I prefer the #4, which is made with half fresh young coconut juice & includes the coconut meat to enjoy. My partner loves the #5, made with pineapple juice. Order at the counter & wait for your number to be called to get your drinks or desserts. No frills & straight to the point. There are seats available, both inside & outside for you to enjoy while you sip on your juice or enjoy a dessert. The waffles are also incredible & made with fresh ingredients. You can see specks of strawberry in the strawberry waffle if you look closely! I believe they are mochi waffles -- soft on the inside, slightly chewy, with a nice crust on the outside. We're tried the taro, pandan, & strawberry (durian is not my thing but I would be willing to try it, considering how fresh their products are) -- all of them are delicious!! This review is for the owner or store manager, if I'm not mistaken. I visited the store to order nước mía tac. The kumquat in the drink was extremely weak, so my boyfriend asked the cashier for extra kumquat. Surprisingly, she gave him the entire unopened kumquat and added it to the drink. He returned to the tables to inform me about this, but he also mentioned that the cashier gave him an annoyed expression. I had to bite into the kumquat and squeeze it into the drink. He then returned to complain about the cashier's attitude towards the customer. It was completely unacceptable. She responded with, "What do you want me to do?" I was so upset that I almost stepped in to ask the owner or manager to address the poor customer service. This is zero hospitality, and I will never be a returning customer, regardless of the price. It's actually a smaller location compared to their original store at the main entrance, but it's def an OG spot and super well-loved by locals. I came here specifically for their waffles this time.
