I reserved automatic scooter for my disabled person paid it was to get delivered to Snoqualmie Casino& Hotel get picked up the next day well the delivery person showed up with a manual wheelchair which made it impossible to push with client weighing over 600lbs! So I called complained they told me to order again and they would issue me the right scooter plus discount so I did this was 4pm they kept me on hold until 15 minutes before the closed about 7 or 8 pm then issued me an apology that they cancelled my new request and they want to issue me $20 off my next rental? Wtf no! I hope nobody has to use this company! Oh yeah when the manual wheelchair was delivered seat torn the brakes cut into the wheel crazy! I rented a mobility scooter for a few days while visiting my son in the northwest. The Pride Scooter was great, it looked brand new. It had a huge battery which surprised me. Everything went smoothly on delivery and pick up even though I screwed up and didn't leave the key for the Scooter. read more

DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER FROM THIS COMPANY! We are taking a family vacation with the grandparents. I reserved a mobility scooter for my 90 year old father back in APRIL. I was sent a cofirmation email a week ago. I called to confirm everything 2 days before our trip and thats when I was told they no longer had one available because they "extended" the previous rental, and now do not have one for us. If I had not called, I would of shown up to our rental house to find out I dont have a scooter for a 90 year old man that needs it ! They knew how to take the reservation, take our money, BUT they don't know HOW to FILL a reservation ! They will give me a full refund, but will not do anything to rectify this problem. I am now frantically looking for a rental that is needed in 2 days. read more

PLEASE READ: Reserved a scooter in April 2024 for A family vacation in July 2024. Three days before travel they notified me that the scooter that we reserved was not available because they extended the previous rental. Had many conversations with management and they would do "absolutely nothing" but refund me. Continually said they understand my frustration but they would not make this situation right. This company is out of Florida so they have no control of their partners in other cities. So if you want to deal with a company like this go ahead. We found our own solution Near Port Angeles. Rented a scooter for $100 dollars for the week v.s. $260. Call for a scooter 20 min from port Angeles 360-681-0111.
