I absolutely love this nail salon! I am very picky even though my designs are simple. My preference is gel builder and gel color for a natural finish. Also, the nail techs are very fast while giving quality results.

I moved to Montebello a couple months ago and have been trying to find a place to do my nails. I am always afraid of trying new places for a pedicure bc I have ingrown nails and in past experiences they messed up my nails and I'm left with pain bc they don't cut them properly. I tried 2 places in the area and didn't like them... I am so happy I found this place. I don't have to drive to Glendale anymore! Pam did my gel x mani, eyebrows and upper lip. I think Cindy did my pedicure. They also gave me this delicious water with lemon . Will be coming back!

I was referred to Classy Nails and to Pam by a friend who comes regularly for years. And she always had the most beautiful nails. I took my niece to Pam on Friday for her prom nails. I called and made the appointment and told her what my niece wanted. She was so friendly, kind and gave me pricing information and I set an appointment. Recommended because she is busy! I was on a hunt for a good pedicure place as I just moved to the area and the reviews caught my eye. I called the place and made my way over. I was seated into a chair right away after telling the ladies I was there for a pedicure. I was given a nice refreshing iced water with a sliced lemon in it. As my nail tech Vanh (I'm hoping I spelled her name correctly ) went to work, I went scrolling for ideas on Pinterest. I showed her what I wanted and she created something even better. Best French tip design i have gotten. thank you!! I got charged for $40 for my whole pedicure and I'm very pleased with it. Definitely bookmarking this place to come back again.

First time here and I had such an amazing experience! I will definitely be back. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and sat down. The ladies here are so welcoming and nice, you can tell they really enjoy what they do. I asked for a pedicure and they went above and beyond, which is something I have noticed has gone down hill in a lot of other nail spots. I found my new go to spot.

Tried this neat little spot out today and was impressed with the service and the results! I should have taken my before and after photos buuuuttt my claws were ridiculous.. I was assisted by Tracey and she was very kind to speak to and I noticed that all the ladies in there are bubbly and were familiar with many customers. I paid $49 for a Mani (no gel) +Pedi (gel). And although being a walk-in only location, the ladies work quite fast together that I was seen no longer than 10 minutes since I got there. read more

I left this place with my nail Lady. Every time I see the owner Pam, she wouldn't even say hi or hello after supporting her business for 10 years. It's like I'm doing her a favor for getting my nails done. She wouldn't even turn on the AC on a hot muggy day. I remember all the customers were sweating and complaining. Workers said they can only turn on AC at 12 pm. She leaves the door open all the time and flies are coming so gross. Anyhow I don't recommend this place. Owner is way too cheap!!! read more

The shop was great, the acrylic nails long was done very nicely with flat tips which I like. Some shops only offer curve tips and the trend of flat tips really make a difference. I love how the shape was done skinnier and square coffin. Pam was great and so skilled and sweet. read more

Every nail salon I've been to in my life gives you those disposable flip flops at the end of your pedicure, this place failed to do so. I asked for them and they said flip flops are $2 ?! I was just surprised by this. I had to wait on the chair while my polish on my toes dry up. Also, to top it off their credit card machine charge is an additional $3 charge. I used their restroom and there was no light switch inside, their personal stock room it seems. A bunch of stuff was around. Their chairs are torn, it's dusty, the nail polishes look expired on their shelves, I would suggest finding another place. They're mediocre and this is Capitalism at its finest. read more

I loved the service I received here at classy nails, my nails came out beautiful. I also got a Brazilian but I was not happy with my end results. I had to come home and finish waxing myself. The Brazilian is $45 but just includes the vagina area and not the butt area or the bikini line. The wax lady didn't charge me extra for those areas as it was my first time with her but she does Charge extra for the areas. At some point she got my clit which was a bit painful. Overall, friendly staff and I left the salon with beautiful nails! read more

I've been coming here for a while and even brought family. We all love this place because everyone is so nice and do an amazing job. Today I got my first set of acrylic nails since 2020 and Pam did an amazing job. I asked for a Bad Bunny theme set and showed Pam a picture of what I wanted. Here is the end result. I loved it! I'm never coming back to this place. My roommate warned me about it but I wanted to go somewhere close by so I tried it anyway. She warned me not to allow the older lady to touch my nails because she was terrible at cuticle trimming. The older lady was the only person not on break when I got there so she did my pedicure... she tore up my cuticles. I kept trying to let her know to take it easy but as soon as I turned to look at my phone or talk to the woman doing my full set... she would go at it again. It was so rough! My full set is bad too. I tried to communicate as much as possible that I wanted almond shape nails that were narrow on the side (which does take filling because some of my nails can look wide). She kept saying ok but not really doing it. When it came time to pick a color she literally tossed one of those ring sets of colors on my lap. I asked her "are these the ONLY colors you have?" I clearly saw the woman next to me with an entire basket. She said "yes." So then I literally asked the other customer to see the colors she had. Every time I talked to this woman she would just be rude. I have to assume she didn't understand me though I think I'm Being generous. I shouldn't have tipped... looking back at it. But it is what it is. I'm never again going here. I spent $90 on crap. read more

I absolutely love this place. Best days to go are Mondays. They are always very sweet and really go above and beyond for their costumers satisfaction. Got these lovely design for my birthday! Mind you, I'm am the typical square short nails kind of girl but for this design she made them oval shape and for the first time in all my life I tried it and I am in love!! read more

I wanted to love this place and I initially did but it has been 6 days since I went to get a gel manicure here for the first time and my nails are already chipping. I normally do gel because it lasts a couples of weeks, sometimes even a month but they already started lifting and it makes me so sad. I paid extra $10 for chrome and I can tell that all my nails will soon chip. This has never happened to me when I get a gel manicure while really disappoints me. I paid $40 + tip and it didn't even last a full week. read more

I highly recommend this place for pedicures. My tech went above and beyond for me. They also got my nail polish correct and now I have my perfect toe color. My nail tech made sure to ask if I liked the cut and also cleaned up any messy polish after. She did a foot massage and a foot scrub which I enjoyed. I suggest coming the beginning of the week early to avoid a busy session because it does get packed here. Overall, I loved my whole experience and I'm definitely coming back for a pedicure. read more

Pam is my girlll! She always gives me what I want and I love my nails. Honestly classy nails does amazing acrylics if you want to get them done definitely recommend. I have a few pics of my past nails they're beautiful, I usually show the ladies that do my acrylics pictures and switch up the looks because I don't always want the same exact thing I want something that I originally came up with but they're pretty amazing. read more

I found these gem by chance because it's the only one that closed a lot later than other places when I was rushing after work. The girls are so sweet and it's now my go to place! They are very reasonable in price and go a great job! I got gel manicure and pedicure and it's the first time I've never had the gel chip around the cuticle and get stuck in my hair or anything! I have visited Classy Nails on 5 other occasions. This week, I made an appt for a fill and pedicure. Showed up and saw that all chairs were full. I wait at the door and wait to be acknowledged, a few mins went by and nothing so I walked in and let one of the young ladies that I had an appt. She tells me that they are very busy and I have to wait. I remind her that I have an appt and she again tells me that I have to wait if I want "service". I asked what the wait time is and she responded with "an hour, hour and half". As she says this, two ladies walk out and when asked where they were going, they both responded "we are not waiting anymore, we have been here almost an hour and have no appt". I told the young lady, "what is the point of appt then, I will not be waiting" and walked out. I will NOT be returning. read more

I've been going to this place for about 4 years and they've never disappointed!! The salon can be a bit hard to find, it's in the corner of the plaza right next to the kid's play ground. Their shop can get pretty busy so be prepared to wait your turn, but I don't mind considering how well their work is. My pedicures are always great and the manicures are phenomenal! Pam and Navine are so meticulous in their work, I'm always in love with my sets. On top of that their prices are super affordable. Definitely recommend this place to anyone read more

Honestly. I don't care what anyone says. It sucks they didn't have a good experience. But let me tell you.. I went yesterday for the first time with my daughter. Tracy took really good care of her and was very nice and welcoming. My daughter loves her nails. PAMMMMMM!! If you're reading this. Girl you're the best! I've been getting my nails done for years and I swear on everything I love. She did my nails the best. Very clean and the shape it so perfect. I am in love! Pam is very friendly and so polite. I have been a loyal customer for about three years now. Recently, I think the focus is just get people out of the door. The place is not as clean as it used to be. They do not follow COVId safety protocols. The have plastic dividers on the spa chairs, but do your manicure right up in your face while you're getting your pedicure done. Today, I walked in and they sat me down. I waited 25 minutes for a 12 minute pedicure. I don't think I will be going back anymore. read more

THE OWNER PAM IS THE WORST. She has no sense of customer service and is very rude to her employees. What bothers me the most is that when people call she will tell them to come into the salon within 30-45min (which is basically making an appointment) although she claims to only take in walk-ins. When those people who call in come into the salon, she will take them over the current customers who were already there waiting. This rule is only okay when she does it but when any of the other girls do it, they get in trouble- such a hypocrite. The only reason I still even come here are for two of the nail technicians who are extremely sweet, provide amazing customer and basically run this place for her. (I know I'm not the only customer who feels the same- if you know, you know) With how popular these two technicians are, they should be allowed to take appointments. read more

Enter Briana! I found her on here, went to her instagram, checked out her photos, and booked an appointment pretty much immediately. Her suite being in montebello and only a 10 minute drive from me was also a huge plus. So I went on 4/26 (Sunday) at 10am. Location has plenty of parking since it is in a big shopping center. Upon entering I realized there were other services at this address (brows and hair). Anyway, Briana arrived promptly and we got started! Since it was my first time I was super curious and asking a bunch of questions and Briana was very kind and answered them all for me. She was super friendly and professional and we had a great conversation going throughout my appointment. Speaking of appointment, let me share what I had done! I ended up going with a gel manicure and pedicure. I was unsure about what color to choose so Briana helped me decide based on the dress I will be wearing for a wedding I will be attending (in Hawaii). Walking into Onyx completely changed my expectations. Tyn is truly one of a kind. Where do I even begin? He treats every client with genuine respect and gives 110% every single appointment. One thing that really stuck with me was seeing him work on his own birthday. Instead of taking the day off, he came in with a smile, took care of his clients, and made sure everyone left happy. That says a lot about the kind of person and professional he is. He's also a perfectionist in the best way possible. He constantly checks in throughout the appointment, asking if you love your nails. If something isn't exactly how you envisioned it, he'll gladly fix it until you're completely happy. He truly stands behind his work. A few months ago, I injured my hands and thought my natural nails were beyond saving. Tyn suggested switching to builder gel and simply told me, "Trust the process." I'm so glad I listened. Three months later, my natural nails are healthier and stronger than they've ever been. Hi, recently a customer mentioned that we did not allow her mother on the pedi chair. It is not true. Her mother only did the manicure, and we were crowded on the pedi chairs. She also insisted to sit on the pedi chair, but she was not a customer. We value our customers. read more
