At 5:00 p.m. today, on a Friday no less, I called the service department at Kia of Carrollton and had the pleasure of speaking with Desiree. My car had been there previously, but the computer hadn't been updated. I called to find out how long the update would take so I could schedule an appointment. Imagine my surprise when Desiree said, "Just swing by!" At 5:00 p.m. On a Friday. I pulled into the service bay, went inside, and Desiree greeted me with a smile before introducing me to a technician named Hogan. Hogan got right to work updating the computer. While he was working, I asked about a part I had found in my backseat. He immediately recognized that it belonged underneath the car, reinstalled it, and then noticed the original retaining clip was missing. He walked back into the shop, returned with a zip tie, and securely fastened it so it wouldn't come loose again. All of this happened at 5:00 p.m. on a very hot Friday, at the end of a long workweek. This kind of customer service is becoming rare. Desiree and Hogan treated me with professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help, never making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Their positive attitudes turned what I expected to be a future appointment into a quick, pleasant visit. Kia of Carrollton has earned my appreciation. Our first impressions were amazing. We were so excited. Our parents were ready to buy two vehicles as well based on how much we talked up the customer service. We negotiated and chose this dealership because they would match another dealers offers and we wanted to give them our business after that first experience. We arrived to sign the paperwork and suddenly...the vehicle we had been talking about all day and had an hour ago said "on the way"...was sold to someone else. They only had another vehicle for more than $15k over what we were looking at. We sat there with our kids through dinner, waiting because they insisted they would fix everything. Nope. We eventually left after we realized they were being sketchy and refusing to honor the deal. They said they would get another of what we wanted and honor the deal. At this point, we would be missing out on the other dealerships offer if we waited on CKC. We chose to trust them. Whelp! BIG MISTAKE! They had another vehicle come in but it was a lower MSRP value...yet they want to "honor the deal" we had made for the nicer, higher MSRP vehicle!!! We are ready to buy. We don't NEED to buy but we want to...and are ready. If they honored the deal without selling the car from under us and adjust the price based on MSRP then we are willing to be flexible with what we get. However, we had such a horrible customer experience at this point that they are missing out on the three sales. Our family will stay with the dealership we worked with last year even though it is a couple hours drive out to it...we had hoped to find someone closer to work with but we will not work with a dealership that does not have good customer service. read more

I have/had a 2021 Kia Sorento Prestige Xline... that girl and I have been everywhere... Badlands, Wild Horses, every state and national park in the west. I've even slept in her when we couldn't find a safe hotel on the road. I wasn't looking to trade her in but I honestly had been eyeing the XLine Pro... but when your lender says refinance/lower your payment... well a girl's gotta do, what a girl's gotta do... so I tried refinance *yeah no* and then I called Classic. They said come in and let's see what we can do... unfortunately the salesman (Stephen) I had talked to wasn't in but he called and assured me I'd be in great hands. He was right. Thank you Stephen! When I got there, Octavia met me and he got to work... and man did he work. This guy... let me prephrase this by saying at my age I've bought a few cars (and most have been not great experiences) but THIS GUY changed everything... what an absolute pleasure and joy!! I've never had this much fun buying a car. I told him the lender's number we had to work with and he and Matthew in finance did their magic. While they worked, I pulled out my laptop and I worked. Absolutely the most painless and actually joyful (is that possible, yes) experience buying a car ever. We did go 30.00 over budget (sorry lender) but I drove off with a beautiful 2024 Gray/Grey Wolf XLine... happy trails to me and thanks again Octavia and Matthew!! Week 1 the ac didn't want to turn on. week 2 the ac turned on but the heat no longer worked and the airbag light came on and here we are in week 3 and my car stopped and I was told by the Hyundai dealership that I had it towed to that there's engine issues so I'm without a car or rental because again everyone is acting CLUELESS ASF they sale you a car so they can make a quick buck. Then you have people that try to get you to throw them a quick $100-$150 cash or cash app because they helped you get into the car when they really didn't do shitt (Octavia). I could get keep going. After I inquired about a car from the price online , the price was raised 10 minutes later over 4,000. I called again and they said there was a mistake, and they would honor the price. After agreeing to move forward we were sent a proposal for 6,500 more than what we agreed upon. 2,500 in taxes/title. But 4k in add ons. Whenever I called today, was told that that is their best price and they will no longer honor the price. After speaking to the manager today, he told me there is nothing he can do and that with what I want to spend, I will not find the car I want anywhere. Overall a very disappointing experience. My car had an engine knock but I had warranty so I took it in because they told me they would replace the engine. I received the car back a week later but realized my passenger side mirror was not folding automatically. It is supposed to fold and unfold when the car is locked and unlocked. I told the dealership this was functioning properly when I dropped the car off with them but they told me nothing happened at the dealership for it to break. I thought it was the car wash that hit the mirror, forcefully folded it, and the guy driving the car pressed the button to fold the mirrors to unfold it but since the driver side was still open, the car thought it needed to fold the mirrors, and grinded the gears in the passenger side trying to fold the mirror when it was already folded. I explained this to the service director, Scott Thompson and he told me their car wash does not fold the mirrors on cars. I asked if they can just replace my mirror with a used one but he told me then it wouldn't be guaranteed to work, which makes sense if you get one from a junkyard but you could buy a perfectly working used side mirror or a non OEM one online for less than a hundred dollars. He also told me they have to take the whole door apart to replace it but I looked it up and it is a 5 minute job. He then went on to tell me that if it is that easy that I should buy the side mirror myself and replace it myself and hung up on me. read more

We had Purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage Hybrid from this location about a year ago. We loved the car and enjoyed everything about it up until about 5 months ago from today. The vehicle has had NUMEROUS AMOUNTS of Hybrid Battery System failures!!!!!! COUNTLESS!!! When we mentioned this issue to the dealership, it was something that was seemingly unheard of, yet there's countless others I've spoken to who have the same problem with these hybrid cars from Kia AND Hyundai. Eventually we took it back, and they reset the software which fixed it for 5 months, and now it has the same issue again. We scheduled an appointment for it to be looked at, once we came to the dealership we were told "it won't be able to get looked at till about another week." So why am I even here? They are very obviously out to make a buck, which is fine, they are a business. But I've purchased two brand new vehicles from them in the past 3 years (a 2020 Forte in June 2020 and a 2023 Forte yesterday). They just kind of played all the little games that are so silly like "sign this if you mean it" type games and they are fake and I laughed in their faces and they tried to convince me that they weren't fake. I said "so I just bought this car" and he was like "well it's not binding but..." I interrupted "because it's fake." He dropped it after that. They told me I'd get floor mats and then made me return to the dealership and pay $156 for them on Monday. They were not available Saturday for some reason they were "all locked up back there." He told me that and I was so done at that point. I thought "surely, someone here has a key and could get me floor mats that I'm paying for." So the car came with no floor mats and upon returning Monday I asked to speak with the sales manager. He said "it's not fair but the cars and mats are built and sold separately. I can sell them to you for my cost" which was $156. No craps were given by anyone in this dealership about how I felt regarding the deal I paid way more than I thought I would for and something as small to them as floor mats would have made me a satisfied customer. I paid the overpriced amount for the car. I paid for the floor mats. That's fine. I'll never go back to Classic Kia again if they can't find a way to make this right. I know that cars are in high demand right now and it's a sellers market, but Classic Kia needs to remember the lean times and remember that these things are cyclical. At first, I was going to write this review angrily. I decided that wasn't necessary and I am going to just relay the facts. I've gotten my car serviced here twice before. On a good day, the customer service is mediocre at best so I've come to expect that as the standard. The bar was definitely lowered after my most recent experience. My car stopped on a Friday night. On Saturday morning, I had it towed to this dealership. On Saturdays, they are by appointment only but the rep (who was very unprofessional and short on the phone) stated it would be looked at on Monday. I had to reach out to them for that information. There was no proactive communication. I reluctantly accepted this answer and waited. Monday comes around. I hear nothing. I call and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I finally receive a text message from Jason confirming that they have my vehicle and I was told that it'll be taken in for diagnostic. I reach out in the afternoon as by that time about 3 hours had passed. My vehicle is still in line to be looked at. 6:30 pm rolls around and I hear nothing. Now we are at Tuesday. Tuesday, Jason texts me and says they're doing the best they can but they have a whole bunch of vehicles that have been in the lot for awhile. He makes it seem like he's doing me a favor by getting my car ahead of another that's been in the lot since October. If you're 5 months behind that's your business, but you're not doing me a favor by getting my car in over a car where there is clearly no urgency on fixing. If there was urgency in that other customer, they wouldn't have their vehicle sitting in the lot for 5 months. That information is not reassuring to a customer at all. I receive an update at 3:30 that says what the issue is and I get quoted $1,110. I let Jason know I have a warranty and asked if he could reach out. Mind you, it's 3:30 in the afternoon. It takes 15 minutes to make a phone call to the warranty company. 5:00 pm rolls around I get a text message from Jason. He lied. In writing. He said he could not get ahold of the warranty company and he would try again the following day. I found that to be interesting so I called the warranty company myself and guess what? They picked right up. No wait. The rep from warranty company also proceeded to advise me that there was no record of the dealership attempting contact and that the phones were slower than day, so the process would have been quick if Jason had truly called. I call the KIA dealership back and I get in touch with a man named Eric. I say Eric, I really need your help. Jason stated he was unable to get ahold of the warranty company. I let him know that's not true because guess what? They answered. Can you please, please, call them really quick for me and file the claim. Eric said no sir, I am not sure if I can do that for you I have too many people ahead of you and essentially disconnected the line. Then sent an apology text as if that makes up for the poor customer service. The truth? Jason leaves right at 5 pm. Instead of prioritizing calling the warranty company, he dragged his feet, saw it was the end of the business day for him, and then lied as if I wasn't going to follow up with the warranty company. We are now at Wednesday morning. My vehicle was supposed to be finished on Wednesday, per a text message I received Tuesday. It wasn't. But funny enough, Jason was "finally" able to get ahold of the warranty company. The work was finally done but for some reason unknown to myself, I still didn't get a "your vehicle is ready" text. Thursday morning rolls around. I'm fed up. I call. Suddenly my vehicle is available for pickup. My experience with this dealership: horrible, retroactive communication. Horrible customer service. And lies. OH! I didn't tell you the best part of it all. They quoted me $1,110. Guess how much they quoted the warranty company? $976. These crooked, lying, thieves were going to get an extra $134 out of me that clearly wasn't necessary. Needless to say, I'm never returning. I had a flat tire and had no choice but to go to this Kia dealership even considering the reviews. I paid $300 for a new tire and a month later I noticed the psi start to drop, the technician said I caught a nail and proceeded to patch the hole for $35. The next morning the psi was still falling, I returned today for the service rep to tell me that there was a second nail that the technician "missed" the first time. This time the nail was in a highly noticeable spot, just so happen it was in the sidewall of the tire and no patch work could be done. I would have to purchase another brand new tire for $300. Not only was I surprised that it was lucky enough to run over two nails but now the nail was in the sidewall of tire and couldn't be repaired. This place obviously has a money scheme going on. They're not selling cars and are making money based on repairs. Chris was my service rep and did as much as he could, he may have known the owner is a douchebag so didn't even attempt to replace the tire for half the price or some form of a discount. What can you expect from someone who gifted their son a Kia stinger tribute edition, the only one in this region. I found the same tire at Firestone complete for $250 including installation and disposal. An additional $50 for the haz insurance. Please stay away from this place. I cannot recommend this dealership. I bought a 2020 Kia Telluride from Texas and I live here in California. I used a broker to buy the car and the broker did an excellent job finding me a car under MSRP. Now the issue comes when the sales manager-- in - stated his dealership would pay the California tax rate of my vehicle to complete the DMV requirements. This was explained via email. Not only did they fail to turn in the DMV info in a timely manner - resulting in a late fee - they paid the the incorrect rate when they specifically advised they would pay out California rate as is normally the process when purchasing the vehicle. I therefore had to pay a late fine and the difference in rates resulting in $981 in fees. Now, I understand taxes are the purchasers responsibility but this failure to communicate is unacceptable and the final price of the check cut would have possibly altered my decision to purchase this vehicle at this dealership. Whether the written language via email made by the sales manager was at fault or the software use to calculate the tax rates for my specific my county are at fault, I should not have to be blindsided with almost a $1000 in unexpected fees when I go to the DMV to pick up my license plates. read more

The point the service advisor Charles was going over the report of my vehicle started my (TPMS senior need to be replaced, tires need rotation and it time for new brakes). I told the service agent their nun-thing wrong with my trie sensor and my car always tell me that my tire is low. Always told the service agent Charles Washington they can rotate my cars since unbalanced .So I waited back into the lobby and my car was finish . I didn't take the senior TPMS serious because my vehicle never to me that and no warning on my car bash broad. I left the dealership with 15 Mins and guess what a warning sign on car pop up stating " check air pressure monitoring system" which this was never on my car. So proceeded to contact the dealership via phone . Called time 1:44 to 1:48 PM I'll call them the first time no pick In the service department . The service department didn't answer again. I'll call back again and a lady at the service counter front desk answer place my on a long hold with no answer. Call back asked her to transfer me to Supervisor they did not answer my phone call.) at this point I decided to drive back to the dealership.. I made their at 2:10 PM I contacted my brother because he use to work at dealership and he told me to go to a tire shop to make sure all of my air is even. I went to Firestone 3 mins for the dealership . Make it to Firestone At 2:17 PM The guy had a air monitor system and he said all of my tire too much air in it. (See in picture) I drove back to the dealership to let them know what they messed up on my car. I got back to the Kia Carrollton dealership told me that I came in with a warning sign on my vehicle, which that was a false statement. I told him u and both know that my vehicle Never had that light on . The agent to my car to the back and to be reworked for 7 seconds. I stop the manager Scott Thompson and told he the story . the manager(manager of the SERVICE department) stated the tech stated my vehicle came in with the warning sign " check air pressure monitoring system" with tire light on. I expressed again that my vehicle light was never on, nothing was wrong with my tire sensor so when I came intoday, I started that I take very good care of my car. I barely drive my car. I work from home . These people refused to fix my vehicle and the damage they cause. The manager Charles Washington did nunthing to resolve the resolution . This SERVICE guy walked up to me and asked and stated right is right. I'm gonna let me see. Can I help you out . He stated maybe they may put the wrong software into my computer when replacing the auto theft onto my vehicle . he looked into my codes . I asked him for a copy of my paperwork when my car came in and the guy cannot provide me that paperwork, but he reset my car and the flashing TPMS warning sign is still in my car . I will never forget when I was in the market for a KIA Telluride SX-P in 2021, they told me no chance on ordering one without a mark up. Instead, they tried to sell me a used EX on the lot with a 5k "market adjustment". I happily took my business to Moritz Kia in Ft. Worth. I ordered the exact specs I wanted and waited 7 months with ZERO mark up. I drive all the way there to get my oil changes done even though I live in the Carrollton area. This review is for service: I recently bought a 2015 Kia Sorento from another dealer but came here to get the open recall serviced. Right away, they got me checked in and provided a tour of the facilities. They have all the amenities (refreshments, TV, magazines, 12 mile shuttle) you would hope to find. But there were two things I specifically wanted to applaud: 1) The COVID safety measures. I am very COVID conscious due to currently being a vulnerable, high-risk citizen. Classic Kia had everything sanitized, and individual rooms for each customer available. I was able to be a more than the recommended 6 feet socially distant and this meant so much to me. I felt safe. So if you are hygiene safety and/or COVID conscious, I would definitely recommend getting service here. 2) The incredible customer service provided by JoRiz. This is my first Kia and he did an amazing job explaining my car's condition and answering all my questions. I had such a good experience. I'm really grateful for how attentive he was and the great recommendations he gave me. Overall, 5/5. I would highly recommend coming here for service. read more

They just kept reiterating that the receipt says "Non-refundable". I am not disputing what the receipt says. I am showing how the salesman neglected to mention that the deposit is non-refundable. These are two different things. All the other dealerships I have spoken to clearly state whether or not a deposit is refundable. Classic Kia of Carrollton did not, until after it was taken. I recently purchased my second Telluride from here. The first was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Thank goodness Chantel is no longer working there. The reason for my second, was not intentional. I was contacted to see if I wanted to upgrade from a 2020 to a 2021. The sales experience improved tremendously because Mike was my sales guy. Very attentive; willing to negotiate; and kept me in the loop while all the paperwork was being completed. My experience went downhill dealing with Veronica. I dealt with her before, and was not looking forward to dealing with her again. Veronica handles the tags and registration. Because I live in a different state, I obtained temporary tags that expired in February (I bought my Telluride in December). Towards the end of January, I called Veronica several times, left messages.....no call back. I got in contact with someone who identified himself as a sales manager. He was no help. When I finally was able to get Veronica on the phone, I explained that my tags expire in February and my appointment with DMV wasn't until March. She indicated that she would make a note to herself to get me my tags right on the expiration date (of 2/10). It's now 2/26 and I have yet to receive my tags. Just to be clear, this request was before the tumultuous weather in Dallas. Her excuse...."oh I was out." I honestly do not see how she's still employed. She's irresponsible, has ineffective communication and follow-up, and lies to customers. She's ruined my experience twice. If I ever do business with them again, dealing with her will definitely be a deciding factor. read more

Nobody ever thinks the crazy stories will happen to them, until it does. Like many people, I was called in to get some Safety Recalls taken care of. Made an appointment, dropped off my car, and the shuttle service home was great. I was quoted for 2 hours for them to complete it. When I came back to pick up my car, I drove home thinking nonetheless. When I went to set my emergency brake down, I noticed it was squeezing down on some cables underneath it. Shortly after, my dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Additionally, my carpet had a giant oil stain in the shape of a size 12 footprint. I had to call and schedule a new appointment multiple times with the service department during business hours before I finally received a call back. I then had to sacrifice a paid day off work to get my car in where I would wait another two hours. This time I checked it thoroughly and saw the cables had moved, but my airbag lights were in fact, still on... They then took my car to the master tech who then reset all my lights. When he came back I asked why this ever happened to which he admitted the assigned technician was trying to take a SHORTCUT by improperly wiring the harness rather than following the tech service bulletin. I understand running a business. I understand profitability. I understand the need to be efficient. I DO NOT understand jeopardizing the safety of your customers by taking SHORTCUTS on national safety recalls. Where did that cable go? Well, after 5 hours at the dealership I've simply given up while my car now makes a rattling noise around my passenger shocks and struts. read more

I bought a Telluride on on 12/16, I traded in my GMC Sierra pick up. When I went to the dealership they charged me $2000.00 over MSRP plus a Protection program $1900.00 . The protection program was just a way to charge more , there was no choice. On Monday 12/19 I took the car back because I hated it. I test drove it around the parking area and seemed great. After. Driving it home I realized it was noisy and the ride was horrible. The dealer would only give it back after charging me another $5600.00 . The owner was driving my truck. Could have done whatever they wanted to but instead of doing the right thing they stuck it to me. We had gone to Southwest Kia right before visiting this Kia location, and had a terrible experience. So walking in and meeting Steven was a breath of fresh air! He was transparent with us from the start and even is this crazy market he was still willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I GIVE ZERO BECAUSE I BELIEVE THEY KNEW WHAT WE WERE BUYING BEFORE WE TOOK IT FOR A RIDE!! We purchased a 2018 Jeep Renegade from this facility. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY "AS-IS" VEHICLE FROM THIS FACILITY prior to taking it down the road for a diagnostic review. We purchased it for our son's 1st car experience and it was a fail from 10 minutes after we drove it off the lot. Thankfully there was a RaceTrac on the way home because it was overheating. THE COOLANT WAS DRY AS A BONE! Next thing was to take it on a road trip. The Service Transmission Light came on and we had to pull over and let it sit before getting back on the road. It came on again soon thereafter. I understand we purchased an "as is" vehicle but you would think Classic Kia could at least make sure ALL liquids are replenished. They did an Oil Change and didn't even check the windshield wiper fluid which was also depleted. They offered for us to bring it ALL THE WAY BACK so they could add Transmission liquid as long as we paid for it. I would not recommend this facility to ANYONE. We took it to another facility that took care of flushing the transmission fluid and replacing other areas that were not reviewed prior to sticking it on the internet to Sale. Very disappointed and happy my son didn't take this vehicle out on a trip by himself. NOT SAFE!! read more

2 weeks ago I went in for an oil change and when I went to leave my apartment the day after my engine knocked when it started. I checked my oil and it was low and brown. The oil wasn't changed or even level. When I went in to get the service that I paid for completed, the service manager denied what I was saying without any good excuse. He acted if I didn't know what new oil should look like and tried to say the oil was level even though it was visibly on Low. When I wouldn't give in he tried to make me wait for an hour and more to get a service performed that was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago! The purchase of the vehicle went great. The follow up with tags was a nightmare. Called after temporary tags were over two weeks expired. Title clerk said tags were ready she hadn't yet picked them up. I explained that I was going out of state and needed them. She said she'd get them and overnight them to me. Two days later I call and she said that the tags were on her desk. She said she'd overnight them and they'd be delivered Saturday morning. Didn't happen. Now I am looking at being gone to seven different states on expired tags due to title clerk's neglect. So, great sales experience. Nightmare in the final experience. read more

This dealership advertises they help people with bad credit or no credit to get a car with special financing. They make it sound all too good to be true. But when you get in there, it's a total different transaction. Chris, Alonzo, and Glenda all lied to me when they said they can help me get special financing and accept my trade- in. Don't be fooled by these salespeople. I wasted my time going to see them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Go somewhere else where there's honest salesmen who won't waste your time. You're supposed to help with bad credit by lowering their car payment to be affordable. My car payment monthly was at $224. I was originally going to a used car dealership, where of course I would have been getting a backward end deal, the guy continued to tell what kind of car he would put me in, and what would be best for me. Unfortunately I was in a time crunch and desperate for a vehicle, so I almost made a huge mistake. I shared this information with my friend and she suggested I go to KIA of Carrollton to give them a try. Prior to going into the KIA dealership I went onto their website to read their reviews. Now I understand that sometimes the reviews may or may not be valid, but generally if multiple people have bad experiences with an individual that are similar or consistent then I will proceed with caution or avoid this person all together. Upon walking into the dealership I had only one name, and I was expecting vultures at the door waiting for new blood. The reviews I read about Shantel Davis were for the most part great reviews, with the exception of 2 or 3 ( the bad reviews seem to have been more on the line of "first world" issues in my opinion, nothing that would make or break a deal for me). I asked myself what is the worst that could happen? We arrived at the dealership and my friend asked me how I would choose the salesperson I wanted to deal with, my reply, "I'm going to let God lead the way". When I entered the dealership, I was greeted by two men at the front desk, who then asked if I had an appointment or if I had someone in particular I wanted to speak with. Before I could think twice, the name Shantel Davis rolled off my tongue with confidence like we were old friends. My friend and I were escorted to Shantel's office, and from the moment I offered a seat, my spirit was at ease and I knew I had made the right decision. Unfortunately I cannot say the process was without a couple minor obstacles. Equifax had a security lock on my credit report but Shantel assisted me with this to continue the process, by the time we were able to get my credit score pulled up the banks were closed so I was going to have to go back the next day. I explained to her my work schedule, so she suggested we do everything we could, so the only thing I would have to return to do is sign my paperwork and leave in my new vehicle. Shantel did not try to put me in the car she wanted me to get in, the first thing she asked me is what I wanted; and not once did she stray from that. She presented the options of vehicles to me based on my need and want. My test drive was very informative and enjoyable! I narrowed my options down to, two vehicles and from there the selection was easy. Shantel called me the next morning to inform me my vehicle had been gassed up, detailed, and to let me know the paperwork would be ready if I could come in around 11am. She continued meeting my expectations by making sure when I returned back to the dealership I would be in and out in a timely manner to return to work. Trust me when say I can go on and on about my the best car buying experience I have ever had, but I will say this... If I had it do to all over again, the only thing I would have changed is I would have went in a lot sooner instead of wasting time with the other companies (mind you the only reason I was entertaining them is because I knew I would be an easy approval, but a high monthly payment). This is my first time being a new car owner and Shantel made my experience brag worthy, I HIGHLY suggest going to speak with her if you are interested in getting a new or used vehicle. She is very direct, honest, respectful of your time, and all around she has a great energy you can feel as soon as you are in her presence. I did not know the process could be so easy, but that's how she made it for me. My initial payments that were quoted to me, also dropped about $50 dollars by the time I went in to sign my papers so that was a nice bonus as well. Now if I had to complain about something for the ones who need the negative (because everything can't always be perfect right) then here goes my complaint. The new car smell does not last nearly as long as I would like it to! Yes I can still smell some fragments of the fragrance, but I want it to be just as strong as my first test drive in my new baby. I'm glad I was able to snatch her up, before the other people who came in after me!!!! Again this is my opinion and based on my experience with this individual, if you are in the market I highly suggest you go speak with Shantel Davis. I have had my car for 5 days now, and Shantel has made it a point to reassure me that her presence was not just for a sale. She has contacted and followed up with me several times and even inquired about my children's reactions. I will definitely return, because I have my eyes set on a KIA Sorento . I begin to wait the guy who helped me super nice and reason why review has as many stars as it does super chill guy answered and was very apologetic for the wait. So now reason for the not full stars other then being slow I called in about taking it back and this guy without even asking anything started telling me that my car needed all this week over the phone after only mentioning I feel the tire balance needed looked at from last time I brought it in.
