This location has been a personal favorite for the past 3 years. I went again for the first time in over. A year and it was just as I remembered it. The ambiance, food, and customer service is always top notch. Gives me the local coffee shop feel. The bagel breakfast sandwiches are delicious along with the coffee. Came here to work remotely, and it can get busy! I got a lavender lemon and it was so refreshing, light, and flavorful. Well needed in this temperature. Parking is in the back. A small section of parking that's shared with the store buildings. Ambiance was casual. A good place to meet up with someone. Too many folks were working too, so I don't recommend if you're looking to hang here for work/study. read more

The drip coffee was delicious and creamy. Had the lox which was very good. The price was right compared to most other places and it tasted as good as anywhere else. The place is cozy but can get very busy at random times. If you get a table inside, you may get claustrophobic with crowds of people waiting around for their orders. Friendly staff. Many more things I still want to try. read more

Shout out to Darren! Great service I appreciate you and the kind words this morning. I ordered an iced americano. Really tasty! My wife ordered the horchata ice blended late. I took a sip and it was delicious. As for food we got the lox bagel and chicken pesto sandwich and the lox bagel. The chicken sandwich was so so good. The bread was perfectly toasted and fresh. So I don't yelp review things often but I had to. I think I just had the best lil scrumptious panini in my life. Coffee tastes great too. The people were so nice. I had to step away to run to get something in my car. When I got back my food was nicely set at my table When they gave me a buzzer to pick it up. The place itself ain't bad at all. Plenty of tables and Outlets in case you need to study or work. Also parking ! They have spots in the back and have street parking around. So out of many LA coffee shops. First time here, and it was absolutely delicious! The Spanish latte were very mouthwatering and we order 2. My wife is gluten free so we were thrilled too see they offer gluten free bagels and pastries as well! I order a everything bagel with cream cheese toasted perfectly. The ambiance of the place is very relaxing, they have light music playing could see many people working from here they offer WiFi! They also have a book exchange as you walk into the coffee shop witch is pretty awesome for book readers. The service was great the male worker that took our order was very patient when my wife mentioned she had a gluten allergy if they could take precautions with her bagel. He was very reassuring he would take the precautions he can. My wife still feels great, and greatly feels she could return and still eat here with her gluten free allergy. During our visit the owner Tae stop by our table and greeted us, and brought over 2 gluten free pastries on the house, he heard my wife was gluten free! Every time I'm in Studio City I always have to stop by this spot. Service: Amazing, fast, friendly and very helpful. Seating: it's actually decent considering the exterior is small. Positive atmosphere inside, and some outside seating. Overall a very enjoyable vibe. Coffee/Pastry: You. Must. Try. Everything. If you have questions don't hesitate to ask. Best coffee in San Fernando Valley @ Coffee Fix! They are so nice and genuine. I would consider their chicken pesto sandwich to be the best as well because it's delicious! My breakfast spot from now on. Hanging out with my family everything Saturday at this amazing cozy cafe. My kids love their hot chocolate. It's so creamy and delicious! As for me and my wife we really enjoy their white chocolate mochas made with Half & Half (Have to ask for Half & Half). On top of that their chicken pesto panini and tuna sandwich are to die for. I rarely write a review, but when I do it's always for places that are either super good or really terrible. Please give this place a try. I live in westlake which is very far from this location but whenever I'm in studio city I always spot over here for their coffee. Super happy with it. Awesome coffee shop with zero pretentious vibes. We've been coming here for a few years now, and this place CONSISTENTLY delivers. The espresso, drip drinks, and food are always on point. You can tell the workers here actually like their job and they are kind to customers. Nice to see that these days. For food I regularly get the lotto bagels on wheat and the works paninis. Coffee Fix has become the best neighborhood coffee shop in Studio City. It is always busy, both with people coming to sit and getting drinks and food to go. The staff is incredibly friendly, with a low turnover, so the baristas get to know the regulars. The owner is always on-site, always busy running the place in a very hands-on way, and he's great with customers. Everybody here is nice, and the coffee and food are both great. I wish they had a better variety of pastries in their deli window, though. I also like that it is across the street from the library. Occasionally, if it is too busy and there is nowhere to sit, I will take my drink across the street to the library, where there are always tables. Overall, this is the kind of place with a lot of regulars, folks meeting up to chat (a lot of industry meets happen here), and neighborhood folks stopping by while taking their dogs on a walk. They're very dog-friendly, and it's a lovely place. I've been a loyal customer for years. read more

Went there on a Wednesday morning with a friend at around 11am. There was plenty of street parking available and we were able to find a table inside (though there were a few available outside as well). It was my first time there so I only got a lavender latte to start, and absolutely loved it. The ambiance and staff were super chill. My friend got the same drink and loved it too! I also liked that they let you use your own reusable mug. Less waste! Safe to say I will definitely be back for another coffee fix :) read more

I stopped by the other day because I was dying for a gluten free bagel with vegan cream cheese. I will be honest, it was very delicious & almost $7 which I thought was pretty price but thats the location I guess. It was super packed in here and I waited almost 15 minutes for my bagel. I would definitely order from here next time ahead of time. Parking is easy, there might be street parking but there is a parking space behind the store. Be careful not to park in the liquor score parking space because apparently they will tow you. The store is a pretty intimate space, maybe 15 people can sit inside. They have dog treats that they give to dogs, that's super cute. Will definitely come back when I want a bagel. read more

One thing that truly stands out for me is the consistency of not one, not two but all 4-5 baristas who've made my latte. They nail that drink every single time and I religiously get a perfect micro foam on a latte that is just the right sweetness. Been coming once a week at irregular times in the past year and have enjoyed my experience each time. I'm a huge fan of their pastries and my bf the bagels. I've taken and left books in their book nook. I must say though, not a big fan of their indoor furniture, specifically the chairs. Could be comfortable but hey, not a big deal. read more

I've grown up in the area and I have yet to come here and I'm so glad I finally did! I ironically did not get coffee so if um keep scrolling if that's your jam. Food: The Works 5/5 This was such an impulse buy. The barista said that their pesto paninis are good (out of bagel sandwich options and panini options) but because I'm allergic this, he said, was the next best thing. You do have the option to get the sandwiches on bagels as well but I was feeling the original. I was honestly blown away. Panera Bread even in its heyday could never! I wish I could shoutout the homie who made this cause it was fire. It had such a nice to it lets just start off. The sandwich was lathered nicely with a chipotle aioli with the diced chicken. The avocado was a nice addition and there wasn't too much onion to be like onion breath vibes. I thought romaine lettuce as an interesting choice because it does wilt but it still had a nice crunch to it. SO anyway, if you get a sandwich here, I'd get this. When I heard about the break ins my heart sank for this amazing, loving, giving and nurturing family. No one deserves to be broken into and stolen from, especially this family. This business is equal to finding a needle in a haystack. Everyone that works here are super sweet and kind. The coffee is fantastic here! I can't eat the food because of my food allergies but my wife says they're delicious. Atmosphere in the coffee shop is great coffee vibes. The service was quick. I ordered the 16 oz, iced Beehive Matcha Latte with almond milk ($8.00) for an afternoon pick-me-up. It was floral, sweet, and cinnamon-y, but too milky for my taste. Also, I picked-up a Too Good To Go bag, containing a variety of pastries. One of my fave pastries was the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Loaf because it was aromatic, nicely spiced, and had a good amount of chocolate chips. Another fave was the Bacon Cheddar Scone, which was salty, smoky, and paired well with hot tea. I'd like to return to this Groundwork Coffee location to try other drinks and spend more time, but the limited parking makes it difficult.

(As someone who just had avocado toast with greens and pickled onions and from Mississippi, I know good greens) I'd suggest making a pickled pepper cream cheese and having that support the greens and also cook the greens correctly. The potato salad was crunchy. The only service I've received here is when they told me they were closed and to leave. I wouldn't call it a deli of sorts by any means for ambiance.
