Some dining options

Love this theater for its sound, bar, acoustics and food in addition to the seats. We bought tickets in advance(Phoenician Scheme) to get prime seats. Seats are very comfortable and the chicken bowl was filling and had a nice kick to it. You get what you pay for so recognize, dinner and a movie for two will run around $85 but worth every Penney. Service is pretty quick provided you arrive about 1/2 hr before showtime. Plenty of parking

Gratuity charge and notice that the price on this receipt is higher than the price on the menu.

The food was great. The place was great. The price is $2 more off the menu and $12 more to start once you pay. I have proof and you may see. As a guy you pay and you come to eat and watch but not to be over priced. One is $6.99 and on the receipt $7.48 as an example.

At the Bar to start things off.

This is our 6 visit and hounds down it is still the best service l. The food is outstanding all around and the ambiance is classy. i recommend coming enjoying dinner service. try the burgers. This is our 2 year wedding anniversary .

The dinner and a movie experience was just OK wasn't the best but just Ok. The movie theatre wasn't the experience I was anticipating it to be. I didn't feel fully submerged in the sound like I would hope. The sound was acceptable and not great. The food was good but a bit pricey. The food I got was the Wagu Sliders and Lobster Roll The customer service was below average. The reason why customer service was below average to me is they want 18-19% gratuity however they bring the food out but don't take the trays after we're finished eating. I mean if we're paying 18-19% I expect you to go above and beyond and give exceptional service. Really This 18-19% should be cut in half for doing half the service by not collecting trays. I don't like the way this establishment makes you feel obligated to pay 18-19% The food was good but the already priced in TIP was not. Total $76 All in all Food was good Customer service was ok but not worth 19% Tip Theatre sound: So so Price: Be prepared to spend Won't be back but everyone should make this judgement on their own. We have heard about theaters with this experience but have never heard of this particular theater, CMX. We were looking for a nice theater to watch Twisters, and we stumbled across this one. When we looked at the menu, we were excited!! I had already decided what I was going to eat prior to going. They recommended you arrive at least 30 minutes before your movie time to enjoy the full dining service. We were so excited that we arrived an hour early. Since we were early, they told us we could sit at the bar or walk around the attached mall. The ticket taker took our picture at the red carpet photo booth. He was a lot of fun. Everyone was very nice and friendly. When we walked past the ticket taker, they had a life-like display of the menu for people who are visual. It was perfect for my husband, lol. When we walked in, we were amazed at the size, space, and comfort of the seats. I liked that each seat had a mini lamp and a pull out table tray for dining. Once we got seated in our assigned seats, we were greeted by our server. They walked us through the process and served our food very quickly! Since we got our tickets last minute, we we ended up sitting in the very first row, but with the recline, we had great seats! It was hard to stay awake because the seats were so comfy, and we were full from the delicious food! I had a cheeseburger with truffle fries! I also added a Sprite with unlimited refills and a box of candy. It was pretty costly, but it is definitely something I would recommend you experience if you haven't!

It's got a relaxing beach vibe with outside seating and a nice patio in the back with enough shade. I could tell that they host nightly entertainment here with a small stage. For lunch, I ordered the lobster maki roll. I'm not a big sushi fan, but I was intrigued. This lobster roll was one of the best sushi rolls I've had in a long time. Also ordered include the blackened grouper sandwich, billionaire burger, and tempura shrimp appetizer. Our group loved every entree. The cocktails were also refreshing. I really loved my jalapeño watermelon margarita. Our server was wonderful - very friendly and quick service. Definitely an enjoyable lunch or dinner spot!

The parking place had ample parking where you needed a mobile app to pay for your parking. There was a larger souvenir store there if you needed to kill time before your seating. Once it was our time for our dinner reservations, we were greeted and seated at our table. Our waitress was a bit sarcastic or had a witty comments that didn't sit well with my kids. When ordering our foods, the kids asked what type of drinks they had since it was not listed on the menu. She said Coke but didn't elaborate that they had Coke products. Since she said Coke so fast our daughter didn't hear the response and asked her the question again where she just said that's a great question and ignored her and moved on. Food wise - we had the Peruvian ceviche, Peruvian chicken, I think I had a special grouper dish. The food was good. We were able to eat everything and the kids enjoyed their kids burger meals. Outside of the waitress comments, the place placed nice modern music to listen to and had the basketballs games playing on the tv at the bar.

Our server Casey was one of the best in the biz - he made the experience so great! We felt like we were besties with him. We shared the shrimp as an appetizer and ate it alarmingly fast. The tuna is something I will be thinking about for years to come. We polished it all off by sharing a deliiiiightful key lime pie, a 10/10 choice. The wait time was about 45 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. The crab cakes were delicious, but the sauce was a miss for me. It was way too spicy. With crab cakes, I think it's best to keep it simple with a tartar-style sauce, of course vegan. I ended up eating them without the sauce and enjoyed them much more that way. The tofu Reuben was good overall, but the bread was a little soggy. A thicker or sturdier bread might hold up better. Even so, the flavors were good and I enjoyed it. Last but definitely not least was the raw blueberry cheesecake. It was absolutely delicious! However, the sauce served with it wasn't for me at all. Thankfully, I tasted it separately before pouring it on the cheesecake because I would have been disappointed. The sauce wasn't sweet and took away from the dessert rather than adding to it. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed most of what I ordered. I'll definitely be back, and next time I'd like to dine in and enjoy the meals.

We wanted to try everything, but of course couldn't, so we made do with a couple of their signature cocktails (wonderful), a flatbread appetizer (also wonderful) and the very delicious meat loaf and the gemelli pasta entrees. The delicate, fresh greens had the perfect ratio of light vinaigrette dressing. It was so pleasant to add a modest amount of the mushroom emulsion on the baguette and follow a bite of that with the greens. Truly a must order dish if you like mushrooms.
