Great meals and Mary!! Something for everyone. Breakfast special, fish tacos, and Widowmaker. Service was a bit spotty; we had to ask for water twice, but we did move sections, so perhaps our server was overwhelmed. The dining area is cozy and the view of the atrium is so pleasant.

Went to Claim Jumper inside the Golden Nugget around 1pm today. Honestly, not the best first impression. There was no one at the front to greet us, and no one came out right away to seat us. I actually had to go grab a waitress just to get someone to seat us. At that point, I was close to just walking out. Thankfully, once we got seated, things picked up. Our waiter came by pretty quickly and brought out warm bread (which was so good -- soft, fresh, and just heavenly). I do wish they didn't make you ask for butter, though. We ordered the shrimp pasta, the country fried steak, and a breakfast special, plus I had a side salad. Everything was seriously delicious -- we cleaned our plates. That ranch dressing on the salad? One of the best I've had in a long time. All in all, the food was excellent, but the front-of-house service needs work. If they could fix that part, this place would be a solid win.

Zero complaints here! I split the pasta with my partner and it was perfect portions to split. The flavor was simple yet refreshing. Chicken was cooked perfectly on it. I will be getting this again! Mom god the fish and chips and she loved it. It's a lot of fish for one person. She couldn't finish it all. Little sister got the pizza. She loved it too. I had a slice and he was top tier! Not too greasy, not too doughie. We had a great experience. Our server was very attentive. Always ready with a drink refill! The seats were comfortable and the place had an all around relaxing atmosphere.

Stopped in for breakfast. Coco was my server and she was so sweet and make the best Bloody Mary I've ever had. I would go back just to have that Bloody Mary. My breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious. If you are ever in Laughlin stop by ask for CoCo.

My wife and I enjoyed lunch here Friday afternoon a couple days ago. Food was delicious. My especially loved her grilled salmon. I had the potato skins and a frosty cold beer. Service was good and ambiance pleasant with the scenic waterfall feature flowing in front of the restaurant.

This was honestly the worst Claim Jumper I've been to. Really disappointing. Our server on the other hand was super amazing. (I think his name was Paul). Very attentive and checked in with us often. It's inside the casino and a little different setup than most CJ's I've been to. More like an express. Nice view of the fountain and foliage. I asked for French onion soup with bread on the side (in their case, croutons). Someone else dropped off my soup and forgot the croutons. Our server came by and noticed it was missing and immediately brought me some. The soup was basic. I didn't expect much but it didn't seem like real cheese on top. Disappointing. My husband had the French dip. Fries were hot and crispy. Au jus was basic. The meat was blah. Chain restaurants should be consistent, and this one wasn't. Bummer.

Picked here to eat to get a 25 dollar birthday redemption...little did we know that when you pause this, you only have 45 days to redeem. Five stars alone goes to the Manager who still granted our very expired Birthday dinner credit. They did not have to do this and they claimed that they just wanted to make sure we would come back....well heck yes we will...and next time we will use this in a timely manner. Waitress and manager SO nice. I ordered the Chinese chicken salad..it was huge and delicious..Hub got the prime rib sandwich and loved it. Great atmosphere and Christmas deco added to the ambiance. Thank you Claim Jumper...I will always come back here when in Laughlin!!

Claim Jumper is located inside the Golden Nugget Casino in Laughlin Nevada. When you enter through the front entrance, you pass by an indoor serene tropical garden with a beautiful waterfall. After you pass the nice view, make a left & you will find Claim Jumper. I stayed in Laughlin for the weekend & was looking for a place to have breakfast/brunch. When our 1st choice was a fail, we decided to head to The Golden Nugget. By chance we opted for Claim Jumper. It was a great choice for 4 adults & a 5 year old. They offer an American Menu serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. It was around 1230pm on a Sunday & we were able to get seated right away. Multiple families were dining here. Our waitress informed us of large portions, & she wasn't kidding. We knew that we all wanted to share, so we ordered 3 different Breakfast items & the little one got a kids plate. Everything was yummy & perfect for the 4 adults to share. We devoured everything & had plenty of leftover bread from the toast & French Toast. Glad we ate here, as we don't have as many Claim Jumper Restaurants around in CA anymore. Our waitress was great & our food came out in good time. We were too stuffed to try their popular desserts, but will eventually try it in the future.

Located inside the Golden Nugget Casino this is as advertised. It's "Comfort Food" at a reasonable price. It was not very full but had to wait for a table due to staffing we were told. It was worth it! The service in spite of that was amazing! Sadly I didn't get the young gals name that waited on us but she was wonderful. Fast, efficient and beyond friendly. I had a caesar salad to start and it was fresh and a decent size for $$. I also had their "special" and very good. The hamburgers are very, very big! Nice spot, atmosphere is very nice as well!

When I visit Laughlin I really enjoy visiting the Claim Jumper in the Golden Nugget. My new favorite dish is the Widow Maker Burger. The shrimp angel hair pasta on special was also very good. The service was quick and friendly. This is definitely one of our go to spots in Laughlin when we visit.

This bread was so bomb accually mmm

Typically like Claim Jumper but didn't get to eat here because they didn't hold the reservation we made through the Yelp app.

Fantastic. Cooked like it had something to prove. Juicy, flavorful, and honestly the kind of steak that makes you pause mid-bite and reconsider your life choices up to that point. But let's be honest--Pam Pam stole the show. Pam Pam doesn't just bartend... she commands the bar. Drinks don't get made, they get orchestrated. I'm pretty sure she made my cocktail with one hand, took three orders, solved a minor dispute, and still had time to roast me for not knowing what I wanted. Efficient? Yes. Intimidating? Slightly. Entertaining? Absolutely. At one point I'm convinced she knew what I was going to order before I did. I asked for a recommendation and she looked at me like, "You strike me as someone who thinks they want whiskey but really needs a margarita." She was right. I didn't question it. The vibe? Somewhere between a high-end steakhouse and a family party where the funniest relative is in charge. You're not just a customer--you're part of the show whether you planned on it or not. Final verdict: Steak: Drinks: Pam Pam: deserves her own TV series Would I come back? Without hesitation. Would I sit at the bar again? The only problem we encountered was that a window table was not ready for us until thirty minutes after the time of our reservation. But the river view was worth the wait! We began with a complimentary Bread Basket that included excellent lavosh, and a Shrimp Cocktail Supreme sporting five shrimps. This time the crustations were meaty and flavorful dipped in a two-tone sauce. We requested and received extra lavosh with no resistance. Next up for me was a good French Onion Soup Au Gratin with a large crouton laden with a mix of Parmesan and Swiss Cheeses. Then I tried the Steak Diane Soup that came with Diane's order. It was the best version of this soup that I have sampled to date. Tender chunks of beef dissolved in the mouth carried along by a sea of broth that tasted like Mushroom Gravy. A complex dinner salad followed, with Mixed Greens (no Iceberg Lettuce at all), Grape Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Bleu Cheese Dressing and Bleu Cheese Crumbles. It was here over 25 years ago that I first tasted wonderful Bleu Cheese Crumbles in the same type of salad. After cleansing our palates with Lemon Sorbet, for mains I had lean Veal Piccata with Capers and Spaghetti slathered with a delectable Lemon Cream Sauce, while Diane enjoyed her usual order of Coquilles Saint Jacques. This time the included Scallops were very small but the Shrimps were very big, and portions were generous. For dessert we splurged on two orders of delicious Bananas Foster prepared tableside, and I had a Decaf Coffee. Richard, our server, did a wonderful job of flambeeing this treat, that by this time was accompanied by a few bursting fireworks that were visible to us just across the Colorado River from our perches above. The elegant ambiance of the restaurant this evening could not have been better. We left in time to observe most of the Rockets Over the River fireworks show from our parked car on a hilltop overlooking the Laughlin Strip well above Casino Drive. It was a magical night!

Our waiter, Charles, deserves 6 stars for his service alone! He was insanely knowledgeable, funny, and didn't shy away from our alcohol induced antics. He even asked the chef if I could sub an item (chef said nope but I appreciated his effort). The wine is a bit overpriced for what it is, I sent the image of their bottle list to someone more familiar than myself and they confirmed that the price is less at a high end restaurant near LA. The appetizers were delicious. Overall, the food was good but I found the appetizer better than the main course. Everyone else had giant portions of food and mine was just a few bites. For the price, the main course left me feeling a bit disappointed. The dessert was good, drinks were good, and the view was absolutely the best part.

So, I turned around and headed here, even though OpenTable reported that no time slots were available. I dropped Diane off before parking, and she easily scored a table here. In fact, hardly anyone was seated inside the restaurant, and it did not seem like a festive Mexican holiday at all. The Tuesday Night Menu was very limited, but I selected very tasty and smooth Stone Guacamole not prepared tableside but including tomatoes, White Onion, and jalapenos, to go with house-prepared salsa and spiced up Tortilla Chips. By request Diane received a complimentary basket of non-spicy Tortilla Chips, as well as a Kids Cheese Quesadilla. Somehow this filled her up. I, on the other hand, ordered a Southwest Beef Burrito with added beans inside, and Roja Sauce and Queso on top. The burro was large, but I finished it, along with more beans, and included rice. Everything tasted good and washed down well with Diet Pepsi. Service by Brett was very good, and at least the decor of the restaurant had the festive feel of Old Mexico, in this instance without the camaraderie of fellow celebrants.
