I went to Cloud Mover for the first time yesterday, and I had the BEST experience!! I've been to plenty of Day Spas, and this one ranks right up there with some of the higher-priced, luxury spas, without the high prices. My sweet husband detoured me into Cloud Mover while we were walking to a sushi bar two doors down the night before. He informed the receptionist, Christine, that he would like his wife massaged and pampered the next morning, if they had any openings. Imagine the look on my face, not that I was so shocked, but so grateful for just another example of his thoughtfulness. Sat. AM 9:30 Deep Tissue/Therapeutic Massage with Sheela. If you have knots and "crunchies" in your back, shoulders, & neck, SHEELA WILL FIX YOU, and I mean that in a good way. Her knowledge of the type of breathing to do, where your mind needs to be, and her calming voice makes for an amazing massage experience. I recommend her highly. Next Up, The Custom Facial with Carly. I had this facial with Microdermabrasion , and I LOVED that Carly really took her time, & made sure she didn't miss a spot. She really seems to understand the EXPERIENCE of the facial, and she is wonderful with facial massage, cranial massage, with proper lighting and music. I just came from my first visit this morning. I had a gift card for a 1-hour massage...went with the Swedish Massage. Wow! Great massage! I wasn't sure what to expect in a full body massage....can't even remember the last time I even had a massage. Laura, my massage therapist has got some skills! Like most people, I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders. I work out 4x a week and work over 40 hours. Needless to say, this 1-hour massage was well deserved. Laura really did a great job with working out all the knots and tension I had. This was a puuurfect way to start my Saturday! This place is clean and the people are very friendly. This is a place where you get in and out. Doesn't offer all the other perks that many other high-end spas do, but I am fine with that. read more

I have only had a facial once prior to this and she walked me through everything she was putting on my skin and made me feel very comfortable. Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment as directed when I made the appointment. Filled out their new customer survey. Then sat down to wait for the appointment to start. Was told my technician was running about 20-30 minutes late and asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment or they would give me an add-on for free. When my technician arrived, she was apologetic, and very friendly. It was a great experience, even with the tardiness. The Pumpkin Peel (my free add-on) smelled so good, I wanted to eat it. I did a prenatal massage here today. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My issue is that the massage just wasn't great. I actually left in more pain than when I came. The other negative is that because of COVID I had to wear a mask the entire time and the therapist used gloves. I have been several other places and neither of these things were policy. I understand the therapist wearing a shield or mask but it's just not comfortable to wear a mask the entire time. Plus with gloves, it's just not the same. Save your money and do something post covid or find somewhere that won't make you wear a mask the whole time. At the very least they should be telling everyone this when they book. read more

I went in on the weekend to see Ann and her great team at Cloudmover for pain in my right side that I've had for a month that I thought was a pulled muscle. Jonathan was open for a 90 deep tissue and I have to tell you his massage addressed the issue and after 90 min I felt pain free. Its a day later and that pain is gone. I would highly recommend Jonathan as he knows where, how, and what to massage and is great at validating the right amount of pressure based on your tolerance. I bought a groupon, so thought I would give this place a try. I had an appointment for a massage last Monday with Luz. I really really enjoyed it. By far, one of the best massages I have ever had. She was so good, she almost put me to sleep (which is hard to do). The pressure was perfect, not to soft and not to hard. This spa also has weekday specials That are offered as well. I really like that too. It makes you feel like your not being price gouged. You can also book and cancel appointments on line instead of calling, which is a plus for me too. His style is equal parts soothing and thorough on trouble spots, which is a rare combination to find in a massage therapist. She really spent time making sure she was hitting some pressure points, and helped my tension melt away! She is the only masseuse I've been too that was able to work out some stubborn knots. Got a massage here yesterday, and I've also had facials here in the past. I would come back, and I would recommend this place to others. The massage was great (and their facials will make your skin look amaaaaazing btw) BUT.... the scheduling was unprofessional and honestly kind of stressed me out. I made an appt. online for a massage at 2:15. Two days before the appointment, I get a voicemail asking if I can move it to 3:15 due to a scheduling conflict. The next day I call to tell them yes, I can move it to 3:15. The woman I spoke to pulled up my account and said she didn't see any notes about moving it, and also didn't see any scheduling conflict. She said 'I booked my massage at 2:15 and can have it at 2:15.' Ok, great. The following day (the day of the massage) 2 hours before I'm scheduled to go in, I get another call. The woman tells me "Your massage is going to be at 2". I didn't have other plans that day, so it worked out, but I think it's unprofessional to move an appointment 2 hours beforehand; and TELL me it's being moved instead of asking if that even worked for me? Today, I'm checking my email, and I see that they had also emailed me that day 3 hours before the appt. asking if I could come at 1:45. The whole situation was weird. I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable booking here on a day where I do have other plans, because if they moved my appointment and I couldn't make it I'd be upset. read more
