Super chill vibe here and a great place to either do work or catch up with friends. There is a lot of seating inside so even on a busy day you'll most likely find somewhere to sit down. Super clean restaurant, and their pastries look so delicious! The employees are delightful and provide service with a smile. Service was rude from the start. We ordered at 1:49 and had to inquire about our food at 2:00.... We did not receive our food until 2:13 (we ordered a breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, and one side of potatoes) I ordered a vegan muffin and never received it. They were busy but for food to take 30 at a coffee shop is ridiculous. Workers were so rude but seemed to be very stressed which I can also understand except they all looked hungover and miserable. I must say last time I came here was 3 years ago and it was at the location in Burbank. This location in West Hollywood is still a nice size lots of indoor and outdoor seating, however they have a food truck with a more limited menu. My brother took me cause he is OBSESSED with their breakfast burrito, I will say it looked delicious for sure! The drinks could use a bit more flavor my hot chocolate was a little ehhh, not horrible but nothing I'd recommend. Also got their cinnamon crescent bun which when you heat up is delicious and soft and has a great flavor. Again would come back for solely the food! read more

I had the brisket burrito, friend had the protein plate. The coffee was pretty good. Didn't really blow me away with the coffee. But the burrito was outstanding. I really enjoyed it. The iced vanilla latte is amazing here and I recommend the brownies. However, In the last year every high school student hangs out there with their obnoxious cars revving it in the parking lot and driving recklessly. These 18 year olds have the worst staring problem and look at you with such disgust. Honestly probably some of the worst coffee in LA. Was looking forward to this one! The iced chai was pretty decent, but the iced coffee was awful. I genuinely didn't even know I was drinking coffee. 2nd time at this place in the let 30 days. The first time, I got a latte. I threw it away after one sip, then got a drip. Threw that out, too. This time, I rolled in at 2pm. Bought a latte and a "grilled chicken salad". The latte wasn't great. The salad itself was fine. The chicken was clearly OLD CHICKEN. Check out the picture. If you could see clearly, and you served this to a customer, you'd might as well spit in their salad. Because the chicken was total garbage. They could've told me there was none left. They could've told me the chicken was made earlier, and it was a "little dry". They didn't do that. They just served it to me. For $14. The outdoor seating is cool. My suggestion? I just tried this place for the first time today on my way to work. And so far, I can say that I'll definitely come back to try more stuff. I ordered the ordered mocha with oat milk. I really appreciate that they use dark chocolate and that it's not too sweet. I can definitely order this again. Note: I think their coffees only come in one size depending on whether its hot (12oz) or iced. This location has a very small parking lot in the back, but there is some street parking. Everyone was wearing a mask and they do have signs to encourage social distancing, though I couldn't tell which way the line was supposed to go with so many entrances. Oh well. I've frequented this establishment before for breakfast. I dined in. I ordered the smoked salmon toast. It was delectable. It was topped off with picked red onions and capers. My family ordered the pulled pork burrito. They all seemed to really enjoy it. We got a couple latte's, they were pretty small for the price but very good. The second time I frequented this establishment we ordered online for pickup. The process was really simple. The website is super accessible and straightforward. It was very easy to make modifications and substitutions which was really appreciated. I ordered the veggie burrito with no cheddar and subbed arugula salad for the chips. The arugula salad was refreshing and savory. The burrito was truly satisfying. My husband ordered the brisket burrito. He said he preferred the pulled pork but the brisket was good as well. He replaced the chips for potatoes. He really enjoyed the side of potatoes. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk. It was really great. Much more superior to most coffee shops. Another review here- a busy Sunday afternoon brunch and food was out in 17 min which is fast! I did ask for "no chives" explicitly and it still came so probably rushing. Their customer service is great and quickly turned it around. I was disappointed with their French toast & the look of the morning bun which I used to love the past two times they've been lackluster. I have updated my rating of this place as I've been several times lately. While I still don't think the place is "inviting", their food is surprisingly VERY GOOD. I've tried their cookies, pastries, and sandwiches. There's one think that stands out above all else... You MUST try their quiche. It's always display on a cake stand my the register and may not look all that good. Well that's because it's only 1/2 baked at that time. Once you order it, they will put it in the oven for 20min and it's come out so warm and soft. It melts in your mouth. Quite possibly the best quiche I've ever had. I got the non-premium cold brew after asking the cashier about the premium cold brew and realizing she didn't really know what it was. The coffee is mediocre at best and overpriced. Not to mention, it was pretty much entirely filled with ice (photo for proof). On top of all of that, there is no friendly greeting or welcoming atmosphere. I want to give this place another shot because the service has been a hit or miss here. Really depends on who you get. Some staff is welcoming while others are kinda rude. Both times I've come here my drink has been wrong. Recently I was handed a espresso latte but he said matcha out loud so I took a sip and obviously it wasn't matcha (which I thought cause it wasn't green) so I had the girl remake it for me without a problem. It's been pretty packed in here and even their outdoor seating in the back can be hard to find a spot, pretty loud so not a place I'd come to concentrate on work. Came here to try the coffee and morning treats while in Burbank. It's a very cute shop with quick and efficient service. It was packed with customers but the wait time went by very quickly. They also have a nice patio for extra seating. The coffee was strong and delicious. We also had a chocolate croissant, Avocado Toast, and a delicious black cake. All were perfect!
