I made all of the worst mistakes you could make with my first Ram 2500 build. The truck rode horribly and my wife and daughter absolutely hated driving in my truck. We took our first off road journey with the truck through the backcountry of the high sierra mountains and the ride quality was unbelievable. The result was a breathtaking camp site in a remote and peaceful corner of sequoia. On road the ride is significantly better. No longer am i tossed around the cab going over bumps or pulling into or out of driveways. Nor am I precariously balancing my coffee over bumps on the freeways. I ordered carli coil springs , coil buckets For the front and recommended Fox shocks and deavers for the rear of my truck. When I placed the order Austin was great. I didn't receive a tracking number for a few days so I emailed and got the wrong tracking number. Once I got the pallet of parts I unwrapped them and realized they didn't ship my shocks I just spent $1200 on. I call and then they gave me another email with the tracking number. I decided to unbox the parts and realized they sent the wrong parts. I called and they seemed irritated that they made a mistake. I got the right parts fast. I had an issue with the deavers and I emailed cole about the part not fitting right. Cole told me he sits behind Austin and said there was no guarantee the parts would fit. Not really the answer I was looking for after spending $3,500 with them. I tried ordering new Fox shocks for the front to match the rears I just bought from them and they don't know which ones would fit. I tried getting a price for 6 innovate wheels from them and he gave me an idea of what 4 should cost. So that would be between 6 wheels and front shocks it would be around $7-8000 in parts they could have sold . Austin was great with the initial order, very helpful. Well the correct shocks finally arrived over 6 months later and they were placing the blame on King Shocks. I talked to someone from King and I was told custom shocks take 6-8 weeks. So the only thing Cjc was willing to do was offer $100 store credit on something they forgot/didn't order. I spent a lot of money here already and would never recommend them to anyone. First I just want to say that I am an extremely picky (never satisfied, always critical) person. After a couple months of extensive research I decided to go with CJC Offroad for the suspension upgrade (not lift kit) on my Ram 2500. I went with the Carli Commuter set up after talking with the guys on the phone and made my appointment for install. From drop off to same day pick-up it was completely stress free. They never once tried to up sell anything or talk me into anything I wasn't asking for. The work was professional, on time and in the end I feel like my 2018 is brand new again. It's been 6 months since my previously stated experience with CJC off-road. This time I was having a death wobble/instability issue but I couldn't figure out what it was. I replaced the ball joints and that helped a little but was still perplexed. It was two weeks before Christmas.. ball joints $500 (good deal on moog installed) two new battery's ($450) and 4 new tires on my wife's car ($600). To top that off work (construction) is slow and it's Christmas time. That last thing I wanted to do is spend more money on my truck. Plus words can not describe how angry my wife was at me and the money pit truck that is still having problems. So I decided to make what I thought was going to be the ultimate fix... I put it on a flat bed and sent it to CJC. I spoke with Cole before and after I sent it down, communication was great, he put me at ease and let me know they would figure it out for me. I anticipate it possible being there for a few weeks since my truck would be more of a diagnostic riddle than a cut and paste carli/Thuren type of install. I explained to Cole the nature of my current frustrations with work being slow and dumping money into cars plus being Christmas time. He understood and was kind enough to tell me he could help my on the price. In the end I needed new tires cause my side walls on the Hercules tires I had on there were shot.. something I noticed and had read about as a potential for causing death wobble but could imagine spending over $1000 on tires and then it not fixing the problem. Anyways he installed toyo 35x12.50r17 and a synergy steering brace and the death wobble is gone! Hallelujah, no more being sacred of every bump in the road and analyzing every noise through the cab ect. I'm very thankful for the guys at CJC and especially Cole for his willingness to help me out on the price to where I could afford it. It was almost unbelievable to me that someone could be so kind to a stranger and I decided to wait a while and try to make sense of it before I updated my post. Where do I Begin, my boyfriend (Justin Connell) ordered up for hisDodge 2500 a Carli 2.5 kit from CJC Offroad along with Raceline Avenger wheels. He ordered his items on a Wednesday and they arrived the next day; not to mention free shipping. He got home and began to unbox the rims and he noticed the rims were all damaged. He contacted Cole from CJC Offroad and he immediately jumped into action and contacted Raceline wheels.
