But sometimes you need alternative choices on merchandise, or quick in and out convenience if you are in this shopping center for some of their local treasures like Sweet Cow or Lucky's or Neptune or Kim & Jakes or Pharmaca and you think of something else and this store will save you a separate trip. I saw something on their outdoor display area when I was leaving Lucky's and went in to check it out. It was what I had thought about to solve a yard problem, it was on sale and worked out well. The owner was there, he's had the store for about 10 years he said and I thought it was greatly improved since it's days in the 80s and 90s as Rad Hardware.

Trying to get this resolved has taken months and still not completed. They gave me a virtual gift card for the wall damage that I cannot use to pay someone to repair the wall, so that will come out of my pocket. The gift card also cannot be used towards the balance on my Home Depot card that I used for the windows. I will never buy anything from Home Depot again that needs installation. Maybe nothing from HD ever again. They apparently do not vet their installers.

When they did so I was standing approximately 10 feet from a fire alarm. My hearing was damaged severely. I contacted Jax and a person claiming to be the general manager spoke to me about it. I am left with loss of hearing and constant ringing in my ears. Jax refused to help me or take accountability for what they did to me. Jax is just another heartless business that has no accountability.

Since the Lowe's I used for decades was closed during the pandemic and never reopened , the company seems to have used the opportunity to retain Boulder County shoppers but locate a new much larger version in a newly developing area of housing. We needed to replace some garden mini fencing to contain our native low water plants from last year that were flopping into the public sidewalk which ended up getting trampled by pedestrian and canine adventures who the could not resist stepping into the gardens and trampling even more plants. We found exactly what we were looking for, at a good price too. We may even go back for more to replace the original section we put in decades ago with a less sturdy version from the old Lowe's nearer to Boulder. It was a nice drive out to this store and even though we only used the garden center we would consider the other departments when similar reasons to leave Boulder aria again. Staff were immediately available to help and the ample parking lot was refreshing.

Finally found a guy who showed me where it was, checked my own self out and was on my way half an hour later. This guy (Pat) was such a pleasure to work with on my project. True Lumber Yards are disappearing from communities and the sales going to big box stores.
