It comes with a small portion of chicken broth, but I wanted an additional side order of a Large House Special Chicken Soup ($6.99) for added comfort. I also added the Spicy Cucumber Salad ($9.50) to be healthy. The restaurant was a very quaint with only a few small tables. Other customers who came during the same time as me seemed to be there for pick up orders too. The order was ready when I got there, before the estimated time. Staff was very efficient. The food was very well packaged with quality take out containers. The chicken was flavorful and juicy. I love Cluck2Go in Rowland Heights (5/5) but feel that Cluck2Go in Arcadia is just not quite on the same level. It was my 3rd time trying the Arcadia location (all 3 times were take out, since they are pretty small with 2 tables). The first time, the chicken was pretty moist and they were more generous with the sauce). The second and third time, the chicken was dry and tasted "rubbery", and only got 1 set of sauce per order. My mom ordered the Hainan chicken chicken rice; I wanted to try something new so I ordered the fried Hainan chicken rice - we both got it with dark meat. My mom is a picky woman and she absolutely loved her Hainan chicken. Unfortunately, since our commute back home was over an hour long, my fried Hainan chicken was soft by the time I ate it. It was still good but in hindsight, I would've eaten it there for the full fried experience. The portions were also plentiful and I was able to eat more the following day. It is a very small place since it's more of a quick to go option but they had two tables to sit with four chairs each. Placed an Uber Eats pick up order, came 10 minutes after it was suppose to be ready. When I arrived the worker said he didn't have the order. I showed him the order, then he said "oh someone else must have picked it up", with no offer of help what so ever!! We ordered the Hainan Chicken and Rice w/Dark Meat & the Fried Hainan Chicken. Food was made-to-order and came out super hot/fresh. The sauces that came with our meals were really good as well. The regular Hainan chicken dishes come with a ginger scallion sauce, red ginger chili sauce, and a sweet soy sauce. The fried Hainan chicken comes with a sweet chili sauce. We both didn't finish all of our food and ended up taking half of it home to be eaten at another time. They only have 2 tables that seat 4 each inside and they do not have a restaurant. It also doesn't appear that they have a public restroom.
