To start off with, I truly appreciate it when I am spoken to with respect and patience. Walter heard all that I wanted checked on my vehicle. The owner is a thief and ruined my almost new car. I took it in to get simple maintnece done on it and a week after getting it back it broke down. I also had valuables that I left in the center console that went missing when I picked up my vehicle. The owner and staff are no where near professional and they are very rude. His mommy runs the shop like he is three years old and do not even get me started on how over priced his under qualified work is. I wish I did better research before trusting my car in his hands. A freaking chain mechanic is better than this "business". I should also add he blocked my number when I called back to let him know my car broke down after being fixed, no accountability. They also delete all bad reviews on their website. read more

Ok, For my job we use this shop alot. They are beyond friendly and have answers to all the questions. I know as I ask alot. I love the fact that they have accommodated me on many occasions. Terrible dishonest mechanic! Do NOT trust this business or Jason! Brought our vehicle here because of an oil leak, and was informed we needed a new oil pan gasket! The part was "ordered" and the repairs seemed to have helped. After a month or so the leak reappeared and Jason informed us he'd look it over and the work he did was guaranteed. He agreed to look at the vehicle the next Monday, but did not answer the phone until Wednesday when we called him blocked! He stated he was now uncomfortable working on the vehicle, because we left an honest review on his website (that is now deleted), and he would not back up the warranty on the work! We then requested a refund, which he refused, and stated that all he did was put silicon around the leak anyway! So $700 later, and after a new gasket was supposedly ordered, that's all he did admittedly! read more

Called around a couple places for quotes and my boss told me where he gets all his work done. Went to see Jason to get my fuel pump changed. Real nice honest guy. Called him at 8am asked if he had room to get it done this morning because my wife needed the car by noon for work. He knocked it out by 10:30a and was good to go. There was no upsale tactics, no BS hidden fees, no lies about how i needed to also replace this or that. It was fast honest work and im glad I found him. Small issues of having o-rings and gaskets replaced on oil cooler assembly and rear brakes..Was definitely pleased with the service from jason...I feel he is very fair and does a good job.Explains everything and does not look for "things that need fixing now".He went over my car and pointed out possible future issues.Only concern I have is they were down a mechanic that week and getting in a hurry may be a issue.. read more
