Stopped in for lunch around 11:30am and didn't have to wait. The interior is very nostalgic and the menu is a mix of classic and more modern American. The food came out pretty quick. We'll have to come back for the milkshakes.

Great location! Stopped in for lunch while walking around the downtown area. I had the Brussels sprouts and a cup of tomato bisque. Both were really good, but I especially loved the soup.

Honestly, I saw this place and went in with good hopes from reviews. But I was just let down. This place is known for their shakes so I stopped by for one. But this place was not at a cleanliness level I would have preferred on my day so we turned away from it. The wings we got were ok. Try it for yourself as we may have been on an off day.

I stopped by Jackson Drug for a sweet treat. I'm got the huckleberry ice cream which I thought was good but it honestly just tasted like blueberry ice cream there was also real fruit in the ice cream that looked like blueberries and was a little bit larger than a huckleberry would be (both fruits are very similar flavor wise). My ice cream was nice and tasted good. It was not bad for $6 for a scoop. The girl at the front counter was nice. I sat outside and enjoyed my ice cream.

Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich and side salad

We had a good lunch here with our party of 8. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. My Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was good sized. Nice crunch on the chicken. It tasted good, but there was a lot of dressing on it, so the sandwich sort of slid around. My side salad was good, with lots of ingredients on it. It came with enough ranch dressing to totally drench your salad if that's what you want to do (I didn't). My dining companions lunches were also good.

Great little spot to stop to get lunch. They also have milkshakes here! The service here was quick and good. The vibes are so cool here. I love how ever spot in the area tries its best to stick with the historical structure of the building. I got the chicken and Caesar wrap. It was good. I also got the tomato soup as the side. That honestly just tasted like pasta sauce. We got the loaded chili fries and that was delicious as well. My friend said the smashburger was really good as well!

We saw a line when we came by and decided to try it later for dinner. It was a good choice. It's a lovely building, and looks like an interesting place. There's a very diverse menu so you should find something for everyone. Personally my burger and tots were memorable. But my mother had a soup and salad and it looked great! We finished with ice cream. I think you should try to have dessert. Overall I'd recommend. Its location is nice and you're near hotels, bars, shops, and it's a nice place to stop

We had a great quick lunch at Jackson Drug recently. We were exploring downtown before an afternoon activity. We split an amazing grilled cheese and tater tots. Loads of cheese on buttery toasted bread! We were fortunate enough to get a table at the front window, overlooking the square. Service was excellent!

The food is absolutely delicious here. There's nothing bad on the menu. In fact, it was so good we came here two days in a row. I had to try the huckleberry milkshake since it is a staple here. It was good, but not as good as the cookies and cream milkshake I got the next day. I ordered the JD Melt both days and it was as tasty the second day as it was the first. The crispy brussel sprouts were good, but I was satisfied with just the JD Melt and Oreo milkshake. Although this place always looks busy from the outside, there was not a wait both days we came. The servers were friendly, but definitely had their hands full so try to ask for everything at once instead of iteratively. I loved the old diner feel of this place and you can tell there's some history here.

Wonderful service and great food. The staff is really friendly. I highly recommend. Great location

The pretzel was hard and not warm. The smashed patty melt was average. Took a while to get the food. Just a bit disappointed.

Starting first with the food: I am a foodie who has eaten out a LOT and I can honestly say I had the best wings, grilled cheese, & tomato soup of my life! The sandwich bread was perfectly flavorful and toasted crunchy, & the cheese was gooey & wonderful. The tomato soup was the perfect flavor, not plain but not spicy, just right. The wings were hot and crunchy on the outside, juicy inside, and had a nice sauce. Also loved their Brussels sprouts. We did not think prices were too high either for being in Jackson. Service was wonderful too. We had the nicest server who was attentive and kept our drinks full and checked on us when needed. Ambiance: Of course the view is so cool! Doesn't matter what time of year, even with ski season being over, we enjoyed the view of the snow melting off Snow King. The restaurant has so many different seating options like bar seating, small tables, big tables, and the outdoor patio is so cool! It's huge and they have heaters out there too. Inside is so bright and cheerful with the huge floor to ceiling windows. Not a bad seat in the whole place. Beer: Yummy! So many different types to try, nice selection. We liked everything we tried. This will be the first place we stop when we return to Jackson, and we are bringing our friends!

We enjoyed the following: the chicken with broccolini entree - juicy and perfectly cooked chicken Asian inspired shrimp and pork belly entree - well cooked fresh shrimp, the eggs and zucchini were great complements! Cesar salad with chicken (fried) - Not sure if it was an option. We would've appreciated grilled or pan fried chicken instead of fried chicken. Lager chili - cozy bowl of soup, so hearty and filling! Staff were friendly and helpful.

A thoroughly enjoyable evening and dinner…read more Possibly the best ribeye I've had in the past 10 years, but the other "foam and powder"aspects of the dish were just silly. The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

Unfortunately, the bar was painfully slow. Our first round of drinks took about 15 minutes, and the second took closer to 30 minutes after ordering. We eventually had to check in to make sure they were even coming. The food was fine, but not something we'd come back for. The elk pasta lacked the depth and richness you expect from a bolognese. The trout--poblano stuffed and curry-prepared--was an interesting idea, but the curry completely overpowered the fish, making the dish feel unbalanced. We had curry-dusted trout at The Blue Lion earlier in the week that was far better. (One of the best trout meals I've ever had.)

This bar is legendary and a staple in Wyoming. The Silver Dollar Bar was country prior to instagram and everyone wearing jeans and boots pretending they lived and worked on a ranch. The decor is nice working ranchers. Boots are working clothes, not a fashion statement. We sat at a window table to enjoy the sun on a blustery, snow showery and passing sun day. Watching tourists here is a kick in the pants as they are glued to catching moments of "living western" on their phones. The three elk smashed sliders with onions, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese were accompanied with PERFECT, CRUNCHY, PIPING HOT RINGS. As an aside, an additional order on rings were added because once in a while you must indulge. The sliders were fine and dense but that is elk. The rings were EPIC!
