I've been here twice now and it's moving up on my favorite cafe's in north OC! The first time I tried the pistachio latte with half the syrup (I don't like it too sweet or overwhelming) and it was really good--just the right balance of creamy and nutty. Then I saw their matcha cloud (the double matcha latte) blow up on TikTok and decided to come back. I got it with soy milk and it was sooo creamy and rich, definitely one of the best matchas around here. It's $8.50 with the milk swap, but honestly, totally worth it. The vibe in the cafe is nice, though the music is a bit loud if you're trying to focus. I had no issues with headphones on, but if you're coming to study or work, just something to keep in mind. Also, I love that every table has an outlet, and the WiFi works great! A heads up though--the tables are kind of small, so if you're with a group you might have to squeeze together a bit. Saw someone online talk about this place as the "#1 matcha latte in Orange County" and drove 30 minutes to try it out and see for myself! Came by on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The staff greeted us as we walked in and were friendly. Interior was spacious, had cute decor, and had good amount of seating. We got the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte with oat milk (since it's the craze right now) and Strawberry Matcha Latte. I liked how the banana pudding wasn't mixed in, so I could appreciate the matcha more and kind of adjust the banana taste. The banana pudding itself was delicious and good amount of sweet. The matcha was strong and perfect amount of not too sweet and wasn't overpowered by the banana. The Strawberry Matcha Latte was decent, but the strawberry flavor was a little artificial tasting and sweet for my preference. The drink prices were average to a little pricey for a specialty drink comparable to LA prices. Overall, if I was in the area, I'd definitely stop by to get a matcha. I do like my matcha on the sweeter side but I thought it was the perfect combo of sweet but still had a good matcha flavor. The matcha cream on top is also sweet and mixed well with the drink. The drink is $8.30 which is pretty steep for a matcha but I like to treat myself sometimes so I don't mind. The drinks don't take too long which was a plus. The premium honey they use was also very flavorful but not overpowering at all! I 100% recommend this drink! I saw that they have their pastries provided by Bag of Cakes, which is my favorite Korean owned bakery in Fullerton. Service was quite nice. I was greeted and welcomed with smiles as soon as I entered. They even offered to adjust the drink to my liking if I needed it but that was not necessary for obvious reasons.
