There are several reasons I would recommend the services of this business. First, they use green products for their dry cleaning, which would leave no odors. The second advantage is their timing. The rush orders do not have an extra charge. They are always meticulous about the timing and their turnover. The owner of the staff or personable people, and treat their customers professionally. I can't believe I haven't been here after living in evergreen for years!! I came here today with a lot alterations and dry cleaning. Kinh was working and she is the sweetest!! She made me feel comfortable when she took my measurements to fix some bathing suits. When it got busy, she was patient and handled all her customers well. After storing my clothes in his shop for many months, Allie gave me a call saying that he would be donating clothes at the end of the month and that I had items there that have been there for DAYZ. This was my first time visiting this store. I needed my prom dress cleaned within a short duration of time, and the staff assured me that they could get it done. Most dry cleaners I've gone to are pretty strict about time and need at least 5 days to finish, but Cleaners4Less told me that it can be done in 3 days! The lady who helped me at the desk was extremely sweet and helpful! Her service was amazing and I felt very valued as a customer. She even said that she would call me if my dress would be done earlier than the original pick-up date. The cleaning was also done well and professionally. No hassle experience. Had a black suit dry-cleaned and just got it back today. No issues found and all the stains were gone. Asked if they can finish it a day earlier than normal because I have to fly-out the next day and Ali was able to accommodate me with no issues. I dropped my silk shirt and I warned the lady it needs extra attention while cleaning because it get damage and I paid extra for the service to take care of the blouse after I picked it up I noticed a marks of the steamer on the back of my blouse and other damages. read more

This is the second time I've used this cleaner. The first time they promised a dress would be ready on a Thursday at noon, when I went to pick up my article at 4pm they said it wouldn't be ready until 7pm. I went back at 7pm and was told it wouldnt be ready until Friday morning, the event was at 1pm. I sent my husband to pick up the dress at 9am and he was told the dress wasn't even there and instead he would have to pick up the dress in Campbell at noon. I recently dropped off 9 articles of traditional Indian clothing to be steamed only, when I went to pick them up I was told it was $126! This pricing was not disclosed at the drop off time or I would have steamed them myself. The owner did not apologize or do anything to rectify either of the situations. I will never use this cleaners again! read more

I live in the area and decided to try them and after seeing the receipt, it seems like they are more expensive than some of the other cleaners in the area (one off of white/quimby next to chinese supermarket). Since this was my first time dropping off 16shirts, 4 slacks and 2 jackets (i know what you are thinking but I have a lot of clothes and I travel a lot :) they promised me a laundry bag and said they will deliver it for free as well since I lived pretty close by. Today (after waiting 3 more days for my clothes), I decided to stop by and see if they were done or not. The girl at the counter said yes they are done and I mentioned that they were supposed to deliver it at home to which she replied "oh we got your address and they were ready but dont know what happen". Hmm and I picked up my clothes and did not get their laundry bag like they had promised. So taking off two stars because: 1. no laundry bag 2. not delivered as promised I should take another half a star off for price (compared to others in the area) but I dont think yelp is going to let me. So this is it, I will try them one more time later to see if my experience is any different. read more

PLEASE CHECK ALL YOUR BELONGINGS FOR THEIR QUALITY OF WORK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEIR LOCATION. I was a first time customer at this location, and I had the WORST EXPERIENCE as a first time customer. They are expensive compare to other dry cleaner, however they are located close to my house so I thought I'd give them a try. I went in for a curtain alteration that I needed for my baby's bedroom. I encounter a Vietnamese employee and she was nice when I dropped off the curtain to be alter. When I came back a few days to pick up the curtain, she said the curtain looks great! When I went home, I noticed a big stain on the curtain, so I went back and told her that this stain was not present when I dropped the curtain for alteration. I kindly asked if she can dry clean the curtain to remove the stain at no cost (or even discounted) because I was 100% positive it was caused by their alteration person. She replied no and got defensive. I was so disappointed with their customer service and their accountability. She then replies and says their quality of work is never 100% guarantee, and that just upset me even more. Yelpers, there are many cleaners around this area. Please take your clothes elsewhere where they care about customer service. read more

I've been going to Cleaners4Less for years. I moved away and tried others but always missed Cleaners4Less. Since then, I have moved back and the service is still great, I love the staff, all are friendly. I had a pair of pants with pilling, I didn't even mention this, but when I picked them up, they were good as new. The wait is usually a few days. Today I called to see if it was possible to get my garments back the next day instead of in a few. The response was, no problem they'll be ready tomorrow. I thought for sure there would be an extra fee...nope. That's good service, not that I would take advantage of that often, but it's nice to know that if needed, they will go the extra mile :)) read more

I've have taken my jackets and suits here to be cleaned many times and they have always turned out great.They charged me like 6 bucks per jacket which I think isn't too bad at all.
