What is most frustrating is the lack of common sense and customer service. Had the staff simply prepared the one whole chicken I ordered while continuing to work on the larger order, I likely would have been served and gone on my way without issue. Instead, I was left waiting for an unreasonable amount of time with no apparent effort to accommodate a paying customer who was physically in the restaurant. This experience highlights a problem that many businesses overlook: customers remember how they are treated. Even if the food is excellent, poor customer service leaves a lasting impression. Not only that but it's a hassle to get to and the parking lot is only about 8 stalls. No parking for guests. 4 stalls for handicap 2 stalls for chick fil a vehicles only and the rest the of the stalls the employees park their cars there. Employees are all very very young. I understand we all have to start somewhere but it shouldn't be all 16-18 year olds. There should be some employees with experience and leadership skills. Place was a mess couldn't even find a clean table to eat at. Save your time and go to a different location. You won't regret it.
