Guys are available for curbside pickup 9/1/20

When we would crave barbecue, we would stop by here as it was in close proximity to my home in Noblesville when I had resided in 2020/2021. We have been here a few times. The ambiance is nice and comfortable. The employees are nice, cheerful and greet you with smiles. The restaurant is well kept. We have tried the following: -Beef brisket sandwich (delicious) -Corn pudding (delicious) -Toasted bread (burnt & was ok) -Chicken leg & thigh (delicious) -Green beans (it's ok) -Beef brisket (delicious) -Sweet tea (delicious) -Rack of ribs (delicious) We also had one of our birthday dinner catered by Citi Barbecue. The process of placing the order to pickup of the order was smooth. No issues. Download the app to build up points to use for future purchases.

Amazing service! Very clean building and friendly staff! The food is amazing and always a treat to have. One of my favorite places to eat!

City BBQ is sooo good. I love that you can do a platter of meats and get more meat without more sides. Every platter also comes with bread. It's fast casual so you order at the counter then pick up when it's ready. They even have outdoor seating which is nice! Food was great! Brisket was to die for.

Picture of the ham from the website menu.

Christmas Eve order. The turkey breast was honestly some of the best I have ever eaten and the triple que was ok. But we ordered a small 1/4 smoked ham that in the pictures from the website looked to be thin sliced or at least sliceable by us. What we got was chunks of ham like "the other end" of a pre-sliced ham you can get from the grocery store. It was dry and not at all what I expected from this place. We expected something that could be put on slider rolls for sandwiches for the kids as the picture on the menu showed. We love CB and had a great catering experience for my daughters high school graduation party back in June. Just disappointed in the quality and variance from the pictures of what we received this time. The website picture I posted for comparison was the 1/2 ham... I think. CB no longer lists the ham as I think it was just a holiday offering but you can see what we got for our $40.

It's been several years since we ate at a City Barbecue. We used to go to the one in Avon a lot. We decided to have lunch here today. We got the City Sampler I think it was. You could upgrade to pint sized sides for $5 more so we got macaroni and cheese and baked beans with brisket. They were good. We also ordered a corn pudding and some hush puppies and loved those. For me it would have been better with onions in the hush puppies. The meats were delicious with the exception of the sausage. I thought they used to have the smoked sausage but this was something different and I didn't like it but knowing that next time we will swap it out for another meat. The meats are flavorful enough for me as is. Their sauces have too much of a vinegar taste for me. I did like the spicy one. It's a little expensive for lunch but we still enjoyed it.

City Barbecue is tricky. I've eaten here a handful of times and here's my final opinion ( Carmel and Fishers locations ) -The customer service is always welcoming - Expensive for the small portions you receive - Cornbread muffins 10/10 moist and sweet I always ask for a extra one - Baked Beans not my favorite - The corn is just corn - Corn pudding 10/10 - Mac and cheese nothing spectacular - Greens just okay - They do have wide selection of BBQ sauces to choose from which is nice Now the meat is touch and go it used to very moist and flavorful when they first opened but recently their brisket has been consistently dry along with with the chicken. They have their good days and their bad days.

We had opted for a sandwich and 2 sides. Each lunch also contained a fruitcup or applesauce, a pickle spear, chips, a cookie or brownie, as well as condiments, a mint and cutlery with napkin. That should fill up the even the hungriest of our employees. I for one appreciate reliability in a caterer since there is nothing worse than a room full of hungry people and no food. I had been searching everywhere for a graze box to bring to our friends' gathering and finally decided to give Graze Craze a try. I'm so glad I did. Shortly after placing my order, they reached out to let me know the store would be closing earlier than expected the day before Thanksgiving. They easily adjusted my pickup time, and I really appreciated them being proactive instead of leaving me to discover locked doors. Now...this next part was completely on me. ‍ I showed up a little early while they were absolutely buried preparing holiday orders. They had part of my order ready, apologized, and asked if I could swing back once everything was finished. A short while later they contacted me exactly as promised, and pickup was a breeze. The customer service alone deserved five stars. Then I opened the boxes. They were honestly almost too pretty to eat. Every detail looked intentional--from the presentation to the handwritten note tucked inside. I was genuinely excited to show up with them. The best part? They weren't just pretty. Every single person commented on how beautiful they looked...then immediately started talking about how good everything tasted. That's the dream when you're bringing food to a holiday gathering. Presentation Meter: (gift-worthy) Party Impressiveness: Guests gathered around before the lids were even fully open. I live on the south side, so this isn't exactly around the corner for me--but I'd happily make the drive again. Great food, thoughtful customer service, and a local business I'll gladly continue supporting.

Super disappointed to leave a one star review but my experience with Graze Craze has been horrible…read more I received a gift card for my birthday and I went in person this week to place an order. When I walked in, I heard someone say from that back that they'd be with me in a little while. It wasn't long before a young man came out to speak with me. It was about 90 minutes before closing and he immediately told me I should not expect service right before closing. I apologized, said I thought they closed at 6pm, he said they did, then said he'd go to the back to see if they'd be willing to talk to me. Someone was in the back washing dishes, but never came to the front. The same employee came back out, sighed, and said he'd take my order. I told him I had never been in, I just heard about it from the gift card, and was curious what I could order and what was included with the menu items (inside, it's just a counter and a table off to the side with trays/boxes with names, but not prices or a list of what comes in them). He told me I should read the TV, which looked to be off at the time. He turned it back on while huffing and puffing, then said "LOOK!" at the menu, which was just names of the boxes with prices, not sizes or again what's included/what I can choose from. I remained calm, despite feeling uncomfortable, and again asked if I could see a list of what's included or what I can choose from, and if I can pick something up same day or order for a future pickup (I was honestly hoping for a grab & go cooler like other similar places but no problem, I can order something for another time). I still have no idea what items are available, as the employee was just getting more and more mad at me with each question, which he refused to answer. I told him I was feeling uncomfortable, which he just said, "okay!" so I said I didn't feel like I was wanted there as a customer, and I left. I've tried calling the store to rectify the situation and maybe speak with a different employee or member of management. Either the phone just rings and rings or the same employee I spoke with in-person answers. I really wanted to use my gift card but I'd rather throw it away than go through that experience again. I'm very discouraged at this point, but glad I can get great products and service at The Bountiful Board instead.

Awesome elevated comfort food menu…read more I was scrolling through my pictures from my trip to Indy and I saw a photo of a menu. Upon closer inspection, it hit me that I took the pic because I wanted to explicitly call out its awesomeness in this review. It is chalk full of dishes that sound like they came out of my dreams. Here are a couple noteworthy examples: 5280 PB & J - ok, this one didn't come out of my dreams, because I don't eat pork, but literally, if I discovered this two years ago before I went semi-kosher, I would be all over it. Roast pork loin, pepper bacon, fig & plum jam on a pretzel bun?! Yes, I did just rewrite the menu for you, but it should be shared with the world. Mr. Potato Head and Cheese - I once wrote has there ever been a match made in heaven that beats truffle and French fries? The answer is now yes, truffles and tater tots. This dish also includes grated parmesan and chopped garlic. Every other dish sounds as good as these, but I'm going to have to let you read the menu yourself. We ended up getting 4 Real Kettle Chips. I was not hungry. I had a ginormous omelet for lunch and I was still having problems buttoning my pants. Yet, once I saw these gorgeous kettle chips, I had to try some. And by some I mean I ate way more than my fair share (I wasn't even the person who bought them). They are generously topped with parmesan and at $4 its an absolute steal. Everything else on the menu is between $7 and $10, which is such a great deal for the quality of this food. We ran into the food truck outside Bier Brewery. Since this was the first brewery we stopped at during our Indy Brew Bus tour, I'm confident in saying I was still sober enough to truly appreciate the food. The owner of the bus is super friendly. I could tell he cared about providing great dishes. This continues my theme of reviews where I'm basically commanding everyone to support local! After booking Nameless Catering for the wedding, we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner (also at Lizton Lodge) and chose their Signature Pasta menu. Again, this was the perfect choice.
