I dropped of some clothes to get altered and a cleaning service last minute on a Saturday for pickup possibly on Wednesday. Now this is actually a fast turn around time since it's realistically 2 business days for alterations and cleaning. I was definitely expecting it to be ready last minute on Wednesday at 4:30PM, as we agreed upon. I got an unexpected call 1 day earlier saying my clothes were ready for pickup. First off, hats off for getting it done early. Second, never ran into a dry cleaners that would call you and let you know your clothes were ready early. It just goes to show that this business cares about their customers. Plus, clothes turned out great. I can't be happier. read more

I just took a pair of pants in to be cleaned and asked how much it would be to replace the missing button. They said "no charge." Wow!! Contrast that to my old cleaners who had a huge sign right behind the counter that said, "We are not responsible for missing buttons." I took a jacket with very distinctive buttons to be cleaned. They lost a button from the collar, and had the nerve to press and bag the jacket without even having the courtesy to let me know that they lost the button. Nice buttons are very expensive, and often have to be special-ordered, not to mention the time and effort it takes to sew them on. They have defintely lost me as a customer. read more

I have always found the staff and owner of this cleaners to be very friendly and attentive to customer service. With parking that is almost always available right in front of the establishment it is easy to get in and out in a minimum of time. Yet with all of this efficiency I'm always greeted by name. The owner is nice and the price is reasonable. However, the quality of the dry cleaning is not great. I dry cleaned a pair of pants because it was soaked in rain and it had an odor. After I dry cleaned it, the odor was still there. I also dry cleaned a jacket to get rid of a white stain. After I picked up my dry clean item, the white stain was still there. I hope the cleaner I used to go did not close because the dry cleaning service always remove any type of stains for me. I am sure other people have experienced good services here for other reasons. Despite the fact that our stains are never removed from our clothes after getting them back from this place, we decided to give them another chance. We wanted to dry clean our drapes. The worker in the store quoted us a price, but wasn't sure, so she called the owner "Essi". He first asked the worker while we were standing there, how many times we had used their services and bunch of other questions that all she was doing was smiling and saying "yes/no." I guess since the answers were not to satisfactory, the price got doubled. We were shocked. How deceitful....They should be reported to better business bureau. read more

I needed my suit and vest dry cleaned for my citizenship oath taking and I only had 2 days before my oath when I stumbled upon this dry cleaners on google. It was tuesday when I walked in and dropped off my items and I was told to come back friday to pick them up. The thing is my oath is on thursday so I asked the guy over the counter if I could get my stuff earlier than that and all he said was "I will put this on rush, call us on thursday" I left but was a little hesitant and so few minutes later I went back inside the shop and ask if I could really get it earlier because I can't dress up without those on my oath and he insisted to "call back on thursday" so anyway I gave it a shot and was ready to go beast mode if I still can't pick up by that day. I called thursday morning and it was the guy over the counter again who spoke to me, he said my suit and vest was ready... nice! I wasn't able to get the name of that guy over the counter, he looks like the owner because he could communicate well and he was really nice so thumbs up to that guy. I've lived in many places throughout the country and I definitely believe this is the best dry cleaning service I've encountered. My suit jackets and dress shirts come out on time looking crisp and smelling like I've never worn them...Which is an accomplishment to say the least. This is the worst place ever! Very rare I write reviews but because of my bad experience I had to let it be known. I thought I give this place a try since it was close to my house. I had 6 pairs of slacks cleaned there and when I picked it up, I noticed there was a bad odor, but because I was in hurry I rushed out thinking it would go away. I had an early meeting the next morning and the smell from the pants which was a combo of mildew and armpit smell reeked and I was so embarrassed and afraid my clients could smell it. I went back and the owner said he will clean them again no charge. I was thinking ok I'll give them another shot. NOT!!! I picked up my slacks today and the smell is still there! I asked him if this is normal??? His response was I did cleaned them twice. Are you F'in kidding me??? Going back to Queen Cleaners on 2511 S King Rd.
