I'm so glad I found this shop for exhaust work. At first I was intimidated by the bad ass cars in the shop. (Like a new srt challenger, 70's charger that was so sick and a lifted dodge on the side that my daughter loved). They repaired my 1990 suburban that had multiple exhaust leaks from another shop. Brought in a 2006 bmw 325i sport packaged. The owner was very friendly and client driven to meet expectation with cosmetic and advise on the service. The pricing was fair considering the creation of a y pipe and the customization of the fitting with the staggered look. The crew handled each process with safety and the customer in mind. The venue I am sure could use a better location but it's what keeps the cost low and friendly . I would recommend researching and being informed before customization. But i watched him deal with customers and requests and it seemed very experience and fair with everyone My tips were 60 bucks and the service was less than 120 with custom requests. Great owner and excellent work. Welds look clean and have zero issues. A few years ago I called a few places and after feeling jacked around I gave City Mufflers a shot. Not only is his customer service excellent his welds were SPOT on. No pun intended. The previous Flowmaster muffler that I had installed by another shop had bad uneven welds and mis matched pipping. He fixed all that and dumped my exhaust in front of my tire with s SS tip like I asked. My 2002 Silverado Sounds great and looks awesome. I liked his work so much that when I got my 2011 Tahoe I went to him again and he install a Magnaflow muffler with a chrome tip at the factory location. Looks excellent and sounds great. At highway speeds you can't hear it. When you accelerate or idle there is a healthy moderate rumble. Perfect for the SUV. No Drone. His prices are great and he is fair. Some a$$hole cut through the catalytic converter tubing on our Prius but wasn't able to remove it because of some anti-theft precautions we took after having the catalytic converter stolen last year. City Muffler was able to quickly repair the damage to the catalytic converter and charged a fair price for the repair. I was very happy with his service and gave him a bonus! I have a mustang cobra that I wanted to get a catback installed on. I dropped by the shop on the way home from work and setup an appointment for first thing the following morning. I got to the shop and the gentleman that helped me was very helpful! He got the car on the lift right away and started working on the install immediately. He even came in and filled me in that the vehicle had an exhaust before and if I was okay with them cutting and welding rather than just bolting on the new setup which I preferred anyway. The car was done in about 30 mins and I couldn't be happier with the job. Great customer service, good price, and an amazing experience. So I needed a muffler and resonator delete on my car. It just was a very small diameter exhaust and I wanted to let it breathe a little bit more. I found these guys on Yelp and decided to give them a try from the advice of my spouse. I brought the car in and kind of told Jorge what I wanted. The level of customer service was remarkable and he built an exhaust system exactly to my specifications. This was first thing on a Saturday morning and he even took me in before they opened at 7:45 a.m. The result was a very clean install and it looks just amazing. I must say it is a bit on the noisy side, more so than I expected. But I guess just don't put your foot into it. Besides that, I would recommend these folks to anybody looking for a muffler.
