This year brought an unexpected financial setback, and we had to make the tough decision to sell our 2023 Odyssey. Jason and Rene treated us with compassion and patience, offering a buy‑back price that genuinely helped us through a difficult moment. We still needed a vehicle, so we chose a certified 2019 Honda Ridgeline. Giovanni guided us through several test drives without rushing us, and the used car manager, Aldo, made sure we got a fair deal. The finance team--Muhammed and Bryan--was just as supportive. They understood how important it was for us to receive our refund quickly, and although they estimated a couple of weeks, the check arrived in only three days! McGrath Honda didn't just sell us cars--they supported us when we needed it most. No games, no pressure, just honesty and respect. Because of them, we were able to get through a financial hurdle while still driving a dependable vehicle. We'll continue going to McGrath for anything Honda‑related. They've earned our loyalty many times over.

Be aware that when they say, "diagnostic goes towards repair(s)", it does not mean any repair in the diagnostic -- only the one(s) they say. I admit I had forgotten since it was a year since I had been here, but I feel like it's not the customer's responsibility to memorize the policy but for a business to be transparent. Even worse, they did a repair that I never finally approved. I said I "might" use the diagnostic fee toward a second repair, thinking that the diagnostic charge could be applied, but they never corrected my misunderstanding but went ahead anyways; they did the repair without confirmation and without telling me the fee would not be applied until AFTER they did the repair. Extremely disappointing. I spoke to the service manager at length, and they just repeated the policy, without addressing the concerns I raised (lack of communication, not waiting for final approval, not clarifying the policy when I was clearly trying to use the diagnostic). You'd think that if they would try to help customers more. I highly doubt I will ever return here. Very troublesome.

I had sold the dealership a Ram truck and was told at the time I would have my check within a couple days. Fast forward nearly a month and still no check. Somehow the dealership can sell the vehicle I sold them in @ a week's time but can't pay me what is owed because they are waiting on paperwork. They somehow are worried that I can come back and claim the truck is still mine or there might be a title issue. Even though I'm sure a title check was completed and payoff was confirmed. But none of those issues hindered them from immediately selling the vehicle. The best part is no one returns phone calls. I went into the dealership two days ago and of course the manger was not in. I was told "Someone will call you back today." Three days later no call back. They will happily take your money. Don't expect any follow up from them afterwords.

I've done everything they recommended to keep my car in the best condition. 91,000 miles, and my car is making a knocking sound when start and turn. I take in for diagnosis, they said engine needs replacement because engine oil was low, $8,000 to replace. I'm thinking "I've driven 1,000 miles since my last oil change with you guys". Then an older-older sales guy says "it happens", $5,000 for you car if you buy a car today. Then he follows me to the service department and stands there quietly not allowing me to speak with service tech. Then he takes the print out of my diagnostic reports. Walks me to cashier. The whole process was odd. I've lost all trust in this place and will never return. Under current leadership and conditions, this place will be closed in the near future. Also, paid $160 for a diagnostic report, but didn't receive a report, just a note on the receipt. After years of loyalty, I will no longer return.
