David made certain that my interests were always taken care of and he dealt with the insurance company on my behalf. Each time my vehicle took less than 3 days to repair; even when an onslaught of hail-damaged cars had inundated them, David put me at the front of the line! In February, I had my second accident after only one week of getting my car back from a local competitor of Classic BMW . Despite my negative first experience , I did bring my car back to this dealership. After fifteen days of no service on my vehicle, I had the good fortune of being referred to David Williams , the Collision Center manager at Classic BMW. David oversaw the removal of my vehicle from that dealership and proceeded to deal effectively with my insurance. David was at all times professional, knowledgeable, and always available to provide me with updates regarding problems and progress. He ensured that my car was repaired properly and as efficiently as possible . My car was vandalized and the back window was smashed along with some damage to the exterior window trim. My insurance company made the process EXTREMELY difficult, but the technician warned me upfront and most likely saved me money. The part had to be ordered from Germany so it took longer than I would have liked, but Bill Clark and the team were always very responsive, returned my calls and emails and kept me in the loop. To top it off, when I was finally able to get my car, they had detailed it, cleaned up some paint chips and made the car look excellent. Delays aren't always the fault of the shop and in this case it was insurance incompetency and the fact a "rare" part had to be ordered from Germany. These guys did a great job for me and I certainly appreciate their efforts and their heads up as to expecting difficulty with my insurance company which saved me money in the end. read more

On July 4th while sitting at a stop light on Dallas Parkway, someone said she sneezed which caused her to rear end my car. Pulling over into the nearest parking lot, she provided me with all her details and I waited to hear from her insurance company- nada. Went to classic got an estimate for my X1 and went home and called her insurance. Not a pleasant experience there. Bill Clark was AWESOME- he helped me get the info I needed to get the claim paid and the car repaired as I preferred, not as they just wanted to do, tug of war?
