I purchased the Groupon from this place, and nowhere in the "fine print" was it indicated that, I would be charged an additional 25$, for my hair being 3 inches below my shoulders. The lady Jenny who did my hair was very sweet, but cut my layers way too short and choppy! Similar to Rachael from friends circa 1995!! I said several times I wanted long layers!! When I went to pay the additional hidden charge, the owner Kelly was very coy and slick and asked if I left a tip?!! . I had left Jenny a cash tip before paying the additional 25$. Mind you the Venmo account was attached to Kelly's phone. Seems like she was trying to dupe me out of more money. Right after I mentioned I gave Jenny a cash tip, she said something in Vietnamese to Jenny. Maybe she asked if I actually DID leave her a tip?? IDK?? It was very rude. Leaving a tip should be MY choice! And that additional 25$ should've been considered a tip! I am very disappointed in this place .I also read reviews on Groupon from a lady named "Kelly" and her reviews made this place out to be wonderful?? !!SMH It was probably the owner. I also read other reviews on YELP, claiming people were baited and duped to pay additional charges when they purchased the Groupon. I also read that someone saw that they use Revlon box dye after they claimed to use Olaplex and high end products!!!!The way they duped me about the additional 25$ charge, I wouldn't be surprised. Hopefully my hair will grow back fast, but I will not be returning! I Don't appreciate people who lie and try to bait and take advantage of hard working people to make profit. I called Kelly on a Monday around noon for an emergency hair appt and she was so sweet and made an appt for me at 5:30. I asked her if that was going to be enough time to fix my hair, since they close around 7, and she said she would stay late if she had to! So sweet! She ended up staying an hour and a half past closing just to properly correct my hair mishap. She told me that her daughter's bday was the next day and that she was supposed to dye her daughter's hair after work that night, so I thought that it was generous for her to stay late to fix my hair. She also has Olaplex 1 &2 that she can add to your color treatment for a small extra fee (less than other salons charge) and it saves your hair. She talked me into getting a gel manicure by her friend and it came out nicely. Her friend was really sweet too. Although it was a bit pricier than I expected, I didn't mind due to the emergency situation. I will be back when it's time to touch up my color. She is an awesome hair dresser and a sweet lady. read more

Great little hidden gym. If you want black hair blonde, or blonde hair black, or anything In between, Kelly can do it. She is professional, reasonably priced and is flexible on appts. My worst fear is orange hair when I go to someone new for my blonde hair, but Kelly saved the day with her skill. She is also great with extensions but now my hair grew out and I don't need them anymore, I just use clip ins now for temporary use.bottom line, She is the best! read more

Hands down the best nail/hair salon I've ever found. It was a total fluke, my friend was at the gun store next door and I was bored so I went in for a mani-pedi. This place doesn't even deserve a 1!!!! This place has very poor customer service and not only damaged my daughters hair but she left her bald spots all throughout her head. She went to get extensions and not only did Kelly (stylist) say she knew how to put them in , which she didn't , but she told me she needed to have a permanently straightening done on it , she needed the shampoo/ conditioner as well and after all that she still didn't do my daughters hair how I asked. I took my daughter to get the tracks taken out and the stylist showed me all the bald spots as well as all the hair she attached to a little piece of my daughters hair .. she told me Thank God your daughters hair didn't all get pulled out with the way she did them. I went to Coco 2 Hair & Nails for the first time today. I needed a fill of my acrylic nails and a pedicure. When I first walked in, incense was wafting through the room and 2-3 women were sitting at the nail tables. Tina instantly jumped up and asked me what service I was looking for.
