A good experience at a reasonable price. I walked in without an appointment. It had been months of neglect through the winter and I desperately needed a mani pedi. Fortunately I was taken right away but the one technician had to do both procedures one at a time and it took longer. Owner of Classic Nails Ann does not have a backbone. She lets her Contractor/employee people do whatever they want like yelling at customer and not saying not a word Ann just put her head down and not say a word, I have been going there almost 4 years and this was my last time going there. did not appreciate getting yelled at by an employee / contractor for no reason and then the girls mom got involved. because I made a complaint about this person. What happen was I made an appointment with Lucy at 9 AM and I asked the girl to turn the water on and her remarks. Was I have a Customer coming so I need to get ready for my customer so at 9:15 Lucy was still not there so I left I was pressed for time Because I had to take a flight the next morning so she lied and said her customer was there and nobody was there but me and her, but I will find another good place to go and have my pedicure and manicure done. I'm not the one losing money they have lost three customers as of today. read more

I made a quick appointment 30 minutes before coming in and they sat me down as soon as I got in. Super nice ladies, and very kind to all the other customers that walked in! I arrived at the store a little before they opened at 9am. She promptly took me in. ( first time here) I explained I wanted dip powder / pedi . Very nice lady , we chatted a bit while she prepped to take out my old dip powder and soaked my toes. She had an appointment so I waited until 915 and the next lady took me . That lady , started my nails . About 1/2 through she just stopped and went to start a pedicure with someone else ? I was confused and ask the lady doing my pedicure, who is finishing my nails. She said she will after she does the pedicure . Weird , but ok. So I waited another 15 mins to finish my nails. Pedicure is done , so now she does my dip. I knew the second she started she had no idea how to do it . 1hr 20 mins already at the salon I just wanted to go . I figured I'd just return to my salon over the weekend to fix it all. Unfortunately, my pedicure looks like a child did it . I'm surprised any nail establishment would allow a client to leave like that . Nails , are the same. Uneven , lumpy and dip powder on my skin. I paid with a smile (70$) , and when I only tipped 15$ they looked confused . read more

Got a pedicure by Ann and a fill by Jennifer love the way that Jennifer shaped my coffin nails definitely will come back for a new set. I have to say this is my favorite nail salon. I love The atmosphere and the quality of workmanship is down right perfection. A nice hour of relaxation while getting my nails done. I got a full set acrylic with gel and the price was the average going rate in the area. No crazy hidden fees. Lots of great colors to choose from and always getting new colors for the seasons. I've been looking for a nail salon and I finally found it! The service received was extraordinary. Lena helped me get a fantastic manicure and pedicure after going all year without painted nails. I even messed up my nails on my way out (not patient enough for them to dry) and they fixed the smudge for me with no additional charge or exasperation. They also have dip powder which I've found hard to find. Love my nails and will definitely be coming back! read more

Horrible nail salon. Do not go here. The tools used were not sanitary. I came in for a full set and was really disappointed by the end result. I was rushed out of the chair because she had another appointment that showed up while doing my nails. The nail tech was nice but the finished product was horrible. I got what they call "rockstars" and they used craft glitter and Gelish top coat for it. I was told it would not be see through but it was. My acrylics were lifting by day 2 of having them on. I should have left when I saw the recollections brand glitter. I reached out to them on their website about being unhappy with my nails and a request to get them fixed and never got a response back. Waste of $50. I will never come here again. I want to report them to the board for unsanitary tools being used. The clippers had rust on them and the nail file looked disgusting. read more

I found this place by word of mouth, so glad I checked it out. The two times I've been here were on a Saturday (no appointment). Wait time was reasonable. 1st time Anne did my nails-shellac purple/glitter, and waxed my eyebrows. Very nice lady, goes above and beyond on what I wanted. Eyebrows looked cleaned up, but not too thin. I was pleased with them. Second time, I got the privilege of having Stephen do my nails. I got acrylic purple unicorn like nails. He was very informative on what he was doing, putting me at ease. Also, making me happy each step of the way on how they were looking. They really looked natural. He was very friendly, made me laugh, we had a great conversation. I'm always so pleased leaving the shop with amazing looking nails. I get compliments from friends, family, strangers all the time. My nails usually last 4 weeks or so. The salon itself is clean, with luxury lazy boy like chairs to enjoy a pedicure, many nail polish colors. Very peaceful, relaxing place. I wanted to like Lucy, but she tried rushing through a new set of acrylics and cut my finger with a file. I let her continue and when finished, the nails looked ok, but I needed to run home and clean up around the cuticles, excess acrylic on my fingers, finish filing, etc. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

I am happy to be a regular here! Anne, the owner, always takes care of me and does an amazing job. Two other nail artists have done great work for me too when Anne was unavailable. They're very knowledgeable and have always given me great advice for aftercare and color choice. They have tons of color options for gel and the gel never chips! Lasts me at least three weeks, so I only go back when my nails have grown out. I definitely suggest coming here for manicures and pedicures. They'll take care of you and make you feel comfortable! read more

Horrible service . PAID 50.00 for a set of coffin nails ombré for them to take 2 hours and for the outcome to be nothing like the picture not even close . Very disappointing to see the good reviews and walk in there and get the compete opposite. NEVER RETURNING AND NEVER WILL I EVER RECOMEND ANYONE HERE . They didn't even come out right they over charged me . And not only that but they were rude . What type of customer service is that? Pathetic is what they are . Never returning . read more

The worst service ever!!!! My first and last visit here! The Nail technician (who goes my the name Lucy) was 17 minutes late!! She was rushing and the water in the spa was ice cold! She was so rough and then cut me and during the callus removal, was doing it so hard as if she were sanding wood! She rushed through the whole pedicure and treated me like I was a side of beef! She was grabbing my feed so hard by squeezing them. Then she turned the water on too hot and burned my feet! It was suppose to be a Relaxing Pedicure and on my birthday!‍ Today was the first time I've ever yelled at a nail technician in my life! I left there in tears. Not a good way to start my birthday! Don't go here! Horrible experience!!!!! read more

This was the 2nd time here. I had a pleasant time the first time, but not 2nd time. I showed the nail tech my design this is when she should of said she didn't know how to do it so I could have left. In the end she did ok, I asked her to change the design, but she said no that it was to late, even told me comeback tomorrow, she could defiantly file design away. I asked if another tech could try and said they don't know. I later realized they had another client waiting, so she was rushing me out the door. Two of my nails edges hurt, Seems like acrylic goes over edges. Not a pleasant experience read more

Glad i found anne & jennifer but make sure you call to make an appointment I honestly thank god i found this location by accident only because the other place i used to go hurt my toe :(..... yes thers actually technicians that rush you tru your mani & pedi not here worth every dollar i pay not only they don't hurt my toe I brought my mother in law she loved her pedicure I recommend my cousin & my aunt and they were pleased :) how they don't rush you so if your in a hurry don't come here but if you enjoy being pampered this is definitely the place but remember book your appointment;) read more

I went in to get a pedicure. After I was seated I asked what type of pedicure and I just wanted a…read morebasic one. The tech asked if I wanted GEL and I said "No" definitely don't want Gel, I just wanted regular polish. I asked if it would be possible to do an ombré for the color when choosing colors and was told it would be $10 more for the "design" and asked if I agreed to that, which I did. The tech had difficulty even getting the ombré look and I had to wait for him to get help from another tech. When I approached the front desk to pay, the total was an additional $10 more than the amount that I agreed to with the tech. So the basic pedicure + $25 instead of the $15 that I agreed to. I immediately questioned the amount, to which I was told "the design was $10 but the gel polish was also $15 =$25 more so a total of $57 for a classic pedicure. " I explained that I specifically said that I didn't want gel, and they said that they couldn't do an ombré color without using Gel polish, which was never explained to me when I asked for the design. Why would they go out of their way to ask if it was ok for $10 more for design but not another $15 more because the design required gel. I never would have agreed to the design knowing that it would have required gel. It seems like some sort of scam to increase pricing without the customers knowledge or consent. It's such a shame because there were quite a few seats and I didn't need to wait a long time to be seated. I was hoping that by bringing the pricing issue up immediately they would have corrected it in the moment due to the tech not providing price transparency or the fact that he would be using gel when I specifically said I didn't want it.

I cold called today after reading a few reviews. Jennifer answered the phone and said she could fit me in. She was waiting for me and started right away. I came in for a acrylic fill and gel polish. She was a perfectionist, reshaping my nails and perfectly applied gel polish. I was so pleased I decided to stay and have a deluxe spa pedicure and again pleased. I have been a loyal customer for years to another salon which overbooks when an appointment is made and decided to walk out and so glad I found Classic Nails! I will be coming back. I have found a new nail salon! Come give them a try. You will be happy you did! In the photo my nails are short and thin acrylic shaped the way I like them although Jennifer will shape them how you like them. I ride horses and I need this length. I LOVE Classic Nail! Anne has been doing my nails for a long while now and I am satisfied every time! She always makes sure I'm happy with my nails. Classic nail almost always has someone available to do your nails right away, they're quick and they're detailed. Got the dip nails done on 9.7.2022 9.7.2022 3 nails were already cracked on the sides. 9.8.2022 6 nails were lifting 9.10.2022 all 10 nails are lifting. Would highly recommend not to get dipped nails done here. read more

He began to file my nails AGGRESSIVELY. I didn't want to complain so I didn't say anything. He proceeded to cut and shorten my cuticles, which he proceeded to cut too short twice, on both hands. My cuticles were bleeding, and he just shrugged it off. After cutting my cuticles, he cut the nails with a strange angle. I kept asking if he was going to fix it, or if he could shorten it and he said yes (he never did). They were not coffin shaped. After applying polish and the matte cover, my fingers were BURNING. I've never experienced this before in all my life, and it was very painful for at least an hour afterwards. After an hour of being on my hands, my left ring finger matte finish began to bubble?? It was so strange. I was so unhappy with them, I ended up taking them off after getting home. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

They also had the plexiglass to meet the state guidelines (our new norm), and she also used a disposable plastic wrap for the foot spa tub. There are 2 nail stations and 2 spa stations. And for the new customers, this place is located inside Phoenix salon, in between Barrons and Dollar Tree Store. The staff also wore masks and gloves during the service and masks are also required for every customer. I was really happy with my service today. Not only was Nikki very pleasant, but she also did an amazing job on my gel pedicure. I highly recommend this place!
