The owner and technician were professional, very punctual and responsive and pleasant to work with but our leather sofa unfortunately looks far worse than it did before. They were honest up front that they cannot make any promises about stain removal, and we were not expecting any miracles as the sofa was very badly stained by our toddler, but we did expect some degree of lightening of the stains or at least a more uniform appearance. Maybe it was impossible for them to know that attempting to clean it would make it worse, but I wish that they had refused the job upon seeing the couch rather than proceeding. Even the minor stains appear darker, and the texture of the sofa is now rough and scratchy. I'm sure based on their professionalism and other positive reviews that they are excellent at cleaning other fabrics, and possibly leather that wasn't as stained as ours, and I would recommend them for upholstery cleaning. But we unfortunately now have to purchase a new sofa or a slipcover and wish we had not attempted this expensive cleaning. read more

I believe the company means well, but I wasn't satisfied. I read a few reviews saying they couldn't always get stains out of couches. My felt couch had a few spotty stains but I thought they could get them out. The technician arrived 15 minutes late - not terrible but didn't get an update from the company about his arrival. He did put his shoe covers on entering the home. He recommended because of the materials to do the expedited drying which was an extra $50 which I agreed. Then he started pushing that it wasn't a big job and he'd do my carpet for another $50. This sounded like a car dealer pushing extras which I didn't want so I passed. The couch did eventually dry about 5 hours later but the smell of the damp felt remains after 10 hours and the spots are still there. Maybe they're better on other fabrics and stains, but it didn't work for me. read more

They were very understanding of my initial concerns and sent a second technician to re-do the job along with a supervisor to ensure that everything went smoothly. John came to clean our couch and he was amazing! He profusely apologized for what happened originally and did such a thorough yet swift job re-cleaning our couch. Alex did an amazing job on our sofa! I was devastated when our brand new restoration hardware sofa was stained and everything I did only made it worse. UPDATE: They called and offered a $100 refund on the service. Appreciate the customer service support. Initially Clean Your Couch was really responsive. Returned my calls back, notified us when the technician was on his way, etc. I was told on the phone that they would be able to clean my wool rug and remove the pet stains/odor from our puppy. However, the technician spent a total of 10 min on our rug. When he left I moved the rug back by the light and noticed not one stain was removed and the odor was still there. I called them right away and I was told they would contact the technician to see if he could come back. I never received a call back. We spent $175 (with tip and tax) for a rug that is exactly the same as it was before. read more

Anyway....They cleaned the tops of my cushions and not underneath or the back of the couch. I hired them to clean dog pee and they missed it! And my couch smelled like such strong chemicals I had to open the window all night. I also just spent my morning washing the floors bc they dropped what seems like half the solution on my floors. I paid cash and tipped. When I emailed...no response. When I called they hung up on me and then just sent me to voicemail. I will do everything in my power to have them shut down.
