I LOVE Clear Water -- I'm a repeat customer. My first purchase was a whole-home water filtration system and I followed that up with an RO + Alkaline system shortly after. Matt personally came to my home prior to my install and explained the process, and the installations were quick! When my husband and I moved to Gilbert, we realized quickly how gross and unsafe the water is... I'm showing a photo of the TDS meter below (528ppm!) of our tap water (prior to install). In case anyone doesn't know this, the maximum contamination level on the U.S. EPA chart is 500ppm ... so you can see how bad the water is here! It wasn't much better from our fridge filtered water -- 342ppm. The ideal drinking water level is 0-50ppm. We were drinking and doing everything from bottled water and getting tired of it. It was an easy decision to get an RO + Alkaline filter put in. ART is a homie! Thanks, man!! Great communication, great personality, and SO kind! We weren't able to be home during install but I knew CW would handle business and they did! I was told they would be at my home first thing in the morning. they called me at about 11:15 to tell he was on his way. i then recieved a message at about 12.50 telling me the was on the way. he showed up at 2:00. What a refreshing experience in these times when so many business's/contractors don't follow through or don't show up at all! It started with a phone call with the owner Matt who asked me a series of questions to determine what I needed for way of a water softener. I had done some prior research and somewhat knew what I needed but Im not the expert! Matt than directed me to his website where their prices are clearly posted..no trickery or behind the back pricing! He recommended a 32,000 grain (its only myself and my husband in a small 1200 sq ft home and assured me it would also be big enough if we have occasional guests.) Now, I had spoken with 2 other companies who assured me that I needed at least a 48,000 grain (even though numerous google sites did not suggest one that big) and when asked couldn't really tell me why they suggested one that size. Come install day....My appointment was at 8am and guess what...My doorbell rang at 7:59! I do not believe I have had anyone show up for an appt on time in the last 18 months! The man who came to install was very pleasant to deal with, had the unit installed in about 60 minutes, showed me how to use it and left zero mess behind! So I purchased a home and the existing water softner went bad on us and we had to replace it. I called around and the prices were very high.
