We came in for Happy Hour drinks and food today. We felt so much Aloha, even after the bill was settled and forgetting to take the leftovers we packed up. ​The birria queso tacos were an instant hit. We also ordered the fish tacos and sweet potato tacos. Both were delicious as well. Our server was Grace and she was attentive to our needs. We ordered other items such as the Loaded Funky Fries, Nachos, and the Ceviche Tower (1/2 off during HH). We clearly ordered more HH food than we were able to consume. The ceviche tower was fresh and tasty, but we were too full to finish it. We packed up most of the order to go. Maybe it was the afternoon heat, or a miscommunication with the family, but after paying the bill, we walked out of the restaurant without taking our packed leftovers. About 10 minutes later, we were still in the area and I realized that we did not have the leftovers with us. I walked back in case our table had not been cleared. Unfortunately it was. I asked our server Grace if there was any chance that our food had not been tossed. She checked and said it had been trashed. I was ready to walk out with no blame to anyone but myself and Grace offered to check with her manager to see if our food could be reordered. 5 minutes later, I was given a fresh, new order of the leftovers that I accidentally left behind. Good! We were seated immediately. Definitely more of a sports bar vibe which can get a bit rowdy but, all in all a great experience. The staff were friendly, the food was fresh. My wife and I dropped in for Happy Hour and to catch the game. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who offered us seating of our choice. We were almost immediately greeted by our server, Koral, who was fantastic! She explained everything on the menu and offered great suggestions. We ordered a fried Brussels Caesar's salad, fish and beef birria tacos, and the loaded fries. They were all Ono! We enjoyed a margarita then a couple Mule on Da Beach cocktails which were great! Tried for the 1st time since the reopening. We had a party of 9 and the service and food were amazing. The manger server were awesome and very friendly. Came to check on us and made some great recommendations. The poke donut was my fave. The ceviche was also delicious. The tortilla chips were homemade. Margaritas are all fresh press and delicious. Only thing they didn't have was Patron silver so we leveled up the Kaihulu vodka. The li hing mui rim was perfect. Ambiance was lively with fun music. Will definitely be back! read more

Wow! If you need a restaurant to go to this is your spot! We couldn't have picked a better spot for dinner. The food was incredible one of the best burgers I have ever head and this is coming from a Wisconsinite we know burgers haha. The back of house really knows how to cook. The loaded funky fries are a must! The service was even better zig was our server by the bar and was so friendly and really letus just enjoy the night! We had some of the best drinks on the island the mai tai shots are a must!!! The music was incredible I wish I had that playlist! Enjoyable casual environment, dinner was booked but we stopped by on the way to the airport for lunch and it was outstanding. Unfortunately I didn't find anything "amazing " the pictures they show have you feeling like you're going to have an amazing meal but we didn't. I didn't care for the chips they have, the guac or salsa the chips had some seasoning on it that took away the tortilla taste, the guac and salsa were bland no flavor . There was 3 of us that ordered a meal and we agreed the smash burger was pretty good the funky fries were cold and simply not tasteful. Coco Deck is a friendly fun meeting place for locals and tourists alike. We have been waiting for Coco Deck to open and were excited to be treated with the positive vibes and smiling faces of the patrons. The host Margaux welcomed us warmly and our waiter Slater shared with us his favorites. One of the owners Rob adds his upbeat genuine hospitality spirit. The menu is eclectic and well thought out providing a myriad of tastes at very reasonable Maui prices (especially noteworthy with the recent Maui prices inflation). The cocktails are quite good and the food portions are of generous size. We loved the Poké Doughnut. An ingenious presentation of poké that is crowd pleaser. Just order it! Crunchy somehow on the outside and yet pure poké taste inside. I'm not a big fan of arugula yet the watermelon and feta cheese salad was delicious. I would order it again and I really don't care for arugula! There are so many dishes we wanted to share but we were a small party so the next time we are bringing more friends! The tacos were quite good. My favorites are the beef birria as well as the pork carnitas tacos. Now for the Funky Fries ...awesome bar food fries. Ordered them without the toppings. I could have eaten them all myself. Coco Deck has been only open a month. Please support this great new local/tourist restaurant that brings great value to the Maui dining experience. read more

We visited the fabulous Coco Deck for the newly opened "game day Saturday" menu! Fantastic team - love Alba! She created incredible cocktails and the kitchen knocked it out of the park with the Smash burger! Two of us shared the two patty burger and couldn't finish it! Can't wait to return - nice value. This place is great. The folks that give Cocos bad reviews are pure haters. The drinks, are great, well balanced and creative. I got a Hawaiian style marg and my partner a pineapple marg and 2 specialty shots. I also had the assassin smash burger, let me be real: it was perfect. The onions elevated the dish and the sauces really brought all the elements of the burger together. I upgraded to loaded funky fries, which is worth it. (See photo) My partner had the ramen, it was lovely and fragrant and filling. Only criticism for me (not from my partner) is that the dish would benefit (in my opinion haha) with a pop of color, maybe some pickled Serrano or jalepenos. Our server Fernanda was so attentive and kind. The atmosphere was perfect, the chickens running around the property is so fun, not to mention the ocean views. The music is good as well. Was excited to try this place but left disappointed. They were not busy, but everything including drinks took a very long time. The table ordered the Birria tacos, the crunch sandwich, and the smash burger. In addition the watermelon agua Fresca and margarita. The watermelon agua Fresca was very sour and didn't taste like watermelon at all, so our server kindly swapped out our drink for their zero proof coconut drink. Unfortunately that drink was also not good, it was very sour and lacked flavor. The tacos and sandwich were okay, the burger was better. However they are not traditional smash burgers, which typically include thin patties with a nice crust. It was just your typical burger with thick patties and some toppings. Our server was very nice but forgot a number of request and didn't check on us very much. Overall wasn't the best experience and pricey for what we received. read more

I will be coming in person tomorrow. We just got in to Lahaina last night. Myself and my 17month old daughter got food poisoning and our symptoms began on the plane ride over last night to my husband's delight. I haven't been able to eat anything. I finally got an inkling of an appetite and was looking to postmates bc I still feel pretty ugh. When you postmates you kind of make the trade off knowing the food can't show up super delicious after all of the hand offs, drives, and waits involved. Well i was wrong about that. The food showed up hot and delicious - even the fries?! HOW?! I got the birria tacos and the assassin burger. One of the best burgers I've ever had. And the tacos were phenom as well. Your first meal post food poisoning is always a little nerve racking but this was an epic epicurean endeavor. I just looked them up and saw they have a keiki area which I think is so thoughtful. As someone who worked in restaurants for almost half of my life I understand the trade off they've made and think other patrons should acknowledge that too. Creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages people to hang out builds community BUT it takes dollars out of the owners pockets. The keiki zone could have been several more tables. Putting in couches and having a 'stay for the game' environment is one that many restaurants avoid with a turn and burn philosophy. All that to say - the food was incredible - and all signs point to the people behind it being pretty legendary themselves. So happy Lahaina has this lighthouse as they continue to recover. the food was pretty good but didn't really match the price point, and the menu was very limited. i understand things cost more for the location, but still seemed a little high to me. on a positive note, our server, michelle, was very kind and kept our table maintained at all times. she even took our 2 and 4 year old children over to their keiki zone so that dad and i could continue enjoying the football game. the entertainment for the kids was a huge bonus. read more

The fish and chips were a joke, one small piece of fish a few fries, for $24.50 expected better fish, very fishy. My Mai Tai was good, but that was not worth 84$. read more

We had a party of ten and they were able to seat us quickly. We found the place on accident and were very glad we did. Grace was our server and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff was great. The place has tons of TVs with all the sports on. Super cute kid area. Food was very good. The birria ramen wasn't a hit, but the burgers and salads were great.
