Stopped by cjc without notice . Cody set me up with a king pintop kit with sway bar and low mount steering dampener. I just put it on and I'm so glad I got the King shocks ride so good and sway bar is a must.I was impressed with how fast he had me on my way with everything I needed.Thanks Cody and CJC

Honestly, the complete experience didn't come without some bumps. Had a complete system installed with almost every bell and whistle CJC has to offer. The quality of installation and parts are better than they describe. They come with a hefty price tag but that's to be expected with top tier parts. I should note their installation price was very affordable. The bumps arose after the build was completed. Before driving off I noted to them that the wheel offset was not as expected. They said I could drive them for a couple of weeks and follow up with them and we would work something out if I was unhappy. Next morning after taking home the truck I called and let one of their employees know I wasn't going to be happy with the wheels. This prompted a heated conversation that I was surprised to be havin. I asked to speak with someone else but was stopped as apparently an owner had jumped in. CJC then went above and beyond for us and corrected the wheel situation at no additional cost to us. At the end of the day, I believe they want everyone to have a great experience.

I went to the guys at CJC to get my 2021 Ram 3500 lifted and could not be happier with the service and level of work that they do. Everyone that I encountered at CJC was helpful and extremely patient with my million questions i had because i was not yet sure what level of lift I wanted to go with. They worked with me as we came up with several build options and discussed the associated pros and cons of each option. I ended up going with the Carli Dominator 3.25" System with a few little extras and I am extremely satisfied in how the truck looks and blown away in how it performs. Regardless of the level of lift kit i was considering CJC treated me the same so do not hesitate to give them a call so they can help you with your next project. A great experience. These guys know their stuff when it comes to upgrading your truck suspension. Professional, polite answered my questions. I originally discovered this shop several years ago thanks to social media. At the time I was looking to get some suspension upgrades on my truck, and was having a hard time tracking down a competent shop in the LA area to get the work done. I wanted something better than a random 4 wheel parts install! I'm thankful that I found CJC, and that first suspension upgrade has transformed into years as a happy customer. There is no other shop I'd trust with my build, and I've sent many happy friends here to have their trucks done too. If you're in LA, no other shop has the experience and know how with solid axle diesel trucks that these guys do. Not to mention, the owners are incredibly passionate and knowledgeable people. They will bend over backwards to make things right, be available for questions, and get the job done. I'm a customer for life!

These guys are the go-to for anything off road. Used them for my 21' Ram 2500, parts only, as I live in Texas. They were extremely responsive and hooked me up with the 2.5" Carli leveling kit, track bar and Thuren sway bar. Very knowledgeable and can recommend what you need based on what you're trying to do. Whether that be keeping stock rims and adding bigger tires, etc., they know what to use.

CJC did my 2020 limited 3500 ram, 3.5 pintop lift with all the bells and whistles, they installed while I waited, were super attentive, and it was finished quickly. While on an intersate camping adventure, we had a freak issue. We had a tire go down, and had to use the spare. Turns out the rim cracked. These guys felt our pain, and overnighted a new rim to us, to an address we were headed to in Idaho. It met us on time. I don't know of ANY company out there, these days, where the customer service is as good! They set the level of quality and care for the rest to follow, if they want to compete. Customer for life! First I just want to say that I am an extremely picky (never satisfied, always critical) person. After a couple months of extensive research I decided to go with CJC Offroad for the suspension upgrade (not lift kit) on my Ram 2500. I went with the Carli Commuter set up after talking with the guys on the phone and made my appointment for install. From drop off to same day pick-up it was completely stress free. They never once tried to up sell anything or talk me into anything I wasn't asking for. The work was professional, on time and in the end I feel like my 2018 is brand new again. This is a top notch shop that I would happily recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed in their services. read more

It's been 6 months since my previously stated experience with CJC off-road. This time I was having a death wobble/instability issue but I couldn't figure out what it was. I replaced the ball joints and that helped a little but was still perplexed. It was two weeks before Christmas.. ball joints $500 (good deal on moog installed) two new battery's ($450) and 4 new tires on my wife's car ($600). To top that off work (construction) is slow and it's Christmas time. That last thing I wanted to do is spend more money on my truck. Plus words can not describe how angry my wife was at me and the money pit truck that is still having problems. So I decided to make what I thought was going to be the ultimate fix... I put it on a flat bed and sent it to CJC. I spoke with Cole before and after I sent it down, communication was great, he put me at ease and let me know they would figure it out for me. I anticipate it possible being there for a few weeks since my truck would be more of a diagnostic riddle than a cut and paste carli/Thuren type of install. I explained to Cole the nature of my current frustrations with work being slow and dumping money into cars plus being Christmas time. He understood and was kind enough to tell me he could help my on the price. In the end I needed new tires cause my side walls on the Hercules tires I had on there were shot.. something I noticed and had read about as a potential for causing death wobble but could imagine spending over $1000 on tires and then it not fixing the problem. Anyways he installed toyo 35x12.50r17 and a synergy steering brace and the death wobble is gone! Hallelujah, no more being sacred of every bump in the road and analyzing every noise through the cab ect. I'm very thankful for the guys at CJC and especially Cole for his willingness to help me out on the price to where I could afford it. It was almost unbelievable to me that someone could be so kind to a stranger and I decided to wait a while and try to make sense of it before I updated my post. I ordered a new truck and have been waiting longer than the 8 weeks that I was quoted for the factory to finish building it. I scheduled an appointment with CJC in anticipation of having the truck at the time quoted. I have had to reschedule my appointment twice and they have been nothing but understanding. They are very professional on the phone and the install price was better than most other shops I have called. I have watched their videos on YouTube and I'm 100% confident they will do a perfect job on my truck when I finally get it into their shop. read more

Where do I Begin, my boyfriend (Justin Connell) ordered up for hisDodge 2500 a Carli 2.5 kit from CJC Offroad along with Raceline Avenger wheels. He ordered his items on a Wednesday and they arrived the next day; not to mention free shipping. He got home and began to unbox the rims and he noticed the rims were all damaged. He contacted Cole from CJC Offroad and he immediately jumped into action and contacted Raceline wheels. He was not happy with the finish on the rims so he asked if he could go with his original choice, Methods. Cole said what ever you want we will take care of you. Today my boyfriend got a a call from Cole telling him his Methods will be shipped to our house along with a return shipping label to ship the Raceline wheels back. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due. We will continue to give our business to CJC Offroad and tell all of our friends. Thanks again Cole for the awesome customer service. I just had CJC Offroad install a Synergy Manufacturing complete steering system , Thuren Track Bar upgrade kit, Creative Fabworks steering box brace to fit new Mopar box and a Carli diff guard on the front end and Timbrens on the rear. The crew here instantly noticed mistakes made by other 4x4 shops. Based on their advice I had them fix all the subpar work. Truck is SWEET !!! read more

I just wanted to thank Cory, Cody, and the rest of the crew at CJC for the fine work they did on my truck. I don't trust alot of people to touch my Power Wagon but I am glad I had them do the work. The labor on the lift was top notch and done in a timely manner. Both Cody and Cory respond very fast to emails and calls and their customer service was even better in person. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. Well I learned this from Daniel after my rear tires were wearing unevenly. Daniel was able to fit me into that day's appointment schedule and had me on my way in less than a hour of waiting. I received a full report on how my alignment was before and after it was adjusted. Alignment is under warrantee for 90 days but Daniel told me about the 1 and 3 year add-on to that warrantee. At either $49 or $99, it was a no brainer. I opted for the 3 year extended warrantee and will be returning every 2000 miles to get my alignment check up. Thank you Daniel and the ATD team on Long Beach Blvd. You guys are excellent!

David at American Tire Depot went above and beyond. He gave me the best price after I called…read moremultiple places, and when I couldn't get a tow truck that could access my subterranean garage, he personally stepped in and helped get my car safely to the shop. In a very stressful situation, he made everything easy and showed real care for the customer. Truly exceptional service -- I highly recommend David and this location!

I have had…read moreproblems finding a mechanic that can fix MY Car, who knows how to handle cars that are not cookie cutter repairs. When I called and asked about my car, Ray was patient with my questions had some very good ones of his own. Then gave me a rough idea of what it could be. Once he got it within a short time he was able to find what the problem was and gave me a fair quote with options that could come up. He had simple and technical answers so I got to know my car better. The repair was done and when something came up he checked with me and gave me options to save money or what is best to do next. The guys that work with him have such a love for the job. The employee who brought my car up was so excited about my car and talked about all the cool things it was and thanked me for bringing it in. There is so much more to say, I will just again say what an awesome experience and thank you all for the work. Can't wait to bring it in for the next fix/upgrade.

They used the cheapest parts on my car. The front end is coming apart the quality of work is horrible. I changed to Led headlights used cheap headlights not realizing it until after the fact. My car began over heating 2 days after I picked it up from this guy. It got so hot it blew my gauges. Stay away from this guy he's a crook.

Just picked up my truck today, and to say the least I could not be happier from the customer service, help with the solutions to my truck and getting me only what I needed. Labor prices were so low I do not know how they can do the work for such a low charge. I am a fanatic with my truck and for the few times I take it to places, I expect the same feelings and quality of work. CJC Off Road has exceeded in all of my expectations, and I got a T-shirt to boot. I will recommend them to everyone as they came highly recommended to me. Honest, knowledgeable, involved with the customer every step of the way to the levels of explaining all the work they have done and it is done right. CJC is the only way to go. No hard sell and very knowledgalbe Oscar set me up with my ultimate Carli suspension ( pintop 2.5 lift, torsion sway bar, progressive leaf springs, and Carli long travel airbags). Special shout out to Oscar! Oscar's customer service was exceptional, he consistently went out of his way to make sure all my needs were met - top shelf guy!.
