He offered to come to the home and speak to me in person or just answer any questions over the phone. Since I had already had a high-pressure salesperson from a competitor out to my home already, I opted to just ask questions. Matt answered them all in easy to understand terms and gave me a quote right over the phone (which was less than half of the competitors price). It was so nice to get a price without having to haggle or trying to figure out if some complicated package deal was worth the price. The technician, Eric, arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and professional. He did and excellent job on the install and clearly explained what little maintenance is required. I have a friend that has done business with this co. on a few occasions. I would suggest watching the repairman doing the work you need done or at the end of the job ask them to show you what they did. They said some of the repair people were just ok & lacked people skills but one in particular was very good, thorough & very personable. Businesses should endeavor to have those type of people working with them. Someone with great customer service skills & a great repair person. But I would suggest again always watch them or have the repair person tell you before( what they found wrong & or service they are going to perform) after the job show you what they did at the end of the job to ensure the work was completed . This way there is no confusion or problems & it would eliminate any risk of paying for a job that was possibly was not done In general... I have found not every worker is reputable in a lot of businesses & there is no way of knowing who you can or cannot trust in repairs etc.. I know that is what I personally do with service people & that is exactly what I suggested my friend do in the future. It seemed like the more I looked the more confused I became. Everyone claiming that there system was the best. We just had Clear Water Concepts install their Sanitech Pro-Line water softener, and their Sanitech reverse osmosis system in our kitchen.. After talking with their owner, Matt, it was VERY clear he knows about the water here in AZ, and understands water softeners.. He made me feel VERY comfortable with his knowledge, and he ONLY sells Softeners....period.. He doesn't do other things like hot water heaters, etc.. That made me feel good.. If you are like me and not sure if you need a water softener or where to start you won't regret calling clear water concepts. I did tons of research online and still wasn't confident in being able to select the right system. I was planning to just buy the top of the line system to ensure I had an adequate system. After reaching out to CWC they answered all my questions and saved me thousands. They were professional and did a great job installing the water softener and ro system. They even drilled a hole in my counter top for the ro water spout. I'm not sure if it's standard practice but they blew me away with installing a water spiket in the garage so I could wash my car with soft water. We purchased a soft water system through Clearwater and were happy with the system. When we were ready for a reverse osmosis filter system, we went with Clearwater again. We spoke with Joshua who set up our appointment and sold us on their committment to getting a good water system. Joshua was a super guy and kept his word on all aspects of installation etc. When we ordered our RO system, Adam installed it and he was very professional. I asked Adam to explain everything as he worked, I do a lot of home repairs etc in my rental business. Adam was great. The system has great way of turning off in case of a leak. Clear Water picked up the phone on the first call. Appoint was set for a leak repair and the company sent me a photo of who the technician was who would be coming to the house. Kyle was on time, friendly and clear in his communication about what the issue was, how much the repair would cost and he educated me about the system I had because the system came with the house I recently purchased. He made a few changes to my drain system to help it make less noise at no additional charge and I liked the fact that he cared enough to put in the extra time. We recently purchased a water filtration system from this company and are very satisfied with the quality of water that we are receiving. Our daughter suffers from bad eczema which immediately cleared up after bathing in this water. It has really cleared quite a few skin problems that we have had. The guys that have been out including the technicians were all so awesome. We enjoyed working with this company.
