    I have/had a 2021 Kia Sorento Prestige Xline... that girl and I have been everywhere... Badlands, Wild Horses, every state and national park in the west. I've even slept in her when we couldn't find a safe hotel on the road. I wasn't looking to trade her in but I honestly had been eyeing the XLine Pro... but when your lender says refinance/lower your payment... well a girl's gotta do, what a girl's gotta do... so I tried refinance *yeah no* and then I called Classic. They said come in and let's see what we can do... unfortunately the salesman (Stephen) I had talked to wasn't in but he called and assured me I'd be in great hands. He was right. Thank you Stephen! When I got there, Octavia met me and he got to work... and man did he work. This guy... let me prephrase this by saying at my age I've bought a few cars (and most have been not great experiences) but THIS GUY changed everything... what an absolute pleasure and joy!! I've never had this much fun buying a car. I told him the lender's number we had to work with and he and Matthew in finance did their magic. While they worked, I pulled out my laptop and I worked. Absolutely the most painless and actually joyful (is that possible, yes) experience buying a car ever. We did go 30.00 over budget (sorry lender) but I drove off with a beautiful 2024 Gray/Grey Wolf XLine... happy trails to me and thanks again Octavia and Matthew!! And to the new owner of my girl Daisy (green Aruba Sorento XLine) may she bring you many happy road trip memories too!!

    I haven't had to have any repairs yet however i just wanna say the buying process was a breeze with Alex and Mario!! Literally. From the moment we walked in, we got straight to business! Will def be sending people here. Got a brand new 2020 Kia K5! Great price.

    I'm a little late with this review, however, I am very pleased with my 2024 Kia Forte and it's the exact color that I wanted. Daniel Orosco and Mazen Mashfenko went over and above my expectations for obtaining this car. I have been renting cars for 4 years and I had almost given up on the hopes of owning my own car at this time in my life. I am truly grateful and appreciative for the effort they put in in order for me to receive ownership of this car. A heartfelt thanks to the both of you!

    Excellent experience! My 2003 Acura TL, S-model was completely dead on July 4th (of all days!) when…read moreI came out to start it around 5:30 PM. Had to call Roadside Assistance to jump it so I could get to O'Reilly's Auto Parts for a new battery before they closed. They said it was the alternator not the battery. Contacted DFW Mobile Repair and Hamm responded immediately with a price quote to fix it. Set up the appointment for mid-afternoon the next day, July 5th (Sunday, on a holiday weekend). Hamm was certainly knowledgeable, and after testing, said it was BOTH the battery and alternator. He replaced the alternator (which he had brought, having had my prior information as to car and model) and then drove to O'Reilly's nearby for a replacement battery which he then installed. In short, Hamm was responsive, capable, courteous and efficient. DFW saved the day (although I lost most of the holiday weekend with the problem!). Pricing wasn't cheap but was competitive I'd say. Give DFW a shot. Their customer service and mechanical work was outstanding. They also have a shop in addition to their mobile repair service. I will certainly consider them for all my future work!     TRB is heaven sent!! My truck screen said I needed an oil change. I went in to 3 different places…read moreto get an oil change and the cheapest quote I received was $830. I thought this was crazy. How could my truck be THAT bad? It was less than a year old! Maybe I did buy a "lemon"? I began to cry in another waiting room of doom and went home immediately. I posted on Facebook about my experience asking for validation. One of my friends highly recommended TRB. I wasn't sure what to expect. I took my truck in and told him in complete terror "I don't know what's wrong with it- I don't understand anyyyything about trucks. Can you please just look at it and tell me the damage." He came back to me and said "You just need an oil change. When can we get that taken care of for you?" I was in and out in NO time! I called my dad and just about everybody I know to let them know of their new car place they will love from now on. These are truly good hearted people! And this place is definitely the pinnacle of excitement with all of the custom work they do. Needless to say, TRB has a customer for life! I have a touch screen TV with perfect sound in my truck now I'm SUPER excited about. It doesn't matter how big or small my need is.... They will welcome each guest like family every time.

I also asked about window tinting as I was leaving and he contacted me within the hour with a quote from his Tint Guy at a very reasonable price for my GMC AT4. I highly recommend TRB for any vehicle accessory. Mario was happy to help with everything thing and answered all of my question upfront.

    One of the worst customer services companies in Texas!…read more I became acquainted with this outfit a few months ago when one of their tractor trailer drivers nearly ran me and several other drivers off the road on I-35. The driver was cutting in and out of lanes without signaling and tailgating other vehicles to the point of being right on their bumpers. Again, keep in mind this is a tractor trailer driver we're talking about. Seemed to be under the influence of alcohol or some other controlled substance. When I called the company to express my concerns, I was directed to the transportation manager who failed to answer, so I left a voice mail requesting a call back. My call was never returned. About a week later, I left another voice mail referencing the reckless behavior of the semi driver and again the message was ignored. So then I paid a personal visit to their business and asked to see this so-called transportation manager. I spoke to one of their employees who essentially laughed at me and told me to mind my own business. Didn't give two licks that one of their drivers nearly caused a multi vehicle pileup on the freeway. Told him this and he bellowed I had no right to tell them how to run their business. What a joke this company is! No regard whatsoever for the safety of the general public nor do they even present themselves professionally. Saw another employee treat an elderly gentleman in their store very rudely while I was there. No reason whatsoever to ever patronize this clown show of a business!
