The black cod was another stand-out item, super flavorful and it came wrapped up in banana leaf. The absolute highlight, however, was the dessert that shares the restaurant's name: Jalebi. Fried in ghee with real saffron and made fresh to order, it is the most delicious jalebi I've tasted in the whole of the USA. The hosts are a lovely couple running a family-owned business, and they truly have a calling for hospitality. When we visited right around closing time, they were still running around for hungry customers. Even when they had to turn a group away at the door, the wife immediately offered to pack food to go, bringing smiles to everyone's faces. She always finds a way to serve her customers.
