I preferred the original over the carrot cake. The carrot cake roll had some big pieces of carrot lol a bit unexpected because I assumed the carrots would be a bit more finely grated. but not bad! the carrot taste is just a lot more prominent. strawberry shortcake matcha was good, but I think the cinnamon rolls are the real star here. There's a good amount of seating. Staff is very kind. Def want to come back to try the other special cinnamon roll flavors in the coming months!

I didn't feel like asking for it at the time but I will next time I come to try another iced latte with a different milk. Cookies and creme didn't really taste like it. I usually ask for less sweet and still taste the flavors elsewhere but here I didn't. I also don't love they still use almond breeze, barista blend almond milk tastes so much better--almond breeze milk just waters down coffee/lattes/etc doesn't really add to the beverage, kind of takes away from it. If you like to brew your own coffee and tea at home--this is your spot. They have a wide variety of coffee beans and tea offerings. Service was welcoming and quick. Prices are great for a large iced latte compared to the $8+ at surrounding coffee shops in Hoboken.

We DID try out their food one day when we arrived around 8:30 AM. I ordered the smoked salmon toast, which came with mixed greens, egg salad, and a hefty portion of smoked salmon on top of freshly baked white bread. I thought the food tasted great, and I was happy to have had leftovers for breakfast the next day. I appreciate the convenience that Bwè Kafe brought us when we stayed in Hoboken. They have these as specials with cold brew but we decided to get it with espresso. Both drinks didn't quite hit the same this time. The lavender and blueberry flavors were both good, added some sweetness, and fruity/floral elements but for some reason, the latte didn't feel as cohesive. I told him that I meant to order a large one, and he didn't hesitate to insist on remaking me a large one. I told him that it was alright if I was charged for a small, but he wouldn't hear it. I am not a fan of any drinks that taste like a rose. Curious I did take a sip and I was wowed. The rose flavor was very subtle in a wonderful way with the perfect balance of the coffee. I loved my pistachio but decided to switch the rose latte with my companion. It was the best rose lattes I have ever had. They also have homemade treats. Their pistachio baklava is PERFECTION, not too overly sweet. I could eat a dozen of these in one sitting. Limited indoor seating with only 2 tables outside.
