She wanted to call me but the nail tech was being rude. She asked them to change her polish on all of her toes and they just added a different color white to the chipped part on top of he old white polish which made the colors on her toes 2 different colors and charged you 5.00 for that ridiculous paint job. She asked them to fixed them and they flat out told her NO! I paid $113.00 total and I don't appreciate the nail tech being rude towards my daughter making her experience horrible. She was afraid to speak up because of the nasty attitude the nail techs had. I'm very disappointed because I am a customer and I didn't expect them to act like that toward her.

As soon as she started, the appointment arrived. Tech told her to return in thirty minutes. She layered the acrylic on quite thick. It looked like a turtle shell shape. I asked her to thin and shape it and she replied, "Next time tell the person that you want it thin at the beginning." That is not something one should have to request. It is part of getting acrylic nails. She begins filing it and shaping it and I realize she didn't do it correctly because she is rushing. For polish, I asked for French with a vee shape. Then, the appointment person came back in and the tech started rushing more. She did every nail on the first hand so crooked it looked asymmetrical. I pointed it out and she took it off and started again. Then the white polish was streaky with some areas not painted at all. Asked her to fix it. Then the edges weren't painted at all. She took a brush and painted the edges quickly, getting polish on my fingers. At that point I was just ready to go because clearly she was in a rush. Their attendants are habitually late at performing services but once, when my teenage daughter was just 8 minutes late, not only did they deny her service, they insisted that one of her services be deducted from her account. I had noticed in a previous post that someone put an image of a "Notice to Vacate" on the door of the business and it didn't surprise me at all - what goes around, comes around. It's pretty simple - the Golden Rule - treat people the way you want to be treated. Again, this "Bombshell" waxing incident was from 5 years ago on the northshore but I still remember it as though it was yesterday. Fortunately, I have not had to experience shockingly poor customer service at this level by any business. Just dreadful. Hopefully they have changed their policies and treat people as humans.
