His bid was so reasonable and we were going to accept right away as we chose other vendors to start work on our house. However we got an offer within 4 days of putting it out on "coming soon" and did not have to get the house staged and ready for sale after all. After moving everything out of the house I text Jonathan to ask if he could go in and do a courtesy clean in the house even though it would be empty for a month. I recently hired Jonathan to help my sister (who has been ill) with her housekeeping. It was very short notice but Jonathan was able to make it work and fit her in his schedule. I recently developed asthma and around the same time had some construction type work done at my home. The work created a lot of dust and unfortunately the company that had done that work did not cover any of my furniture or anything so the dust got in everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. It was a small local company with great reviews, all of which I like. When we first talked about the project he was able to come and do a walk through with me just a couple of days later. We did a walkthrough at the end and everything was spotless. Jonathon was right though, and after a couple of weeks the dust had settled from the air so we decided to do another one. I've never used a cleaning service before and wasn't sure that I'd want to pay what they charged vs doing it myself. I called a lot of cleaning services that I found on Yelp, but only the highly rated, of course. Since I only had a week before I needed the work done, some of the best companies were busy. I left messages for a few, who did eventually get back to me, but I had already spoken with Jonathan of Clean Dreams. He gave me a range when we spoke on the phone, but told me that he'd be willing to meet me right away, in order to give me an exact price, after reviewing my apartment. We met and decided on a fair price. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. As a matter of fact, he was such a nice and honest person that I had to give him a tip. For the type of work that he does and the pride that he takes in his workmanship, he actually should be charging more!
