Tonight was a hot mess. Got the family some burgers and all looked like they had been run over by a car. Buns were also soggy from the lettuce. Fries were cold and old. Not a good night for burgers.

Supposed to be a plan jr cheeseburger

This place has gone so far down hill. Last 4 times I've order is wrong. This time I ordered a jr cheeseburger combo plan. The patty looks like a sausage patty, there is bacon and a TON of thousand island.

I've visited this establishment a few times only via drive thru and I've liked the quality to price ratio enough to visit often! Quick service, decent food for price, and right down the street!

    $13.59 + tax? Not worth it. 12/14/24

Done with this place! I paid $13.50 + tax for the Corned beef hash & eggs breakfast. I open the box and the amount of Corned beef in the box for the amount of money I paid was disappointing. Pay more, get less? No, thank you!

ordered a patty melt with onion rings the onion rings were very unseasoned and the patty melt made my stomach hurt only made it through half the sandwich

Classics on Crenshaw is such a great burger spot dont pass up the chance on going here. This isn't a fancy place but it's a place to get a delicious burger and fries. The bacon avocado cheese burger is bomb I loved it the burger is huge and will fill you up. The chili cheese fries are on point. Loved the way the chili cheese melted into the fries and gave them a good flavor. The milkshake was average I should have got a coke to wash the food down but I'll get one next time. Pros -burgers are -can't go wrong with the chili cheese fries Cons -isn't a fancy restaurant -20 bucks for a combo but worth it

Uncle Mac's Kitchen in G-Town. For those who know..... know!…read more The quick takeaway: great service, laid‑back ambiance, seriously good food, and parking that makes you question your life choices. The crew at Uncle Mac's Kitchen keeps things smooth, friendly, quick, and on top of orders without hovering. It's the kind of service that makes a casual seafood joint feel dialed‑in. Drinks, plates, extras... everything landed fast and hot. Food Highlights This is where Uncle Mac's really flexes. * Grilled Rockfish plate, "Wow" Clean, flaky, and perfectly seasoned. Light char, great texture, and a solid portion. One of those plates that feels both healthy and satisfying. "Oh yeah!" * Shrimp tacos, Juicy shrimp, fresh toppings, and a good balance of crunch and citrus. Easy win. * Fish burger with homestyle chips, a true sleeper hit. Crispy fish, soft bun, and those chips? Thick, crunchy, and addictive. * Tom Yum sidewinder fries, Wild card of the evening. Tangy, spicy, aromatic, like Tom Yum soup decided to become a fry seasoning. Weird in theory, fire in practice. The place is bright, clean, and super casual, the kind of place where you can walk in after work, grab a plate, and feel instantly comfortable. Modern touches, plenty of light, and a steady flow of customers. Only downside: parking is chaos thanks to the shared lot with every other restaurant in Gardena. If you see an open spot, take it like it's the last lifeboat on the Titanic. Miguel C.

It is fried and very tasty. This would be my second recommendation Mahi: The fish was dry. Would not recommend My husband for the cod burger. It was amazing. I highly recommend this one. The chips are homemade and he said that was the standout star. I read a review that the chips were stale. We came right at opening so they were freshly fried so maybe come earlier for fresher chips? Super friendly service.

Let be honest, this place is the kind of glorious chaos you only find when the universe says, "You…read moreknow what? You deserve a little trouble tonight." Party on Western is a hole‑in‑the‑wall dive bar in the most affectionate way possible. The kind of spot where the lights are dim, the playlist is fire, and the walls have definitely seen some things they'll never speak of again. You walk in and immediately feel like you've joined a secret society of people who just want good music, strong drinks, and zero judgment. People will always judge...who are we fooling. lol!! The playlist? It was on point for the spot, it wasn't just good, it was spiritually aligned with my bloodstream. Every song slapped. Every beat felt like it was personally trying to fix my life choices. I swear one track looked me dead in the eyes and whispered, "You're doing amazing, sweetie." Let's talk about these drinks because they were flirting with me HARD. * Jack on the Rocks, a simple classic that's smooth, cold, and acting like it knew me from a past life. It slid across the bar like, "Hey stranger... miss me?" * Chilled Tequila Shot...Wow, this one didn't flirt. This one grabbed me by the soul and said, "We're making memories tonight." * Jack & Coke, it was sweet, bold, and absolutely lying to me. It told me I was the main character. It told me I was unstoppable. It told me I could dance. It was wrong... but I believed it. Ha ha ha! By drink three, I was ready to text people I shouldn't and tell the bartender my entire life story. Didn't happen though. Ha ha ha! Oh wait a minute...I almost forgot...I ordered some hot wings to set the tone, and let me tell you, they came in HOT like they were auditioning for a music video. Perfect bar wings: messy, spicy, and exactly what you need to convince your stomach that the tequila was a good idea. Typical bar food across the board, nothing fancy, nothing pretentious, just the classics and messy at its best. But let's be real: the drinks are the main event. The food is just there to keep you from making catastrophic decisions. At one point I swear my Jack & Coke winked at me. The tequila shot told me I deserved happiness. The wings told me to stop being dramatic. And the playlist told me to live my truth. This bar didn't just serve me drinks, it emotionally supported me. For better or worse, get over it! "The energy you give is the energy you receive...always keep that in mind! Just be happy!" Miguel C.

Waiters kept checking on us. Got the mild Buffalo Wings for $14 and Parmesan Fries for $6. The wings were good. The Parmesan Fries were really good, they didn't skimped on the Parmesan. Both dishes were small and came with ranch sauce. Got place to watch the games with friends. Not the place to have a conversation. The interior is neat and clean. There are various types of seating (bar; table; booth; high-tops; communal), and plenty of screens to watch sports. On this occasion, I ordered the Tavern Fish & Chips ($22). It is described as "Alaskan cod coated in a tempura beer batter and served with French fries, tartar sauce and yuzu herb coleslaw". The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. Staffing might be an issue during the lunchtime service. Service was okay, but they seemed to be understaffed. It's possible that most of their business is done after 5pm.

This place is a whole time machine with a side of prime rib. The moment you walk in, you're…read morebasically transported straight into a 1960s steak‑house fever dream, house real steak houses set the tone and pace for the trend to follow, dark lighting, deep red booths, and that "your grandpa probably proposed to your grandma in a place that looked exactly like this" energy. It's nostalgic, cozy, classy and proudly old‑school in the best possible way. Cause I'm an "old school" kind of person! Let's talk about the food (aka: The Reason They've Been Voted Best Steakhouse 13 Years Straight) Let's talk about the the star of the show, Diamond Jim Cut -- 19oz of prime rib glory. Medium, juicy, tender, and so perfectly seasoned it felt like the chef whispered affirmations to it before plating. This thing didn't just sit on the plate, it posed and winked at me. It had main‑character energy. Honestly, the steak looked at me like, "You sure you're ready for this?" Respectfully, I was not... but I still finished it like a champion. Everything else? Straight hits: * Prime Rib Special, classic, comforting, and exactly what a 1960s steakhouse should taste like. * Grilled Jumbo Shrimp, big enough to file taxes. So delicious! * Sautéed Mushrooms, wow...wow...wow, buttery, earthy, and the perfect sidekick to the prime rib. * New England Clam Chowder, so creamy, hearty, and not shy with the clams. Love it! * Shrimp Cocktail, very classy and retro, refreshing, and served like it's still 1969 (in a good way). Super delicious! The service here is chef's‑kiss classic. Truly excellent and the staff, very warm, attentive, and smooth, the kind where the staff checks in just enough to make you feel taken care of but never interrupts your prime‑rib spiritual experience. Plates come out hot, drinks land quickly, and everyone moves with that confident rhythm of a team that's been doing this for decades. Super big thanks for all that you do! This place has that retro steakhouse charm that feels like stepping into a vintage movie set. Dark wood, red leather, dim lights, and a vibe that says, "Order a martini and talk about business you don't actually have." It's cozy, nostalgic, and honestly refreshing in a world full of neon‑lit modern restaurants. At one point, the Diamond Jim Cut was so massive I considered calling for backup. I swear the prime rib looked at me like, "Buddy... this is a commitment." The jumbo shrimp were so big I almost asked them what gym they go to. And the clam chowder? Thick enough to patch drywall. San Franciscan is a South Bay legend for a reason, amazing 13 years of "Best Steakhouse" isn't luck. It's the food, the service, the old‑school charm, and the fact that they deliver exactly what a classic steakhouse should: big flavors, big portions, and a big nostalgic vibe that hits every time. We will definitely be revisiting here in the near future. What a great place! Miguel C.
