As I often say, it's that first impression that does it for us. We were able to choose our own seating. Opened space seating with gorgeous art work on the walls. Wheel chair accessible, not crowded or confined. I normally enjoy chili that can burn your soul. However, what they lacked in heat, they far surpassed on flavor. Besides with my diet changes heat is not something I should be eating at this time :) So this restaurant was definitely what my body needed. {IMPORTANT} a semi hotter chili available upon request. My spouse enjoyed the vegetable omelet however, did not enjoy the French fries that came with it, would have rather had either Spanish rice or potatoes, the plate did include black beans which were super delicious. My spouse did truly enjoy the food tremendously. I ordered the spinach and mushroom vegetable enchilada plate which I too requested the black beans, it also included Spanish rice. Although, it was missing avocado slices, my personal favorite, and also a suggestion it would have been more amazing. I must state this dish did not lack in flavor, presentation and overall deliciousness. I will definitely will be ordering this dish again. Yes!, I promise it was that good. He proved it by cutting up a fresh unseasoned chicken breast to make a burrito for my wife who does not eat seasoning on chicken. Darn burrito weighed about a pound. The street tacos, choice of meat, ???? $1.00. One dollar on Tuesday nights. Other $1 specials every other night of the week. Here is the kicker. About the same food that we get from Ai..... ssshhhh for $45 dollars for crappy food, we paid $32 dollars from Fiesta. That is under $11 each and we had food left over. I do not know if this is good news or bad: The owner says at end of month they are expanding the building to $10,000sq ft. . My wife and I were looking for a great breakfast, and from the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality by our host, Christian. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the restaurant. As we talked, he shared that Lindo's is a family-owned establishment where everyone works together to make the business successful. You can truly see the pride they take in what they do, it's like watching a well-oiled machine. The menu made it difficult to decide because everything looked so good, but we eventually settled on our favorites. My wife ordered the chilaquiles with over-easy eggs and a regular coffee with creamer. I went with a medium-rare steak, extra crispy hash browns, a side of bacon, sourdough toast, and a Mexican Coke. Every item was cooked exactly as requested, served fresh, and arrived quickly. The presentation showed care, and you could tell the kitchen pays attention to every plate that leaves the window. Before placing my order, I asked Christian if I could sample the menudo. I've had menudo all over California, and I'm pretty particular about it. Without hesitation, he brought me a small bowl. It was everything I look for--clean broth, piping hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. It even had a nice spicy kick that I absolutely loved. It was so good that I promised Christian and his tía, who prepares it fresh every day and serves it seven days a week, that I'd come back the next morning to buy some. A promise made is a promise kept. The very next day, I returned and picked up a few cups of the menudo to enjoy back at my hotel, which was only about a half-mile away. If you check out my photos, you'll even see me enjoying it in my room. It was just as incredible the second time around. Experiences like this are exactly why I love supporting small, family-owned businesses. Great food is one thing, but genuine hospitality and people who truly care about their customers make all the difference. If you enjoy authentic Mexican food, I highly recommend Lindo's Diner. Take a few minutes to look through the menu because there are so many great options to choose from. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the area. 5 stars all the way.

Parked on the side of the small shack and it was a walk-up and order type place with outdoor seating. It's a perfect place to eat lunch on the go. Definitely stopping here anytime I'm heading to or from Palm Springs or Coachella.

Finally a good A good authentic Mexican food place in Banning/Beaumont area. I ordered the chilaquiles with meat and egg which was absolutely great, my wife ordered costillitas in salsa she loved them and my son ordered the torta Cubana which was huge and he said which was one of his favorite we'll be back for sure.
