their shift due to a shift change before that session was over... which meant those who are at the bottom were let off but the riders on top were stuck there for about 30 mins because the original operator left with the keys. The new operator was trying to find a key and kept calling someone to help her with no luck. I'm not sure why it was taking so long. If it had been a more serious issue, It wouldn't have been well at all. My daughter who is 6 is up there with her 10 year old brother, is having a meltdown while we were waiting for them to get them down. After that, I was just over it but we kind of needed to make most of the trip especially after spending so much money there. We almost considered going to complain about it in person and see if we could get a refund but we aren't really those kind of people. Yelp will just have to suffice. We had the kids go on a few kiddie rides and played a few games. Only positive was that there was someone working the games that gave my youngest a small stuffed animal after we played a game so that was very sweet of them. I loved Circus Circus as a kid. I hope that things improve there but probably not. I normally would be riding the rides there so this was the first time I didn't. It doesn't make it any better after the trip to find out that there has been some deaths there as well in the past. I know it isn't a major theme park but I don't feel like it is safe there. My kids did enjoy it there except for that one ride but they don't know any better. I don't know if we will be going back there and will have to look into other options. read more

Yes, it's an older place in need of updating but it still has the cool vibe of yesteryear that makes it special. It's the only circus theme casino/hotel with carousels, arcade games, free ariel acts, and a big indoor dome of fair rides including two roller coasters. Although we thought you could just pay for each ride but you must pay $60 which is unlimited for all rides, which isn't ideal. Casino goes on and on and there's little shops and a food court with a bagel place, Popeyes, Burger King and an Asian food place. The arcade is upstairs. We took our grown girls and they enjoyed going. read more

travelers beware: this hotel has many issues. To say it's unsafe during the age of coronavirus is a gross understatement. I tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 three days after I checked in here and I'm reasonably sure I caught this virus in the lobby at Circus Circus. More on that theory below. Let me start by saying most of the staff were cheerful and helpful and no doubt doing the best they could. Thank you to those folks working the lobby. You're appreciated. Sadly, those upsides were outweighed by negligence my party encountered First let me detail some an annoyance: The Wi-Fi here is terrible. You can't join a zoom conference because their internet offering interferes with the secure connection that zoom.us requires. I've attached a screen capture that shows the error: "unable to establish a secure connection". This is especially problematic for business travelers. And there ARE business travelers. Circus Circus is located across from the Las Vegas convention center where events such as the consumer electronic show take place. people come from all over the world to attend these events and they stay at Circus Circus because it's walking distance. Wi-Fi here forces you to reconnect several times throughout the day This is beyond frustrating (see screen capture). Amenities: you can request a refrigerator but there's a $20 fee unless you have medicines that need to be kept cold. there are no coffee makers nor microwaves in any rooms. Bring your own electric kettle if you would like to make instant coffee or tea. here's where the negligence part of our story begins: there's not a doubt in my mind I caught the coronavirus on New Year's day here. this place was packed. We could barely move much less have six feet between us. There were only 2 elevators working in the whole tower they'd assigned us. These towers are at least 38 stories tall and have thousands of rooms. as a result we had to carry heavy luggage 16 stories thru stairwells sometimes because the wait to get on elevators seemed endless. when we could finally get in an elevator it was packed tight. Many people refused to wear masks. Daily, the keycards to our rooms would expire causing us to spend time packed in their lobby with hundreds of other people visiting the hotel. Numerous people including 1 staffer who approached us, and plenty of visitors went without masks in the lobby as well. I'd wonder if we just had a super-spreader event out of this location, but there's no way to confirm. My big mistake was that i was wearing just a cloth mask instead of a KN-95 mask. id never heard of the KN version until I after i had caught the virus. If you do come here, get that KN-95 on your dome-piece! read more

Just got into my room and it REEKS of pee. I get that this hotel is dog friendly, but the smell of pee should not smack me in the face walking into the room. It's nauseating. *Edit to add: I walked to a nearby store to buy bleach. I wiped down the entire floor and even small sections made the rag BLACK. The room not longer smells like pee, so it was clearly from a lack of cleaning. read more

The three stars are not for the hotel at all!! The three stars are for Leslie with check in. She was awesome! She was a tremendous help when my husband and I arrived early in the morning from driving 18hrs. Not only did she allow us to check in early but she hooked us up with one of the best views. Now the hotel really needs to be gutted and heavy haul and make over!!!!!!! I don't have enough characters to explain. Just put it like this, you will need two hands to push your wheeled suitcase over the carpet!!!!!! One suggestion I have for the hotel, pause on resort fees, because it is obvious that those are not being applied to the up keep of the hotel. read more

Our next door neighbors one wife one husband and 2 kids during the night we heard yelling, screaming and beating come to conclusion they were in an abusive the relationship involving domestic violence. Front desk said "it's not our problem" when we complained about it. So we ended up checking out early. Kinda cool for a little while if your trying to go somewhere that feels nostalgic given the casino has an are that's called "slots of fun" where you feel like you stepped into a Time Machine and the games there are being used with quarters, when you hit a jackpot, a million filthy quarters come out ! lol so fun ! The hotel does stink though like many other old hotels, stale smoke weird characters running through there. Not what it used to be apparently, but may be different if you have kids didn't get a chance to go see any shows or the adventure experience. read more
